Subway

At exactly 6 10 PM today (November 13) one worker was serving the clients and he had a line up meanwhile the other worker who’s an Indian girl with long hair was just talking to her guy friend and making him a free sandwich while there was a line up. Completely unprofessional, clearly does not care at the fact that the other worker was put under pressure with the line up. Manager needs to manage their workers.

I will never give a tip here, the manager keeps it for himself, that's a horrible practice IMO

I worked for subway at 2 locations in lasalle the boss is a thief, she steals employee tips and orders them not to give much toppings on the food. Scimp, steal very dishonest

Specially in night time there is one girl she have long shift she has no manners how to talk with others specially when girls go there for training she behave very rudely she think she is owner of subway and in their whole shift she is on phone and put airpods which is not sense to use while shift/Work as well as if any girl go there for training under that girl she don’t teach well only wasting the time of another people.

Le propriétaire est un monstre, laisse une seule fille sur le plancher dans le rush, et garde le pourboire de la machine pour lui. Très gros trou du c*l cette pratique est ignoble et je suis dégoûter par cette homme qui manque d'humanité, j'espère que tu vois ce message sale rat

1 person working at 7pm, waited 30 mins inline for a sandwich felt bad for girl working there. She was doing her best.

There was noone inside except the girl closing the restaurant. The food was good but she was ready to close, dhe wasnt rude but she wasnt offerering help either.

This subway is nice usually when i'mthere not busy so i order always with peace of mind
The staff work there specially in evening or night are very greatfull girl talk nice sometime when you confused what to slecet they help you to choose

They don't pay attention to the order at all, ingredients are wrong and the instructions not followed. Want toasted or not toasted? Doesn't matter, they'll do the opposite. No tomato on the order? Well you'll get that anyway, but it will cost you about 50% of the ingredients that would normally be on your sandwich.
Other subways use 2 of their pre-portioned meat on the sandwiches, this one somehow gets away with giving 1 and charging you full price. So they're just stealing from the people giving them business.
Just avoid this place.

Not great, the owner is to blame for the bad service and how much they're picky on the quantities they put on the sub. The owner charged me 2 times extra bacon fees, when i asked why she charged me that she told me its was the price for 1 slice and since its a 12 inch, 2 slices = 2x the extras she told me. THE WORST part is that the sandwich i ordered (chicken bacon & ranch) is suppose to already come with bacon in it normaly. The first and only place were they charged 2x extra bacon in a sandwich that was already suppose to have bacon in it.i refused it and left, she started insulting me on my way out, even if the store was half-full.dont go there i had a much better experience at the one on champlain, its not great, but they dont charge you almost 19$+tx for a 12 inch chicken bacon & ranch signature sub

Weekend girl is always late. The bread is not fresh and when ordering from the subway app, make sure to check your food before leaving. I ordered on the app to come home and realized nothing I ordered was on my sandwich.

Was there, the cashier seems friendly, but the scanner doesn't accept fresh coupons. At least that's what I'm told, even if it scans properly, I don't know if it's a new scam method, but after wasting 35mins there, even trying to order through the android app which didn't accept pickup for that location. Cannot figure what is wrong. Such a pity

Dont bother customizing your order because they’ll do whatever they want anyways.stingy on the sauce, meat, and rice.they added ingredients into my bowl that i am VERY allergic to.got it from ubereats so i wasnt there to monitor the mess they call food.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 je le ferais! Commande skip: Sandwich non grillé pas de fromage, j’avais aussi un trio pour enfants … compote de pommes gogo sqeez expire depuis 1 mois, j’appel au resto pour avisé la femme ne parle pas français et ne comprend rien en anglais pourtant je lui expliquais seulement *Your gogo sqeez apple for kids is expiref* elle me demandait mon numéro de commande ect.très compliqué je suis certaine qu’elle a rien compris! Je ne recommande plus jamais là-bas.

J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience à ce subway l’employer me virait les yeux de travers elle n’écoutait pas mes désires elle voulait faire ma sandwich à sa façon pourtant je voulais seulement faire toaster. Je suis donc partie et je vais à un autre subway!

On m'a livré n'importe quoi! J'ai dépensé 23,76$ pour qu'on me livre un sandwich qui sens l'odeur du poulet périmé, 0 bacon comme prévu, pas de laitue, 0 fromage et la tomate n'est même pas fraîche.

Honnêtement, ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive mais là c'est la dernière fois que j'achète chez Subway
