Terrible customer service when trying to resolve any challenge and returns; you cannot return a purchased item to the store closest to you, no, you have all the way across the city because they have warehousing issues… be aware. I was really disappointed with that level of service and such policies for a company of that size… so unfortunate

Be aware that you CANNOT purchase anything is store. You need to wait for them to deliver to the store and you have to pick it up then.

Worst: if you order online, for delivery you need to be available from 7AM to 10PM if not they charge you a second time for delivery at $299. Ridiculous. Cancelled my orders.
Customer service was bad. They were reading me a script. Poor them. Cannot do anything.

Absolute terrible customer service. I went to return an item that consisted of two tiny boxes and they didn’t want to take the return and told me I had to go back to the store I bought it from due to “space issues”? !? ! What does that even mean. Both employees working in the front (one was a lady with curly hair, and one was a man) didn’t even budge to help me. They lied that they went to check if they had space lol… total nonsense. And the best part is the store was completely empty and these employees were sitting on their phones doing nothing. @structube you hire great employees haha.ridiculous.

Terrible staff, rude, disrespectful, no willingness to work. Do not shop here you can find better quality at lower prices and friendlier staff.

Order chairs from them they forgot to add screws for the chairs. I worked with customer support and they assured me they were sending the screws. They sent me a single screw and have been awful to deal with. Quality is also pretty bad

The furniture is scratch. 4 moths of waiting for a furniture all scratched, full price paid. Horrible costumer service.

I had a great experience at Structube West Island. I was really torn between two couches (Klik vs Prince) and an armchair (Lina) and uncertain about colours. Gloria was extremely patient and helpful, giving us some ideas about which colours could go well together for the couch and the armchair. The delivery went really smoothly - the couches that were available in store were delivered within a couple of days. The couch that was not available in store arrived earlier than planned which was a pleasant surprise!:) All parts were there for the build.

From start to finish it was a really terrible experience and we will actively avoid them in the future.

They’ve got nice furniture at relatively decent prices. This particular location the employees aren’t the best; went in and wasn’t greeted or served at all. I browsed around and then had to go to the cash myself and place the order. The only available employee was setting up a bed (?), lol, while watching me browse by myself. Thank God I knew what I wanted and they had it.

Love this store! Amazing furniture for a reasonable price. People working there are very nice and help you find exactly what you need. Really recommend this place
