Subway

Grande misère de nous service en Français, les employés ne sont pas capable de s exprimer en propre français, puis pour nous servir sans gluten, il a fallu intervenir après 2 tentatives pour changer la commande. Le manager n a pas été à l hauteur pour trouver une solution tout en essayant de nous blâmer au lieu de trouver une solution resonable à sa clientèle. Très décevant et pas à l image de Subway.

The bread was dry and the ingredients did not taste fresh. The service was horrible, this location seems to be under new ownership, unfortunately the workers do not know how to communicate in a friendly way, instead they look at you like they are doing you a favor. They need to have basic customer service training. Also they have raised the prices significantly. Too many negatives. I will take my business to an alternate location. Better to be served with a smile than a frown.

I had a pregnant craving to eat subway. The girl serving us was super sweet! Food was fresh and delicious

Subways is subways.it is a chain, and it usually tastes relatively the same. The perk about this one is that the owner is so friendly and pleasant, and he seems to always be there when I go. There is usually good music playing I enjoy this franchise

This place is the cleanest and the service is incredibly fast. Have been to other subways. This one Rocks!

I was glad was open very early, as (I was hospitalized and can't estcfood there, not sure if has allergens I'd react too, subway I'm safe). Was breakfast and all other places only opened 10am, this particular subway was next to hospital and open 8am! THANK GOODNESS! My mother was able to get me my food on time!

I frequent Subway often and try out any branch that is near me. However this branch in Hymus is, by far, stellar in the experience it provides its customers. The quality and taste of the sandwiches and ingredients are superb, cleanliness of the place is exceptional, and the service of the staff is impeccable. Examples some Subway locations AND other businesses should emulate. Highly recommended and I encourage everyone, who hasn’t been there, to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Went there on 2/2/22 and the guy at the counter asked for a vaccine cert.for my 11 years old son (? !) I hope owner / Subway Corp.read these reviews and understand the concept of liability both ways

I always enjoy the customer service at this location! The staff is super friendly and always joke around with me whenever I go! Definitely my favourite subway location!

Nice place & friendly service, but the chicken sandwich was far too tiny for the price - basically sample size!

HORRIBLE! CALLED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Cheese had mold and the lettuce was infested with ants. Owner has an attitude thereror i filed a complaint with the health department. Do not go eat there. Place is dirty and dishusting therefor how they treat their food dosent suprise me.

Took my sandwich home only to discover ants in it as well as the cheese had mold.disgusting, imagine what else is rotten that youre eating and don't notice.
