Every item we received had a defect. Manager tried to convince us the items are fine or we can fix them instead of replacing them. Still waiting on an item for over 4 months. This store needs better quality furniture.

These negative reviews are legit. I ordered a chair online and decided to pick it up from the store in mont royal.

When I went in the store to pick it up, the representative brought out my chair with no packaging. I was ready to pick it up and carry it out in a box, and asked them why my product isn’t packaged and ready to carry home.

The representative made some excuse about how the company sent the chair in two pieces (chair and legs) and not one, so they only expected one box but it needed two boxes so there’s nothing they can do but have me carry it home without a a box/proper packaging (like how is this my fault that the company and representative miscommunicated?).

I told her that she had to find a box for me to carry my two piece chair out of the store because it was very unprofessional to give me my item without packaging. She seemed annoyed and finally went in the back to bring out some random ratty box to put my chair in.

I was disgusted and disappointed, but not surprised since I read reviews from this location before ordering my item.

The only thing worth it is that I purchased a gorgeous chair and the picture online doesn’t do it justice.

Très gentils vendeurs David et Camille nous ont beaucoup aidé avec une chaise defectueuse. C’est tellement rassurant qu’on sera bien servi si il y a un pépin après la vente.

Très déçu du service. Le vendeur nous avait clairement dit que la livraison incluait de monter les morceaux à notre étage, mais quand le camion Structube est arrivé, ils ont déposé les meubles à l'entrée de l'immeuble et sont partis avant même que je puisse appeler le magasin. J'ai eu a les monter moi même sans aide. Nous avons appelé plus tard pour nous plaindre, mais ils nous ont dit qu'il aurait fallu qu'on appel la journée même et qu'ils pouvaient rien faire pour nous. Soit le magasin nous a menti sur la livraison ou les livreurs ne font pas leur travail et Structube s'en foutent.

En plus un des boutons était arraché quand on l'a reçu.

Cheap furniture at cheap prices.
Delivery time is very long. At least 3-4 months.

Good store for home furniture. Basically the antique goods are well maintained and selling. You will easily find the parking lot there. Variety of furniture from bedroom to bathroom. Kitchen to dining. You can easily get there and park your as much more noter

Scandaleux Structube. Livraison sans cesse retardée. Meme pas un courriel pour prévenir. On achète on paye mais quand va t on avoir notre article? ça.c est pas eux qui vous le disent. Opérateur sympas mais a des phrases types pour vous répondre. La covid a bon dos.

Les meubles sont jolis, mais certains sofas sont inconfortables ou très durs donc ça vaut la peine de se déplacer en magasin pour tester le confort des produits avant de les acheter en ligne. Le magasin présente pas mal de choix, ce qui est bien quand même.

Service à la clientèle: en rentrant dans le magasin, aucun des trois hommes à la caisse au fond ne m'a regardée ou saluée ni dit bonjour ni n'est venu voir si j'avais besoin d'aide. Je pense que le 3e était en formation donc il n'y avait que les 2 commis, occupés déjà avec leur client, ce qui n'empêche pas de dire un bref bonjour à mon avis. Nous étions seulement 3 ou 4 groupes de clients.

J'ai demandé de l'aide puis on m'a dit d'attendre mais après 10,15 minutes j'ai du partir car je devais retourner au travail.

J'espère qu'avec ce nouveau commis ils seront mieux outiller pour répondre à la demande sur le plancher et prendront quelques secondes pour au moins saluer les clients/établir une prise de contact du regarde, minimalement.

Decent amount of items ro get an idea of their build and quality. The staff didn't bother me while I had my headphones on and answered my question as best they could. I'm not giving 5 stars because nothing was Impressive and the person I talked to on the phone before going felt like she didn't care whether or not I could be a potential buyer. They are helpful but they are not sales persons.

Très bon service à la clientèle par l'employé Keven, il a fait tout en son pouvoir pour que je puisse recevoir le plus rapidement possible mon canapé et même si j'ai eu un problème avec la livraison, il a tout réglé très rapidement, merci beaucoup!

