Be careful with glass tables!
I bought a glass table for the dining room and after a little over a year, the entire glass exploded by itself without any impact before, during a summer day.
Luckily there was no one near the table because the glass shards are sharp, dangerous and damaged the chairs and wooden floor.
The complaint sent to Structube was rejected.
Then I checked on the internet that from time to time this type of “spontaneous glass breakage” happens to some tables due to flaws in the glass manufacturing.
Glass table never again!

I bought the Veronique sleeper sofa and love the cushioning and the size. It is very nice and fits perfectly my space. The color is exactly as shown on display. It is easy to assemble and the delivery was a breeze. Happy with the purchase and definitely recommend.

Love their products. They are high quality and great prices. Have used them for a few big ticket items and am always impressed. I love that they have a showroom on the west end so you can see them in person.

These chairs are beautiful and are definitely worth the wait! We bought 6 and they look amazing with our dining table. They are easy to assembly and are so comfortable.

Love this couch. Its a great size, budget friendly and easy to assemble. The fabric looks even better in person than the photos. It's comfortable and stylish best of both worlds.

I like these chairs. They look very nice and you can remove the sitting part, easy to clean.

I recently purchased the Gerry table and Eiffel chairs for my newly renovated kitchen. It compliments it beautifully and I absolutely love it.

Attente pour pickup extrêmement longue. Meuble reçu égratigné. Procédure d’échange quand tu as acheté en ligne est « la maison des fous d’Asterix!  » Les vis du meuble qui vissent dans le beurre… bref pas du tout la meilleure expérience.

Drawing on my table that looks like genital and the furniture is chipped. First time buying from Structube and my last time! The only thing they can do is me driving back and forth 2hr drive to get a replacement. Unreal!

The showroom is enormous and spotless. Salespeople are polite and competent. The furniture was really neatly packed and came in fantastic shape, and the delivery date was observed. Will undoubtedly return.

Structure has the worst customer service ever. Stay away from this company. I am truly disappointed by their product and customer service. Save your money and buy furniture from somewhere else where customers experiences are valued.

Finalement j ai eu un appel apres avoir laisser un message ce matin mon dossier a ete fermé depuis 1 semaine (sans nouvelle de leur part)
En appellant encore ce matin voici leur solution:
La seule chose qu on me propose c est d aller chez Rona ou Reno depôt
Base de lit brisée achat fait il y a a peine 2 ans avec toute la chambre complète
j etais prêt a debourser pour avoir la piece
Je dois jeter tout le lit complet et en racheter un autre.suivi deplorable

The showroom is very big and clean. Sales persons are nice and professional. The delivery date was respected and the furniture was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely go back.

New spacious building with plenty of everything you may need to furnish and decorate your home. Oh.and get a good specialty or regular coffee on the house while you shop around.

Magasin lié à l’entrepôt donc grande disponibilité des stocks. Cependant, la grosseur de l’entrepôt rend l’attente très longue lors de la récupération des achats. De plus, gros problème de contrôle de qualité puisque les achats sont manipulés à l’unité dans l’entrepôt et sont mis dans des boîtes sans protection. La chaise déballée à la maison était totalement égratignée donc faites attention de bien inspecter la marchandise avant de quitter l’entrepôt.

Went to pickup an online order and after waiting for over an hour in front of their docking door, a clerk asked if we had been to the reception yet because they were having trouble compiling our order. From what we were able to see of the inside of the loading dock, not even half of the order, consisting of 6 chairs and a media unit, was ready. No further explanation was provided and we were left waiting yet again for our order to be "found". So much for relying on pick-up services to make things quicker.

Huge variety of items and a massive store. The service is a hit or Miss.some of the associates are engaged and want you to get the best fit for your needs others deliberately avoid your gaze and go on doing nothing. If you have the chance to deal with Carol she really knows her stuff and will guide you to find your best product.

Today my boyfriend and I went to this location as it has most models on floor that we can look at in person. An employee named Frederick was so kind and helpful. She wasn't one of those annoying sales people who are pushy and follow you around the store. Very happy with the experience.

Horrible. I was mislead in believing there was a warehouse and deals. I drove there for absolutely nothing. The liquidation items are virtually the same price as the regular merchandise

Ne faites pas l'erreur que nous avons faite: faire confiance à Structube.

Nous avons acheté le Divan Kinsey 3 places vert en Octobre 2021, pour livraison en décembre 2021. Nous avons payé LA TOTALITÉ du montant, comme exigé par Structube. Et depuis, AUCUNE NOUVELLE DE L'ENTREPRISE.

Nous sommes en attente pour le produit depuis plus de 10 mois, et la marque ne nous a JAMAIS CONTACTÉS pour nous tenir au courant des délais, offrir des explications ou autres.

Si vous avez du retard, la moindre des choses serait d'avertir vos consommateurs, et de ne pas les niaiser.

En date d'aujourd'hui, fin Juin, nous n'avons toujours aucune nouvelle de STRUCTUBE.

N'achetez pas le produit, vous ne le recevrez jamais.
Pire décision. Ever.

UPDATE: 5 jours après s'être plaints (et après avoir attendu sans aucunes nouvelles pendant 9 mois), nous avons reçu nos divans.

Horrible customer service. I was told that I would receive a phone call after 15-20 minutes to go pick up my order from the warehouse at customer service, I received the phone call 40 minutes later and then I had to wait outside the warehouse for another 30 minutes. I think I would still be waiting if I had not complained twice about picking up my order. All I got was a "sorry" in the end. They are lucky I did not cancel my order and ask for a refund.

