Very clean fresh friendly staff pickup on line order always asked valid customer payment ID because due to many fraud that is normal no issues for me

Congrats to managers for changing previous staff and congrats to new staff for being SOOO nice! This was the worst place/experience ever before and it's an excellent choice for a subway today!

Une sandwiches 6 pouce, biscuits, soupe ainsi qu'un breuvages 23$. Pour une soupe crème de brocoli trop liquide. Les biscuits n'étais pas frais. Pour finir première et dernière fois.

Glad to see how this place had improved the service quality. It is now a nice place to go for a snack. Congrats to the staff that made this happen!

Worst experience at any subway ever. They're cheap on the vegetables they put in your sandwich (6 slices of cucumber and 4 tomatoes for a footlong? !), I only asked for 4 different veggies and had to constantly tell them to fill in the gaps in my sandwich. Bought the combo with cookies, noticed 2 minutes after I left that they didn't give me my cookies so I turned around and went back. Girl proceeded to call me a liar and said no to giving me back what I paid for! I am utterly shocked at how bad I was treated and regret giving them any money. Please

Ordered online, staff asked to see the card which I used to place my order for whatever reason. Since I used the mobile app, I didn't have that card on me. They refused to give me my order and told me they had to refund me.

Disrespectful staff. First and last time I go there. Went there to get a sandwich ita like in was annoying them with my order because they were about to close in 15 minutes.

I usually give 4-5 stars to everyone, but this place is really a bad choice. Had a terrible experience with the guy there once and still gave it another try just because it's near my house and the second time it was a lady: even worse! She was just mad since we arrived, don't know why, she treated us like she was in a hurry and we were bothering her just for being there. Very disrespectful to my father who was being as kind as possible. She doesn't appreciate decent people. Never going there again, we love subway sandwiches but this selection of workers damages the image of such a big chain of restaurants.

Actually i visit yesterday night to that subway. And the lady which was working there at that time was too rude‍ i said to her to putt mayonnaise but she didn’t listen to me. I don’t know what was wrong with her.i think you people should fire her.

A date, pas de mauvaise experience avec ce subway.je me demande si les autres qui ont eu un mauvais service, avaient déjà une journée pas bien et ce subway était la dernière goutte qui a fait déborder le verre.

Pire service que j'ai reçu dans un Subway ou même dans un resto rapide en général. La dame, une femme hispanique, ne parlait ni en français, ni en anglais. On répète à plusieurs reprises et malgré tout, elle fait des erreurs. Elle nous accuse ensuite de ne pas avoir payé pour justifier son erreur et nous harcèle jusqu'à ce qu'on quitte le restaurant. Aucun professionnalisme et méga manque de respect.

Wish I could give 0 stars. 1 is way too much, I usually never complain, but horrible, just horrible customer service. Placed a mobile order and the lady didn't like that I placed my order with PayPal for whatever reason (which is supported by the subway app btw) and I was pretty much forced to cancel it and re-place it without the promotion with her, which clearly I didn't do, cancelled it and bounced. So yeah.support local restaurants just not this one.

J'ai demandé un combiné de viandes froides et je vois la viande brune! Ouach! Je lui dit rose! Pink! Elle me dit oui prend un autre paquet dans le bac celui là est rose super! Elle remet la viamde brune dans le bac ouach!

Être obligé de donner du pourbourboire sur la facture alors qu'il s'agit d'un service au comptoir est inacceptable. Même les endroits qui offrent le service aux tables où les serveurs sont soumis au règlement d'imposition des pourboires ne se permettent pas cela.

I ordered online, then when I came to pickup my order he said he doesn't Know anything about it. I explained the application took my money but no willing to help or inform about what was happening. Finally I asked for a new order and said I was going to pay for it again, I just wanted to get my order and go but he said he could not give anything to me!
I am a Subway fan, but I felt I was not properly treated at all, it was really disappointing.

La restauration rapide à un prix abordable toutefois le format boissons gazeuses et jus est de gros format. Ce lieu est apprécié par les étudiants.

Pire service que j'ai eu dans un Subway. C'est toujours très long à celui-ci, mais cette fois-ci c'était ridiculement long. Ça bat clairement des records. À croire que le staff ne parle pas un seul mot français. Ils ont dû être 4 à la caisse pour me faire payer mon sandwich. Pour ce qui est de la préparation de mon sandwich, j'ai du du leur dire au moins 8 fois les condiments que je voulais et ils arrivaient à ne pas mettre les bons. Franchement ridicule. Le gérant devrait fortement revoir son staff parce que la qualité est médiocre.

Plusieurs erreurs dont la machine à liqueur que les liquide n'était pas dans les bons tuyaux! Les employer ce sont tromper dans l'ordre des client! Mon fait attendre un bon 15 minutes
