We had a fantastic experience with this shop's service for our Samsung phone, which had a dead board issue. The technician has excellent technical expertise, and he easily resolved the issue with my mother's phone. While another technician had suggested buying a new phone and claimed it wasn't worth fixing it the team at this store fixed it at a reasonable cost. The pricing was fair, and the staff was very friendly. We're absolutely satisfied with the outcome and will revisit if the need arises again.

The staff is exceptional. This iPhone 12 pro MAX fell out of my daughter's pocket when she closed the truck door. The phone was curved like a banana. Jake did a visual inspection and observed that the screen connector had 4 pins that were broken under the microscope. It was impressive to see him immediately fix the pins with the welder and test a working screen on the motherboard to see if the handset was able to function. Unfortunately, it didn't function properly. In order to rule out the already damaged phone, he removed the motherboard and tested it in a working device. Despite multiple attempts to restore the software with iTunes, the communication from iTunes continued to fail. Jake explained that the motherboard was severely damaged and that the internal connections can break if it bends. He advised against opening the motherboard due to its sealed construction and the possibility of multiple issues that may not be worth fixing. The diagnostic was absolutely free and I highly recommend them. I appreciate the time you spent on the phone.

The best place to fix your phone. I was hopeless for my phone as I didn’t even know the issue to begin with. They checked it out, figured out the issue and started fixing it right away. I got my phone in less then 30 minutes. Good price & great staff. They’re well equipped & soo good at what they do. Forever grateful.

Jimmy was absolutely truthful and amazing.my wife had an ipad pro that was previously fixed from a horrific place and jimmy made it brand new.his prices very fair and appropriate. He even has home repair service.he can come infront of your house and fix your phone.but you can go to his workshop for sure.i highly recommend him i will definitly come back again for any repairs.

Jimmy has lots of services, you can go to his workplace and fix your phone or call him to come to your house, he either sends his employee or he comes personally, depends on the work.highly recommended
