First things first: the ladies who work there most mornings/the lunch rush Monday through Friday are excellent. Super friendly, efficient and make the sandwich exactly how you want. Props to them for being awesome.
That said, being a fan of the Chicken Teriyaki I went there today to grab a 12" sub and saw they got rid of the scoops for meat. Now the meats are pre-portioned out. That would be OK but visually it looks like they're serving at absolute best 50% less meat than previously. I should've taken a photo, I think the portion for a 6" sub was 5-6 tiny little pieces of chicken, couldn't believe it. I have no interest in paying 15$+ for a sub that is essentially bread and veggies with trace amounts of meat.
Very disappointed in cheap, penny pinching ownership that add nothing for the customer. "We want more money and we will give you less" seems to be the strategy for way too many places.

Je mange chez Subway environ 1 fois par semaine. Première expérience sur Champlain et dernière fois! La dame qui était là à 13h samedi était offusquée que je demande de mettre un peu de sauce avant la viande. Après avoir argumenté elle a mis plein de sauce pour se venger. C'était dégueulasse. Le resto devrait seulement garder les 2 jeunes hommes qui étaient là. Ils étaient avenants et patients avec les clients. Honte à cette dame qui devrait changer de domaine!

Fait des sandwichs déjeuner toutes la journées (ils sont rare). Dame anglaise qui parlais français. Légume frais, bon service, bon prix. C'est sur que j'y retourne.

Mauvais service, qualité des ingrédients laisse a désirer
Demandé peu de sauce dans mon sandwich, l’employée verse par accident une flaque de sauce dans mon sandwich, je lui dit que c’est trop, elle me regarde avec l’aire bête et étant la sauce sur le reste du sandwich au lieu de la retirer ou d’en faire un autre … me passe a la caisse et ne me souhaite pas bonne journée ou ne me remercie pas …
