Je suis épatée par le service! Employée très aimable et très efficace. Je n’ai pas vu ça ailleurs! Bravo Madame.

Waited a very long time. Lady served the Uber before us even though we arrived before the order was placed. When It came to my turn to order the sandwich, no bread was left except the flatbread or a wrap because the Uber order took all the bread left. Took a burrito and got a poor quantity of beef and avocado. My burrito was barely cooked and tasted like lettuce with south west sauce. Wrote a complaint on subway and they gave me a free drink or cookie with the purchase of a 12 inch. What a joke.

Old woman that works there is super stingy with her portions, my sandwiches were thin and light.

Horrible customer service from a 50 - 60 year old female employee. Extremely rude and blames the customer for her mistake. She definitely needs a training on what proper customer service is.

The owners and employees here are outstanding. They always offer amazing service and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are properly serviced. I love eating here and do so almost daily when possible haha. Probably the best service of any Subway I've been to in Montreal.

Second time I been there since things have reopened. Both times I been impressed.

1st they did not have the cookies we wanted.she offered to make them fresh

2nd even after starting @9am and it was 7pm.the young lady stil had a great warm professional vibe.
12hour shifts are not easy

I went inside of this restaurant today. There w3as not that much customer at the beginning, However at the end there were a group of customer together at a time. They were well maintained and was in discipline. The maintained the social distance for this COVID-19. Inside the restaurant is also nice and clean. Only one employee was there to serve. She seems to be well trained for her job.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Place is clean. Food quality is Subways, either you like it or you don't.

There are many things that I want to say about this subway, especially at this palce, somerled. Their sandwich is always fresh and delicious to eat. I love the service and impressed by way they deal customer. Though there are some subway restaurants near me. But, I always prefer to go here, because they make sandwich very delicious. Also, they are friendly. I specially stop in this subway and miss my bus.

Last time I went there no onions + no herbs bread + no cheese mixed, really it was a bad experience just I paid then I ate it but not delicious at all

I think you have to respect your customers. Even If we are Muslim or Jewish community it doesn't matter, just because I shared my experience here when I was angry then when I came back they told me that I have to change my review because we are a Muslim! Sorry but you have to learn how to respect your customers. Your Customers always right

This was a great subway but I think there are new owners or operators. They never have any bread except white, no spinach and on and on. Its not Covid related as other locations do not have these issues. Too bad I used like this place but now it has gone downhill.

Je suis en amour avec le service a la clientèle. Une merveilleuse membre dequipe. Toujours accueilli avec un super de sourire. Jessica est une super demoiselle, toujours aussi souritante, super poli engage des conversations. Assiste bien! Les garcons aussii bon job! Jen suis aller a des subways mais le service nest pas le meme. Je vous en parle meme pas de la rapidité.

Très bon 12", frais et bien fait mais ciboire que c'était long! ‍️‍️‍️ J'ai jamais vu un employé aussi vache que ça! Tsé le genre de personne qui a le cordon du coeur trop long pi qui s'enfarge dedans.lent mais lent comme c'est pas permis! À part ça, tout était correct mais sérieux faites un suivi de votre personnel au plus criss c'est l'enfer! C'était sur l'heure du dîner et il y avait juste moi et mon collègue qui attendait d'être servi.

If McDonald's is where you eat when you hate yourself, Subway is where you go when you have no strong feelings about yourself one way or another.

Yummy sandwiches! The staff are exceptional! They make the sandwiches like they were making theirs, well spread, and service comes with smiles and kindness, they could teach many places what customer service means! Kudos!