I got my stuff 6 months after I purchased. They are completly out of stock on everything. Don't buy unless you want to wait a lot

Beaux meubles, attention à si vous commandez en ligne. Vérifiez que votre article est en stock, si ce n'est pas le cas, vous nous pouvez pas savoir quand il va revenir (ça fait trois fois qu'on me donne des dates différentes!)

Mobilier de piètre qualité, pièces brisées et endommagées; je suis allé au centre de distribution à Laval et on m’a assuré qu’on me rappellerait dans les 24 heures: 3 jours plus tard toujours pas de réponse; personne ne répond au téléphone; on ne peut laisserai de message; mobilier très compliqué à assemblé et j’en passe.je suggère FORTEMENT à tous les consommateurs d’éviter ce commerce!

Service à la clientèle catastrophique, meubles de mauvaise qualité. À éviter. Préposée au service à la clientèle arrogante et sans aucune notion de ce que signifie l’expérience client. Parfois, il suffit de faire un petit effort pour gagner un grand nombre de clients. N’oubliez jamais qu’un client insatisfait ce n’est pas juste un seul client de perdu, mais également toutes les personnes à qui il racontera sa mauvaise expérience. Un canapé en tissu doit avoir une durée de vie minimale de 7 ans selon tous les critères de la protection du consommateur. Un canapé qui se tord ou se tâche sans aucune raison au bout de 2 ans ne répond pas aux critères d’usure normale. Je me sens flouée par votre entreprise et je ferai tout ce qui en mon pouvoir pour obtenir gain de cause.

Excellent customer service. They treated my mother with so much respect and assisted her with all her needs. They followed up with her through the whole process. The couch she bought was delivered promptly. I am very satisfied with the courteous service provided. Definitely looking forward towards buying new furniture for my future home at this store.

Excellent service, beautiful furniture. They take their time to help you and provide you with their expert advice. I love this store, it’s packed full of great furniture and design ideas. I returned an item and it was taken care of promptly. I highly recommend that you visit this store.

Recently purchased two items there. I had already bought a sofa at another Structube 10 years ago and figured I’d only shop there since I know they have the style I want. Shopped online, made a list and went to the store to try the different options. Half of the items online, they did not have in store, but the worse part was the service. There were 3 employees: an older man, a younger man and a woman. None of them seemed to know their stock. None of them offered assistance, when I asked for assistance they would answer one question and leave. I had to be served by all three to get enough answers to be able to make a decision. None of them bothered to suggest or give recommendations to help me with my choice. Furthermore, instead of accompanying customers through the store they would yell answers from one end of the store to the other, making other customers annoyed in the middle of their « conversation ». Very bad customer service (and COVID has nothing to do with it).

Uncomfortable and horrible customer service. The staff is rude, everytime I walk into the store there is a client complaining about something and the staff responses are very unprofessional.

I recently furnished an office and I'm so happy that I decided to go through Structube. They have stylish, functional, and easy to assemble furniture. And their customer service was always outstanding. I was especially impressed with Rachid at Saint-Léonard who went above and beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for! I will definitely be shopping there again.

Horrible place. Rude staff. I should have took the time to read all the reviews on here and it would have saved me these headaches. Get new staff for this location! I will be returning your cheaply made quality chairs. Also the pick up area is not clear and you will be lost trying to find it. I have no idea how you're still in business after all these negative reviews. This has being the worst shopping experience. I do not recommend.

They have some nice stuff at reasonable prices but the customer service is barely existent. I had to go searching for someone to answer some questions.

Horrible experience. Will definitely not buy anything from here anymore.
I bought a bed in January, and it came with scratches on the surface.
I requested a replacement, and it came one month later, still there is a damage. Then they say it is out of stock I need to wait until May.
In May, it is still not there and they ask if I can accept a discount as 50$.
The bed is 499$ with delivery fee 70$ and extra installation fee. I paid all these for a new bed, not a damaged one. The discount is just so cheap.
And they did not tell me early enough that the bed has been stopped producing so they cannot replace it at all.
Then the manager Margot stopped replying to me unless I call to the store. She is just with no concern of your experience in her voice.
I just had enough and don't want to deal with this anymore after 9 months. But at least I want people to know.
BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR CHOICE!

Very disappointed with their customer service. They don't respect their customer, sofa not as described on their website. Overprice for non-authentic item.
