Studio Alpha Shape

I met Yann 4 weeks ago with certain spine conditions and loss of bone density. After having conversations with him and seeing his in-depth knowledge about the body and conviction in treating my pain that was bothering me for 6 months, I decided to train under his supervision.

I have been training with Yann for 3 weeks now, two times a week and I am so thrilled with the results! My pain has not only significantly reduced but also numerous other benefits like posture correction, distinct gain in muscle strength and improved flexibility.

Yann is dedicated, inspiring and extremely well founded in what he does. I feel so good with the health of my body after so long.

Very dingy place was stinky went to one trial class and didn’t feel like going back.staff were friendly but others were not
