Don't buy anything from Structube! I'm wondering, how incompetent you should be to make a sofa like this. The main structure is made with the cheapest wood you can ever find! Confort, zero. Quality zero! Photo made from below without the cheapest cover material.

We ordered most of our furniture from structube because we liked the designs. However, I was very disappointed with the service. One day after having the ITASCA light professionally installed, one of the wires ripped and it was hanging from the ceiling. We also ordered 4 dining chairs (Camille) in beige. However, only 2 beige chairs were delivered and 2 yellow ones. We paid for delivery and assembly of the chairs. After calling structube about their mistake in sending the wrong color chairs, they refused to deliver and assemble the correct chairs. Instead, they expected us to bring the chairs to the store for exchange. This created a lot of inconvenience for us for a mistake by Structube. I would appreciate more effort to fix mistakes and not expect the customers to should that.
Another element that could be improved is that if you buy something from a structube location you can only return or exchange it at that location. It would be a lot more convenient if customers can return and exchange items from any structube location. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in Structube's customer service.

Beautiful product and good price, but believe it or not we waited a YEAR for a bench. They just kept delaying every time we asked about it.
My advice is never buy from the store, if you like an item (and have ample time) order online because they might give you a discount for the delays. This store didn't offer anything.

Customer service is non existent in this store. The displays are beautiful but that's about it. You're better off ordering everything online if you want to shop here.

I ordered a table and a bench on April 2021, after 5-6 month following our order almost every week, they said if you cancel the bench you will receive the table! We cancelled the bench and ordered it again at store (the same day) because they suggested to order it at store, not online. I received the table sometimes in November,
Now it is end of April 2022 and still I haven't received the bench!
Their price was reasonable and it was in the middle of covid time (that's why I could wait for table) but I never thought I wouldn't recieved my order after the whole year.
The bench should match with table, if it ever comes. But I will cancel the order.
They are the most irresponsible company.

Disaster! They never have anything in stock! They give you a date for any item you order but then they keep telling you that next two weeks next month and next and next!

I never trust this company anymore! This is complete waste of time if you go to any brunch of strucktube!

Felt like I was a bother to the staff to ask them a question.

Went again today June 2nd 2022. Lowering my review.

Same exact feeling. I went in to buy a couch. Not 1 person helped me so I bought it online, in store.
3 people behind the cash and gossiping but can't help a customer.

Customer service is really bad, I understand there was and it’s going on a lot in the world that makes difficult for them to know if the will have the products or so they said in all comments in order to apologise for the delays. I really don’t understand why would you showcase some products if there is not stock.
We purchased some items in the store since December and we were told there was not in stock however, they will be delivered In the next month. It’s already March called the store to have an update and they just keep saying the same, not even an attempt to apologise for the inconvenience or see where are the products are. It’s very frustrated and useless to call.

Never buy the “soft” couch.
Before giving a review, I gave customer service a chance to make things right since my couch has been giving me problems. They did not comply.
Only after 7 months, part of the couch has sank. I repeatedly told them that is was not the feathers that were down but the inside of the couch that lost its spring. They asked me to show them the couch’s environment and I did! It looks great but it really sucks. I’m left with a cheap couch with feathers sticking out and that cannot support 150lbs.
KEEP IN MIND THAT MY COUCH IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.
Bad quality, bad company. Good job structube!

Beaux produits mais n’ont jamais rien en stock et le délai de livraison est terrible en plus de l’augmentation de prix incroyable de plusieurs centaine de dollars depuis la pandémie. Une autre chose qui est vraiment décevante est qu’il ne font pas le paiement mensuel donc en plus de payer en un seul paiement, vous achetez quelque chose qui le 3/4 n’est même pas en stock et qui prend plusieurs semaines, voir mois à arriver.

Faites attention! Nous avons commandé une lampe en octobre. La première date de livraison fut prévue en novembre, puis retardé vers fin décembre. Puis retardée à nouveau jusqu’au mois de mars. Puis enfin jusqu’à la fin du mois de mai. A chaque fois, des problèmes d’importation. Furent utilisés comme prétexte pour expliquer le retard. Comme nous n’avions la le goût d’attendre encore on a décidé d’annuler.

Terrible service had in this store! There were 2 employees staring on their computers but not even care if customers need help. I want to purchase some furniture that day, consider the service I chose to go to St Catherine store.

Beautiful furniture. Great shopping experience “only if you get the articles at the store”. Online experience is more than bad. Extremely long waiting times (more than 7 months) they will not follow up, but more than welcome to get your money besote hand. Once arrives it comes damaged. $50 Refund is not negotiable no matter if you show proof by photos. I recommend Maison Corbeil. A more responsable company with their clients.

Super service, j'ai acheté une table et un banc, Valérie m'a donné un excellent service, j'ai même recu mon achat avant le temps. Si j'ai besoin de retourner au structube, c'est là que je vais retourner. Merci.

We ordered items in June 2021, we were told items will come end of july/August. I called in August said its postponed to September.my mom called again in hopes thats it would be there. They said it will arrive october. Sept 4, we came to the store now they said its postponed to End of December. Like wht will this come january 2022? And the people at the store said there is nothing they can do, I totally understand this they have no control over the shipping, but what is this there’s not even an effort, to call someone etc or something to inquire. No compensation or sometjing. Im starting to feel horrible and our items are being pushed because others were prioritized maybe they have larger items or more. And us we just ordered simple dining chairs

Very poor and slow customer service by phone or by email.

One of my product was supposed to be delivered in September 2020 but every month since, its was postponed for the next month. We're now in February 2021!

Products are average or just bad. Disappointing.

Ceci s’adresse à Structube en général et non en particulier à la succursale de LaSalle. Depuis l’année dernière les prix on énormément augmentés (100-200$ de plus sur certains articles). Je ne comprends pas une augmentation aussi importante. Surtout que la qualité elle, n’a pas changée! Je comptais acheter un divan sectionnel mais j’attendais qu’il y ai un rabais ou quelque chose.mais maintenant que les modèles qui m’intéressaient ont augmentés de 100-200$, je vais m’en passer! Quant à payer le même prix ailleurs pour de la bien meilleure qualité! C’est dommage, car je comptais acheter plusieurs meuble là dans le futur car les prix étaient compétitifs mais maintenant ça ne vaut plus la peine!

Nous achetons un sofa et on se fait dire que le livreur laissera le sofa à la porte et qu'il n'entrera pas à cause de la Covid! N'importe quoi.

Le Structube du carrefour Angrignon est très bien. Il y a une bonne superficie et une bonne variété de produits en salle de montre. Cependant, peut de produits sont disponibles sur place, il faut donc s'attendre à recevoir les produits ultérieurement.