J'ai acheté 6 chaise en novembre dernier et j'ai dû attendre en février (4 mois d'attente) pour recevoir un lots de chaises tout rouillées. Nous somme le 19 avril et ils ne m'ont toujours pas fait un échange! Pas besoin de mentionner aussi le fait que la date de livraison ai changé à 6 reprises et que j'ai payé les chaises à l'avance. Un gros zéro pour structube. JE NE VAIS JAMAIS EFFECTUER UN AUTRE ACHAT OU MÊME RÉFÈRER QUELQUN'UN CHEZ STRUCTUBE DANS LE FUTURE. PRENEZ GARDE

I bought 6 chairs on last november and i had to wait on february (4 months' of waiting) to get my hand on batch of crapy rusty chair. Today we are april 19th and i've never got an exchange yet! There's no need to mention the fact that they changed the delivery date 6 times and i had to pay the chairs upfront. A big zero for structube. I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM OR EVEN RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY AROUND ME IN THE FUTURE. BEWARE

Their after sales service is extremely hard to beat. We bought a couch last year and due to a minor design flaw, it started to wobble when we sat on it. Called structube, they asked me to email some pictures. Got a response almost immediately but because it was on a Friday, they couldn’t wait for head office to make a decision so they approved a replacement. It took a few days to get the right colour in stock, they contacted me via txt then a follow up by email offering me 3 different dates (Fri, Sat or Sun), we chose Sunday and they said No Problem. We get a replacement couch and they take the damaged one away. Amazing after sales warranty service from everyone involved. Super stoked.

The furnitures are modern and nice looking and the prices are good, however the quality aren’t the best!

Diana was an absolute dream to work with! She helped me furnish an entire 4 bedroom home from scratch in less than 2 hours!

Très mauvaise qualité, salle a manger acheté et détérioré en même pas 2 semaines, quality de vois médiocre, bois qui s'est détaché, service après vente nulle et intimidant, plus jamais je ne ferais affaire avec Structube

I ordered an accent chair back in August. Scheduled for Oct.came in Nov. When I brought it home was stained with some black greasy fingerprints. I returned it and waited for another one but surprise! The green velvet was stained as well. Not the same chair but in same manner. Not happy with the purchase, I would not recommend this store. The waiting time and the cheap merchandise not worth yr money. Stay away and buy from somewhere else.

En mai dernier, nous avons acheté une chaise et un tapis au siège social de Structube sur l'autoroute 13 à Montréal. Le plus grand Structube qui existe avec beaucoup de choix. C'est un magasin que nous apprécions pour sa diversité de produit et les prix abordables. Cependant et je ne sais pas si encore la Covid-19 est en cause mais cela a pris 2 mois pour avoir le tapis et 5 mois pour la chaise, c'est la raison de la cote 4. Pourtant l'entrepôt semble énorme. Toutefois cette situation est exceptionnelle et je continue à recommander cette entreprise.

J'adore cette endroit. J'ai facilement trouver le fauteuil que j'avais vu sur leurs site internet. Se Dimanche 1 Mars 2020 j'ai bien été conseillé et servie par Frédérique une super conceillère.

Immense succursale, énormément de choix, il y a même une section en liquidation. L'entrepôt de livraison est également au mem endroit, tu peux venir chercher tes meubles au lieu de les livrer.

Ils ont mal fais ma facture et j'ai dû attendre 1h00 pour une chaise noir Eiffel, le système de cueillette à revoir.

Furnature itself was cute.disappointed with the quality of the furniture I saw there today though. Everything is made in China. Prices are kinda high considering its all Chinese made, but some cute accent pieces for the home can be found. Staff was friendly

Le magasin est immense et les produits sont exposé d'une superbe façon. Cependant de tout le temps que j'ai été là il n'y a pas de vendeuse qui est venu me voir sauf pour me demander de payer quand je me promenais avec un cadre que j'avais choisi et trouver moi même. C'est bien de la vente sans pression. Mais juste un minimum de faire savoir que quelqu'un est là pour nous aurait été bien. Pour ce qui est de la surface de magasin, elle est parfaite. Pour ce qui est du stationnement, il est très petit et fait sur le long donc on est stationné loin.

Continuez votre progrès, il va me faire plaisir de revenir magasiner.

PS: je crois même avoir vu une machine à café libre service pour les clients. Ce qui est vraiment un gros plus pour un expérience de magasinage.

Et mon doudou! Bon service dans la salle de montre. Beaux produits abordables. Mais à la cueillette armez-vous de patience. Les employés sont accotés au comptoir les clients attendent. Si vous commandez en ligne et vous êtes notifié que votre commande est prête elle ne l’est pas.

On y trouve un vaste choix de meubles et déco à prix très raisonnable et compétitif dans un magasin à grande superficie.

It seems to me this store have very nice taste for designs and style for the most of the furniture and accessories the do offer. The quality/price ratio is impressive. Staff is very friendly (Carol for example) and not at all pushy. I will definately recommend this place for all you decor and furniture.

I thought it will be something unique compared to smaller branches, however I was very disappointed

Beau et grand magasin, beaucoup de choix mais devoir attendre 1h pour avoir nos achats à la cueillette est inacceptable, ils doivent impérativement revoir leurs façon de faire afin d'être plus efficace.

Ça fait maintenant une heure que j'attends de récupérer une petite table de salon au service de cueillette. C'est inacceptable.

Super endroit au allure de ikéa mais en plus petit! Les tables de cuisine sont bon marché, jolie, mais pas la meilleur qualité! (faux bois) par contre coté petit divan et mini sectionnel, vous trouver l'extase!
