Subway

I had visited this Subway outlet in the Montreal Airport. I was confused after seeing the menu, so I asked the server's suggestion. He suggested a chicken sandwich something, it was good and filling. I had ordered a footlong and a cookie. But he told me the price for the footlong was going to be 12 or 13 dollars something, but they charged me 26 dollars for a footlong and a chocolate cookie. Don't know how that works, more than double of what they said to me. Probably wouldn't visit a Subway again lol. There was a spot to sit and eat, and to charge the phone, which was nice. Anyways service good and the food was decent tbf.

Personnel super, mais Subway frauduleux. Rajoute des frais de 0,50$ pour des oignons croustillants alors que normalement c’est gratuit selon Subway (Je travaille moi même pour Subway et jamais il n’y a d’extra pour ça) Et étant donné qu’ils ne trouvent pas l’option d’extra sur leur caisse ils chargent un biscuit en changeant le prix pour 0,50$ en guise d’extra. Une plainte sera faite à Subway ainsi qu’à l’Office de protection du consommateur.

Worst service I've ever received at any subway. Paid 32$ for two veggie patty footlongs which were neither toasted nor grilled. I asked not to toast as I like my sub grilled. When we rached to the final step I asked the employee, who told her name Ash, to grill it. She refused saying it's not possible as grill machine is only for wraps. I insisted on grilling the sub as it wasn't even toasted and in the last 6 years not a single subway location ever refused to grill the sub. I told her that everyone always does that and you can easily do it but she just kept saying it's only for wraps, we don't clean it everyday, my manager asked me to not grill sub. On top of that she kept visiting someone in the sitting area after finishing my order, who seemed to be her boyfriend or husband, that clearly demonstrated that why she was in hurry to finish my order fast. Pathetic experience after my long tiring flight.

Beyond slow service. A simple order of 4 cookies and 2 bottles of water took over 10 mins for the cashier to process. Strange.

Charged me 13$ for a 6 inch ham, when i told them the price should only be 7$ like it says on the menu, they told me thats not how it works. Buncha dumbdumbs. Subway is a basterdized version of itself after we lost the 5$ footlong

The chicken does not look or taste like chicken. The bread was very chewy and the price is outrageous.

Retour au pays après trois semaines être parti depuis le matin. Je n'avais presque pas mangé de la journée. Il et 1h30 am et j'ai faim. Le seul restaurant ouvert que je vois. Le 6 pces "steakeurant" est frais, chaud et réconfortant. Je le dévore en un rien de temps. Même à l'heure tardive, le personnel a été très sympathique. Quelques places assises. Les prix sont plus élevés qu'à un Subway hors aéroport.

Personnel pas sympathique et prix exorbitants! Plus de 30$ par personne et la commande n’a pas été respectée.

Got laughed at for asking if they had gluten free. Like it’s fine if you don’t but why laugh? Unnecessary and rude.
He looked like one of the managers too in his nice dress shirt. So unprofessional.

Pour la nourriture, faut pas s'attendre à manger avec goût.
Quant au service, si on donnait des pourboires pour un service déplorable où les serveurs s'impatientent et sont impolis, ce Subway serait surclassé.

I had a spicy chicken grilled sandwich. It was ok but there was a Indian guy on the counter who scammed me with exchange rate. I gave him 100 dollars usd bill but he told me that he can only give cad in exchange for usd

The food was okay (ignored the bugs flying over it) but the cost was ridiculous. I eat at airport Subways all the time and this is by far the most expensive in the country. $6.44 to make it a combo is greedy.

Horrible attention. They are so ridiculous with Latin tourists. I bought only because I had hungry. However, anymore!

Employés (2) un peu perdu lors de ma visite. Pas très sympathique, et font plusieurs erreurs dans notre commande. Mauvais pain, mauvais fromage. Le poulet croustillant était mouillé et granuleux. Pas correctement cuit du tout.
MAINTENANT question SALUBRITÉ.
J’ai dû compter une vingtaine de mouches dans les plats et qui volent partout sur les tables non lavées. Honnêtement je ne recommande pas. Très déçu et désagréable.

Dirty, expensive, don't really heat up your food, just a little. They are sort of friendly but don't give you more than one tissue.all in all, I remember subway to be better than this.

It's a great meal not to heavy after a long flight back from Vegas, good service and prices

I had the best experience. Probably the best Subway I have ever been to. The staffs are very friendly and funny. I received excellent customer service. If you are looking for a good place to eat, Subway is the place.

The only downside is that they don't accept meal vouchers but explained that the issue lies between the airliners and management.

But overall, I was not disappointed.

Service is nice, the usual you get an any subway franchise. Clean, trays are picked up and tables are always cleaned.

La qualité et le goût des repas étaient parfaits mais le comportement des personnels n'a pas été très amical.

I went here to take some soft drinks, a iced tea, a lemonade and a Diet Pepsi, it's excellent to drink, also my purchase doing here is less than 3 dollars for all you can drink formula, also the cleanliness of this Subway is excellent and your personnel are very friendly, respectful and competent. Thanks for my visit!

Very angry lady, if you eat there probably the sandwich, get you sick, she's doing everything like if you're asking for a favor, please today is Christmas, every body deserve respect at least

Are u kidding me, small egg sandwich for 10 bucks crazy, usually get for 4 dollars in other subways, shame even don't have full collection, worst subway in entire country, someone has to check their prices.

L'employé a utilisé la même paire de gant pour préparer les sandwichs après avoir servi à la caisse.non non non! Je ne reviendrai plus à cet endroit. De plus, les tables ne sont même pas nettoyées correctement.

Service exécrable! Depuis quand Subway refuse de varier les recettes à la demande du client? J'ai demandé un sandwich avec pain sans gluten.il me semble qu'aucune recette n'est pré formatée pour le pain sans gluten non? Donc à partir de là, j'ai le droit de choisir la recette que je veux? Non? Bien, le commis refusait de me donner le poulet que je voulais sous prétexte que ça défaisait sa recette de wrap! Je suis reparti en le laissant seul avec son pain sans gluten qu'il a dû jeter.et la meilleure, c'est que le client après moi c'est vu refuser de changer la sauce de ses sandwichs.il est aussi reparti sans sa commande. -30$ en 30 secondes! Ça fait un revenu positif à la fin de la journée. Je ne retournerai plus jamais chez Subway.

Ils sont fous. 19$ pour un biscuit, un sous-marin 12 pouces et une boisson. à éviter, c'est du vol.

On y va plus par manque de choix que par choix. On espère que le sub du jour jouera en notre faveur. Eh non. C'est un Subway, une chaine internationale alors il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose d'extraordinaire à propos de cette succursale spécifiquement. J'y suis allé, ca sentait la même odeur distinctive de pain que partout dans le monde. On a mis trop de salade pour que je mette moins d'autres condiments qui coûtent plus cher alors je dis pas de salade. Remettez des oignons rouges et olives noires s'il vous plaît. Non pas de trio parce que une boisson fontaine ça coûte rien et des chips je peux en acheter un gros sac pour le même prix. J'ai mis comme d'habitude beaucoup de sauce Sud-Ouest parce que c'est la seule qui goûte quelque chose.
