The steak and the vegetables were so fresh and tasty and the portions served were delicious. The lady that was serving for lunch was welcoming and friendly that you feel special.

Honestly I’ve seen reviews trashing this place but all the times I’ve been there I’ve had great experiences and I just like it because it’s small and quaint and not to many people are there it’s really nice

This place always changes their mind on whether or not they serve the meatball sub. One week they have, the next they say that they haven't served it in months. Either they lie straight to your face or they don't know what they are doing.

My 88 year old mother was sick with a fever and chicken soup was about all she would want. We had no power due yo the storm so I went to try and find a place and landed at Subway’s I went in to check… luckily I met Imad, he was at the front managing all the people and saw my desperation and asked if he could help me… I explained and even though they had ran out he asked the back staff to make a new batch! I am so grateful for places that are run by heartfelt people like him, it makes the world a better place especially at times like this. Thank you

I frequent this subway somewhat regularly and am never disappointed. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is friendly. Even when I'm in there late, they always have the bread and ingredients I'm looking for!

Great sub more than I could eat with lots of veggies. Store looked closed from the street maybe some illumination would help.

Very sloppy and slow service. The staff was quite incompetent, wouldn’t recommend this specific location.

There are better subways in the west island.

My niece applied to work here couple months ago, My niece she has over 8 years of experience working in fast food restaurants and high class restaurants, she gave them recommendations and they even called her old boss he gave them great recommendations yet still on her interview he asked her why should we give u this job why u think we should hire u and she honestly answered than he tells my niece why don't u go on welfare and what nationality are you from just constantly putting her down. This is subways how hard is it to make a sandwich she was over qualified and he still wanted to her to beg for the job, She never went to work for them when the owner called her because of his disgusting comments. This place will never advance because good workers and smart professional employees don't want to work for him or they quit after 4 weeks. Paying employees 14.25$ an hour and treating them with disgust is not how a business will build up.

I had a great experience ordering a catering platter. I didn’t notice that I made a mistake in my order. And although it was my mistake, the owner and the staff made it so easy for me to accommodate the situation and handled it professionally. I really had a great experience and the sandwiches were so delicious and my guests loved it.

Over the years, I have made over 1400 reviews on Google, mostly for restaurants. This place, Kirkland location, does not even deserve the 1 star. I was curious to try the new rice bowls offered by Subway. So I looked at the fried chicken and the beef. I have never seen such gross, unappetizing looking food. I walked out. Yuk.
If you are expecting to get what is advertised, don't.

In general this is a good location. Not my go-to subways (that would be the one on sources) but this is closer for me. Most of the staff is friendly and the store is nice and clean.

May 28.2021: Had an odd experience today. The server guy was clearly in a bad mood and slamming the breads a bit hard on the table when making the food. Not overly polite, did not smile at all and just seemed grumpy. People like that need to be kept away from customers.
