It was pretty standard for subway but the bill came to $50 for 2 sub combos so beware. They charge for everything separately.

Le pire Subway testé du Québec city. Le jeune homme et la jeune fille en service ne sont pas les plus propres et les plus efficaces. Sandwichs dégueulasse malgré le fait que l on choisit déjà de faire abstraction de la saleté et de la lenteur du service. L endroit est sale avec tous les napkins éparpillés. Visiblement il n y a aucune norme d hygiène respectée
En tout cas de ce qu on voit en tant que client.

Worst subway that is. Took 45 minutes to get my food. Had nothing left in the middle of the lunch hour during the Easter long weekend and the staff was sloppy, slow and rude. No one was acting as if they got a training and no one was wearing a net on their hair ().
Train your employees correctly or fire them.

As any other subway in canada yummmmy and it's downtown in historical building they kept all the fixtures of the building inside and outside

Your typical Subway to save the day when you are hungry and want something easy, but it wasn't quick at all because of how busy it was, understandable with the high demand in this popular tourist area, although it was in May when the tourism season hasn't peaked yet!

Worst Subway location ever.

Poor customer service, poor organization and inventory of veggies.

Ordered 6 sandwiches and after 3rd they had No Onions and pickles. It wasn't even closing time and they have no respect even if customer is buying 6 of their sandwiches.

Most discriminating old lady staff we’ve ever met in our life! My 6 yr old daughter is badly in need a bathroom, as a parent, you’ll try to find the best way to help your daughter. Unfortunately, an old lady subway staff kicked us out of the store. Such an inhumane act to do for a 6yr old kid who wants to use a bathroom. Why are we going to grab a sandwich first if my daughter needs a toilet right away? I hope that old woman will be fired from her job. It was such a humiliating experience to be asked to leave the store. Unbelievable!

Wow! Mon rap steak était vraiment bon, et très bien emballé, plus facile pour le manger. Service exceptionnel bravo!

Establishment was empty which allowed for quick processing time. Sandwich was fine. However, the server's head scarf was hanging into the food trays when she was assembling the sandwich. Disgusting.

The longest time I’ve ever spent in a subway. It took 10 minutes for the server to make each sandwich.

The worst experience in my live, 50 minutes to prepare the sandwiches of 5 people before me, then like 15 minutes to prepare just 1 sandwich, it was cold when was the time to eat. I speak to the "team chief" he was just chatting in the back while 2 persons try to make the food with the restaurant full. Very bad experience, never going to come back to this location

Le service est pitoyable, la qualité de la nourriture plus médiocre payer 8$ pour ce que j’ai eu c’est une honte. Je recommande pas du tout, seule et unique fois que je vais ici. Vous devriez revoir le service et la qualité de votre offre en succursale.

Service pitoyable. C'est terminé pour moi ce Subway là. Il est tout près de chez moi, mais depuis cet été c'est pire que pire. Du jamais vu. Aucun bonjour, sourire ni merci et on ose vous parler brutalement ou dire des bêtises sur les clients DEVANT les clients. De plus, la moyenne d'attente pour un sandwich, alors qu'il n'y a que 2-3 personnes devant moi dans la file, dépasse toujours les 25 minutes. Si j'avais pu, j'aurais mis 0 étoile. Il n'y a rien dans mes expériences des derniers mois qui justifie un centime de point. La dernière fois j'en suis sorti franchement mal à l'aise.

One of the ladies working here has no sense of urgency as the lines got longer. She was moving so slow and she just kept up a conversation with another staff there. Disappointed in how long it took to get a SOUP

They did a great job considering there were two employees and 20+ people in line, almost out the door. Menu is a little unique to the area.

Personel non souriant, vous parle comme dans un camps de concentration.
Limite on leurs faisait perdre leur temps.

Le tout petit établissement était vraiment sale et non lavé.
Et je ne vous parlerai pas des WC

J'ai été manger à cet endroit cette semaine, je vous promet que c'était ma dernière fois. Le jeune homme a lancé volontairement le tube de mayonnaise par terre. Le bout du tube a touché au sol et ensuite il l'a repris et a remis de la mayonnaise pour servir les autres clients.

Je ne peux pas croire que c'est arrivée. Clairement, les employés sont tannés de travailler à cet endroit!

Rarement vu qqun d´autant lent à la préparation. Nathalie pose les items 1 par 1 dans le sandwich. J’ai attendu 35 min alors qu’il y avait 5 personnes devant moi.
Sandwich correct, mais heureusement!

Cest correct, mais une des employees semble detester les gens qui parlent anglais. Cest pourtant un resto situé dans le coin touristique. Elle etait bête et impatiente avec eux.

L'employé présent tire ses couteaux sur le comptoir. Semble totalement désintéressé de sa clientèle et de son travail. Répond comme un enragé à ses clients. Pire personne travaillant au public que j'ai rencontré de ma vie! Impensable!

Subway is actually my favourite type fast food, (don't know if it's a true fast food.) the sandwiches were magnificant, service always kindful and friendly. The place was also beautiful and really liked!

Staff is extremely slow and disrespectful. Had to wait 45 minutes in line when there were 4 employees on the floor! Didn’t even get my order right either. Never going again, not tourist friendly either.

Très incompétent. 3 personnes avant moi et j'ai du attendre 25 minutes parce que les 3 employés étaient trop lent.

Très mauvais service employée seule pendant que les autres parlent. Elle était tres lente pour faire les sandwichs tellement qu’il n’était Plus chaud rendu a la table. Tiroir caisse bloquer mais je paye par carte jai du attendre. AUCUN SOURIRE AUCUN MERCI. Machine à liqueur brisée, il ne m’on jamais offert un breuvage en bouteille. PITOYABLE.
