Subway

Ordered 2 sandwiches online. They forgot to toast it. I had frozen eggs in my subway. Also, half the veggies requested were out of stock from the store.

Who wants to spend $25+ on a combo at Subway? !? ! Prices have gotten completely out of control for the lackluster quality food. Why not have a shawarma for less than half the price? Personally, I am completely done with Subway as of 2023.

I just stopped in at this Subway because it's the only one thats open past 8pm. Online the hours are listed as open until 9pm. When I arrived at 8: 20 the open sign was on as well as all the lights and there was a cashier inside but the door was locked. I tired knocking on the door and even calling the store number to see why I couldnt get in even thought the open sign was on and the hours listen at the door said open until 9pm but I got no response. I'm very upset at this unprofessional service, if you're going to close early then at least turn the open sign off

The customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that we’re in Quebec but once I said my greeting in English I could tell by the sandwich artists demeanour I was in for a rough time. Ultimately they seamed bothered by my order and rather focus on prep tasks.

As for the food it was alright, and I get that you’re trying to portion control toppings but when you ask for olives and they only put three on it, like that’s ridiculous.

Overall between the struggle to get a decent meal here, at the price of $16 for a single combo, this wasn’t worth it.

J’ai attendu 10 minutes pour me rendre compte que la caisse ne fonctionnait pas. Si vous ne pouvez pas faire payer les clients, il ne faut pas rester ouvert.

Service was a bit slow, veggie area was messy and my "sandwich artist" was very light on the portions.

I sent in an order via Uber Eats. They gave me the wrong order and when I called them to tell them, there was no manager or supervisor on-site to help and no one spoke English enough. Just lost half my order.

Ça été une belle expérience. Car le service a été pour moi un succès.

J'ai adoré l'emplacement.
Le repas est super selon notre préférence.

Staff are always friendly, listen well, and fix it if they make any mistakes. They really put extra effort in and it shows.

La dame dernière le comptoir ne fesait que regarder son téléphone les sandwichs étaient tellement mal la sauce coulait de partout!

Je suis très très déçu du service de Subway plateau j’ai commandé un sandwich et j’ai reçus un sandwich sans garniture sans sauce tout sec et j’appelle le restaurant pour leurs faire parvenir la dame qui me répond et cris sur moi en disant qu’elle n’as pas de temps de me répondre elle était vraiment insolente et je suis très très déçus de leurs service.

I always love to eat at a subway restaurant. But this one has by far been the most disgusting place I have ever visited. I had to cancel my order because flies were feeding on my sandwich as it was passed by to another employee. Flies were lingering on the vegetables and meats. The floors were sticky like it wasn't washed in a few weeks. No thanks!
