Plancher et table pas nettoyé j'étais subjugué, toilette défectueuse.j'ai été beaucoup de Subway dans ma vie et c'était le pire. Voilà vérité à été dit.

Il n'y avait pas de salade, pas de fromage suisse, on a essayer de me faire acroire que subway avait enlever les deux de leur menu.le service etait médiocre, aucun sourire. 0/5

Pour les boissons en fontaine c’est vraiment cheep.
Tu payes pour la boisson et ça goute juste de l’eau.

The staff over charged me and threw my receipt without asking me if I wanted it. It cost me 50$ for 2 sandwiches. The staff clearly steal money.

The cashier is putting 15% tips without even asking a consent from the customer.bad service

The place was OK because the service with the staff was good! However, the food looked pretty old and it was very cold in the restaurant. I know people are trying to save money but I can’t imagine those poor employees in the back

Probably the worst Subway location I’ve been too. I totally blame management because I really believe the employees are making due with what they have. They were missing items and the quality of the food is subpar compared to other locations. At times there’s only one employee serving a huge line of people while you can hear another employee in the back room. Customer service would definitely dictate to get out and help your colleague but I guess it’s a lack of training that is doing this location in. Staff shortage should not equal bad food and service. Head office needs to come in and do a clean up……. Fast.

J’ai jamais vu ça…. Je travaillais moi- meme dans un Subway auparavant et rien n’est respecté… si un agent viendrais faire une évaluation, le resto serait sûrement fermé. Les tables sont sales, le personnel « expérimenté » d’après eux, manque sérieusement de professionnalisme en parlait de comment ils ont hâte de s’en aller devant les clients et se mettent à sacrer quand les ceux-ci arrivent à l’intérieur du restaurant. Les sandwichs sont mal fait, la quantité non respectée et ce sans parler de la salubrité des aliments.il y a un protocole pour chaque aliment afin d’être sur que celui ci ne périme pas dans la table de service… aucun drain pour les légumes marinés et tout «  trempe dans son jus ». Ça en devient ridicule.nous avons attendus 32 minutes pour un trio quand il n’y avait seulement trois personnes devant nous. C’est désespérant. Un agent devrait venir faire un tour.

Les travailleurs non sympathiques
Ils ont laissé la mope à côté des tables pour manger,
Service vraiment lent,
Table à manger non laver,
Payer pour un trio et on ne reçoit pas nos verres,
On essaye d’expliquer les complications au travailleur, ils n’écoutent pas et donne des mauvais commentaires à mes opinions,
Subway qui était tout froid,
Travailleur avec Impolitesse au client
Pain mastique et froid autant la viande était froid,
Construction du subway horrible!

Je suis allez mardi soir service vraiment nul ouf qu’es qui se passe la gérante devrait travailler des soirs ou engagés des personnes plus âgées beaucoup plus d’expérience je vous le déconseille fortement de na pas aller le soir

Je suis venu a 20h et la personne qui travaillait n’est pas venu me servir j’ai patienter assez longtemps et la porte a fait assez de bruit pour qu’on ai entendu mon arrivée.

Asked for 2 subs with chicken teriyaki, dude slapped the chicken in the sandwich carelessly and when asked to actually spread the chicken out instead of leaving it all in the middle he simply poked 2 pieces as if it made a difference. We left without the subs and without paying, and the guy has the audacity to ask where we're going?

I'm not about to pay damn near 30$ for 2 subs that I have to open up and re-make at home?

Not the first time this place has terrible service laced with resentful attitude, but definitely the LAST time I'm going here.

If I could leave no stars I would because they honestly dont even deserve 1 star.

I'm from Ontario, and they wouldn't allow me to eat here despite the fact that I showed my government issued proof of ID, which is allowed via the Vaccine laws. Said I needed to show my vaccine passport QR code, but only residents of Québec can physically have the qr code.
