If I could give them below 0 stars that what they would deserve. Brought a pair of expensive jeans and specifically asked for the cuff to remain the same and they completely screwed it up and made them too short. The seams didn’t even match up. Absolutely horrendous service. Will NEVER go back again. Now the jeans are unwearable.

I have been going to Stitch It Fairview regularly for over a year now. The service is always excellent in terms of quality, attention to detail and timeliness. I would also add "friendliness" to this list as the ladies are a pleasure to deal with. Recently, I brought a sweater for repair and they advised me that the job would be challenging due to the fabric and stitching and that they could not guarantee a perfect result. Well, suffice it to say that their standards are considerably higher than mine because, in my opinion, the result was perfect - as it always is. I highly recommend the Stitch It Fairview Team!

Great service, accommodated my request to have my alteration prepared before closing time with very little time left. A1 customer service!

I will give them 0star if it let me. They hemmed my pants, and after only two wear, they fell as the picture shows.they are not going to fix it after such a terrible job they’ve done! Don’t go!

Aujourd'hui, j'ai vécu une situation extrèmement insultante. J'arrive pour récupérer ma commande prête, il y a beaucoup de clients. Une dame finit par me servir, je lui indique que ma commande est prête en lui disant mon nom. Elle me repond en anglais me disant que si je ne lui parle pas anglais, je devrai attendre derrière toute la file de clients après moi qu'elle trouve quelqu'un qui réussira à me parler français. Une cliente a du traduire ma courte phrase pour que j'ai un service!
C'est inacceptable! J'ai fait une plainte à l'office de la langue française!

Je suis parfaitement bilingue mais mon épouse ne l'est pas. C'est au travailleur de faire un effort de servir le client soit en français ou en anglais. Not the way around madam! Mais le travail a été bien fait

They’re so great here. I have a hard time finding pants that fit my waist and thighs equally. I took in a pair of pants I love and they made them fit like a glove! And very speedy too!

Very good service! The fit they do is always on point. And they keep you updated through email or message. ️ And Beant was a great help explaining me how to get my complicated dress fit.

I came in for a small adjustment that couldn’t be more than a small line of stitch, so I was shocked when they told me I only could pick it up after 24 hours the day after instead of after I was done shopping like they advertised on the outside.

The power went out on a portion of fairview, and unfortunately stitch it was affected. However, I did not realize this because online it says they are open. Knowing the issues with the power, I consistently checked to see if they were open or if there were any updates, and it always said “open” online.

I came back at the time I was told to pick up my dress… and surprise they are not open. I am currently undergoing a nervous breakdown as now I no longer have an outfit for the wedding I am supposed to attend this weekend out of the country. I feel this could’ve been avoided if I was notified yesterday when the power went out (I was still in the store, they have some kind of text messaging system), or simply if the wait for such a minuscule alteration was shorter.

Now, I’ve effectively paid to not have an outfit for my event. It means I’ve wasted a lot of money on both an alteration on a dress I can never use.

Great service. I love the fact that they keep you updated by email and text. MY suit jacket was ready ahead of schedule. Folks were really nice. Price is average from what I have seen posted by other place. $45+tax to shorten sleeves.

Stitch It Fairview is the best! I just picked up my pants and brought 2 more in for alterations. Angel spent time explaining the different hems. Going with euro on my denim - it’s the way to go!

Choi helped on some urgent repairs quickly and efficiently late in the evening shift for me. The work was fantastic and quick. Great service all around!

I am unfortunate to be there, i went there for alterations but very first thing was she was charging out of the way and secondly i am a lungs patient with oxygen and i neede to sit for a minute until she was about to finish other customer that lady never cared about my over breathing situation and harshly send me out for a wait but after that i never stopped to see her ever again so bad bad bad place to go not only me 2 more people talked about this weird place

I went in to add a simple 2.5 inch round patch on a jacket.first thing is, the delay was absolutely ridiculous 3 days for a 10 min job and when I got it back, it was dirty, flighty full of small threads all over. It wouldn’t have bothered me if it was dirty in the first place but I wanted it to be présentable so I got it cleaned before hand. The delay could have been overlooked but the cleanliness of this local business is unacceptable. The greeting wasn’t kind nor was there was my exit.

Do not recommend at all, run for your life.

My experience was amazing with stitch it at the Fairview mall.
They were able to tailor my corduroy pants that were way too big. A lot of tailors told me that it was impossible to fix my pants because they were corduroy, but stitch it found a way to fix them. The tailoring was perfect and I was really happy with the end product.
If you have any tailoring needs, I strongly recommend you going to stitch it at the Fairview mall. They will help you with high level of professionalism and with a big smile.
I’m a very a happy customer and I would strongly recommend anyone to go there to get their clothes tailored.

Terrible, got oil on my satin Pj's that I brought it to be hemmed. The job was supposed to take one day and took three. And as far as I'm concerned they didn't get all the oil out upon inspection there was stains in the inside of Pj's at the hem they said it was not oil I was told it was the chalk they used to mark where to hem. Oh and they made me pay full price will never use them again and would not recommend them.
