Studio Photo Rose

Just went in today to print a small poster. Since they told me they weren't able to print full size, I asked them if they would be able to trim my poster afterwards, and they told me they would. I payed before I saw the final cut poster, and when I got my poster back they handed me a poster with flakes on it. I scrubbed them with my finger and turns out THEY PUT WHITE OUT ON MY POSTER TO TRY AND HIDE SCRIBBLES THEY MADE BY MISTAKE, AND HOPPED I WOULDN'T NOTICE! What? !? There were like 5 patches of whiteout on the poster! Worst of all it was just 5$ on my end (so like probably 25cents for them), they could have just printed a new one! Funniest of all when I asked them if they really just damaged my poster and tried to hide it from me they responded word for word: 'do you have a problem with that? ' They really do not seem to care about their job so if you want something printed well you should probably look elsewhere.

My experience is very good I know them from long time very professional and they do their work with patience

C'est une bande de voleurs! J'ai demandé 20 copies couleur sur deux pages non recto verso ; ils m'ont facturé 40 feuilles. J'ai eu beau expliquer la différence entre une page et une feuille, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Je n'y remettrais plus jamais les pieds.

If I could give ZERO star review to their customer service I would. THE GIRL who work there is VERY IMPOLITE, HANGS UP PHONE ON CLIENTS and has ZERO RESPECT for people. They ask me to pick up my order at 4: 30 I came at 5 they didn’t prepare my order and didn’t even have a functional machine that could prepare the order that day and no one bother to call me in advance to let me know that my order wouldn’t be ready.

** I have to mention that I called many times during the day to make sure the order would be ready so they have multiples chances to inform me that they have no functional machine to deliver what I asked for.

I had a bad experience with a guy who was working in the studio so I wrote a bad review. Afterwards, the manager contacted me and solved the problem, so that shows that they are professional.
We had a newborn photo session with the studio. We had a great experience. She was professional and so patient. Even though our baby cried a lot, she was so calm and patiently waited for the baby to be ready to take another photo.

We had a great experience at Studio Photo Rose, where they took photos of me, my fiancé and newborn baby. They have a very nice studio upstairs with great backdrops and lighting. The photographer was professional and patient, particularly with our baby crying a lot of the time. She waited patiently and helped us calm our baby down to continue the photo shoot. They also take good photos for passports and print good quality photos in their studio on the main floor. I recommend Studio Photo Rose to anyone.

Used this amazing studio for a photo shoot for my kids. We were a big group so they offered to send a photographer to mine at short notice and despite it being thanksgiving day. Eghlima is a STAARRR! She was our photographer - extremely patient, professional and polite. We got all our photos sent and they were beautiful!

For printing they are good, but I had a terrible experience with their photo service.
I came in for passport pictures on a Saturday, I mentioned to the woman who was taking the picture that I needed 2 passport pictures format 35mm X 45mm. I even ask her to retake the picture since I wanted it to look good because I would keep it for the next 10 years. (She even smiled and took 3 pictures, she even helped me choose the one that looked better).
She had printed 6 pictures when I only asked for 2, I told her that I did tell her I needed 2 pictures only since it's for my passport and I don't need more, she said ok yes, no problem. She gave me the 2 pictures stamped and I was charged 20$.
When I went to my passport appointment to my surprise the pictures were not accepted because my hair was hiding my ears, so I went to the photographers next door and had to pay to retake the pictures. Explained to this photographer that my pictures were rejected and he said that it's a photographer's job to know those things and all photographers guarantee that pictures never get rejected.
Fun fact: On Studio Photo Rose business card they wrote "Votre photo passeport ne sera jamais rejetée! ". After my appointment I went back to Studio Photo Rose to explained what had happen.
I explained calmly and remained respectful, the photographer jumped out of her chair came to me and started talking loud, saying "I never make mistake, you never said it was for passport", "Take your money and I never want to take your photo again". She even at some point literally put her finger in my face, I had to ask her to remove it from my face. I have NEVER been this disrespected by a business, I have never seen anything like this.
I asked for a card because I wanted to write to the store manager, she laughed and said "I am the boss" when she had just told me minutes before that she needed to keep my pictures to show her boss.
If you are thinking about going there to take picture DO NOT!
Go to Photo Flash Plus on Queen Mary, way better customer service.

Incompetents I went to scan a document it took 15 minutes and they still didn't get it right sent me an empty attachment

Extremely rude service, an old guy started to play with the dimensions of my project before printing and ruined the work, after asked me to pay for this, when I refused, he took my usb-key and carelessly throw it to me.
