Subway

Asked for change. The lady charged me my for 2 cookies without giving me any cookie then gave me the rest of the amount and then said because she cannot give me change she charged me for 2 cookies! She gets to decide how many cookies you should buy! Could she not just say unfortunately I cannot give change or you have to buy 1 cookie?
Worst customer service ever!

Consistently terrible service, workers that put their hands on the outside of the gloves to put them on. Very sanitary, bathroom is always disgusting, had a woman charge me for a 12" when I ordered a 6" and then force me to get more than I wanted instead of balancing the register at the end of the night. Worst thing that happened was getting sick less than an hour after eating there. Absolutely avoid at all costs!

Had to specifically ask the woman to switch gloves after she handled money. Poor hygiene overall from the looks of it.

I am in a wheelchair. I attempted to visit your location today but due to the construction I was unable to enter your establishment. I was looking forward to a steak and chipotle wrap. Unfortunately I couldn't get one.
I understand the construction is not defined if you're establishment, but I wonder what exceptions you're making to accommodate your customers who are in wheelchairs or otherwise mobility impaired?

Subway sandwiches as usual, but uonestly the staff that is currently working over there is really nice, nice people and they treat you pretty well

Have been a regular since I moved nearby couple of years ago. But twice recently I've seen employees without a mask, behind the counter and in the dining space. We're required to wear masks and to be vaccinated to eat there, but employees aren't required to be vaccinated. I also cannot imagine for what other health measures they might be foregoing if something as evident as a facemask is neglected. I will not take that chance and will not be returning.

Its a small and confortable place to go and cuz of the COVID-19 you dont have to wait in line any longer

Cheap on the ingredients, language barrier & expect to wait 10 min in front of the staff before getting acknowledged i'I've been there many times, because its just beside my house. Everytime, I regret It!

The guy is alone serving 7 people meanwhile others are coming in
I am sure the boss is so cheap like the quality of his subway that he doesn’t allow to have another guy to save money!
Very little portion, cucumber Frozen, onion frozen, lettuce frozen
I end up canceling the order because i been waiting over 10 minutes for the guy to put the vegetables
Please dont go eat there!

On ne peut meme pas commender juste un pain nature je prefere manger de l'eau de toilette et votre service est juste en anglais donc on est au Québec donc changer le nom de votre resto pour «Métro» sur ce bonne fin de journée 

Been a customer of this location for around 8 years and there has not been a single time where the employees weren't super friendly! One of the best subways, Would recommend

You reduced the size of your tortillas significantly, reduced the size your measuring utensils as well and then increase the prices.

Le personnel qui était sur place ce jour là ne parlait pas un mot de Français et ne faisait pas l'effort de le faire. Inacceptable. C'est une violation flagrante de la loi.

THE WORST SUBWAY IN MONTREAL. LITERALLY STAFF IS DISGUSTING AND THEY GIVE YOU THE FOOD WHEN ITS GONE BAD. ITS LITRALLY THE WORST SUBWAY IN MONTREAL. YOU CAN GIVE IT A TRY IF YOU WANT TO BE SICK. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY SUBWAY BECAUSE THEY ARE INFLUENCE THE REP OF THE OTHER SUBWAYS.

On y va plus par manque de choix que par choix. On espère que le sub du jour jouera en notre faveur. Eh non. C'est un Subway, une chaine internationale alors il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose d'extraordinaire à propos de cette succursale spécifiquement. J'y suis allé, ca sentait la même odeur distinctive de pain que partout dans le monde. On a mis trop de salade pour que je mette moins d'autres condiments qui coûtent plus cher alors je dis pas de salade. Remettez des oignons rouges et olives noires s'il vous plaît. Non pas de trio parce que'une boisson fontaine ça coûte rien et un chips je peux en acheter un gros sac pour le même prix. J'ai mis comme d'habitude beaucoup de sauce Sud-Ouest parce que c'est la seule qui goûte quelque chose. Dijon ou ranch en plus, et poivre seulement. Merci!
