This is one of the fastest and most efficient services that I have ever had. I placed an order for a 6 colour
screen print for over 4K t-shirts and they came out better than I can imagine. Every single print looks like
it was handled professionally and carefully. The shirts were nicely folded in bundles of 12 and sizes were
organized per box. This made my life a lot easier when I had to sort them out and distribute on my end. I’ll
definitely be working with Stitch & Ink again next year. Thanks

Worst Service Ever, AVOID!

They messed up our order twice but with the old owners they were still willing to fix their mistake. The new owner (KIRI), He is very unprofessional, Rude and doesn't want to take responsibility of anything.

We moved our business somewhere else and we are very glad we had done so.

Nous avons fait une commande avec eux pour un gros client. Le résultat n'était pas de qualité et le client l'a refusé. Kiriakos, le propriétaire de Stitch and Ink a admis que la qualité n'était pas au rendez-vous et que la commande serait refaite. Nous leur avons fait confiance, nous avons recommandé des hoodies et refait faire le tout par eux. Cette fois, le tout n'était pas au bon emplacement et de la mauvaise grosseur. On a dû refaire faire la commande par un autre fournisseur, et commander pour une troisième fois des hoodies. Au final, la commande a été donnée au client. On s'est fait dire par téléphone qu'on allait être rembourser pour ce que ça nous coûtait. Nous avons tenté de communiquer avec eux mais Kiriakos fait que crier au téléphone et refuse de trouver un terrain d'entente.

Terrible customer service. The owner Kiriakos does not know how to deal with issues. He was completely ignoring my points and wasn’t even taking initiative in helping us come to a solution. Kiriakos was disregarding his own company policies and when I called him out on one of them, he was quick to change the subject. It’s a complete shame when someone does not know how to take responsibility for their own mistakes.

Stitch & ink owner Kiriakos, refused to deal with us while we had a problem with our product. We brought our inventory to show him that it was not aligned nor centred and refused to give us a refund because he simply just doesn’t want to.

When we confronted him, his employees were doing all the talking for him and he didn’t want to deal with us because according to him, “I’m busy, I don’t have time for this”. Really? You don’t have time to deal with clients that have a problem with the order they received?

Kiriakos was not able to provide points in his defence.
His only argument was that our designs were “straight” completely disregarding our photos and physical evidence.

Kiriakos clearly does not care in providing customer service and even contacted the police meanwhile we were told to come in.

Good prices, salesmen are always reachable, quality was excellent, and they delivered ahead of schedule. Will be using them in the future.
