UPDATE: I went to Subways and got a really good service. The App is actually linked to DoorDash, so Subway has no control over the delivery. The staff was nice and comprehensive, and they even made me a new fresh sandwich and gave me a free cookie for the trouble. Service was very good!
I ordered online and there were no drivers available; the delivery hour was always postponed, so i called to cancel my order but no one answers, and I called many times and always no answer. And i have no way of cancelling and getting my money back on the app. Really bad service.

Tajas is a great employee! Great customer service and very helpful and respectful. I specifically go out of my way to this subway to be served by Tajas. Deserves a raise!

Horrible dishonesty by the owner. He owns another location on Cote Vertu (Spheretech) and on MULTIPLE occasions, he lists prices on the display board that is lower than when you get to the cash register. This has happened at both locations and he has REFUSED to honour the displayed price. In addition, when trying to use a subway survey voucher, he insists that you must print out the e-mail (which does not exist). The survey voucher coupon on the Subway website CLEARLY states that all you need to do is write down the code number on your previous bill. This owner is ARROGANT and COMPLETELY DISHONEST. My wife and I eat at Subway multiple times per week and we now will NEVER go back to these 2 locations that are owned by this DISHONEST owner!

Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Le cassier était très bête et ne parle même pas français. La nourriture n’était frais et j’ai été malade par la suite.

Mauvais service et le gars est super cheap pour les ingrédients quand je lui demande de m'en ajouter il me répond en anglais seulement que j'en ai assez (4 cornichons) c'est dommage.

Service is the worst thing.i got in and no one was there and once someone saw me.no greeting or what so ever and he continued to do what he was doing and after 10min he said what do you want to order.like are you guys for real?

I have been to this Subway multiple times and every time I go it's a very positive experience. Ordering through the app is a breeze and it's always ready before I park and go inside for the sandwich. I enjoy all the employees at this location as they are friendly and provide great customer service.

Ridiculous service, they don’t follow instructions and confuse you by multiple people asking what you want in the sandwich, the particular individual there asked me where I was from after I asked him to put in a specific extra ingredient they had and was basing my requests off what my ethnicity was from. It’s 2022 you cannot be doing this nonsense, franchise owner - maybe you should have more regard in hiring quality workers who do not base customers on their ethnicity. To be exact the employee was wearing glasses, and seemed of a south Asian descent. Beware and try to stay away from such franchises since they ruin the reputation of the actual brand.

Convenient place to get a quick sandwich.

The service is average at best. Can't complain too much since most of them are high schoolers and are likely making minimum wage. They could be a bit more generous with the toppings though.

I arrived there at 9: 35pm expecting to be served since they close at 10pm.i got there and the employee already closed the doors while waiting for her 25 minutes shift to end. What a way to go Subway!

Used to be fine but recently has gone downhill over the past year, this time we went and our sandwiches clearly hadn’t been toasted for long enough, the chicken was borderline cold and the bread was also pretty stale. Employee was also very slow (about 20 mins for 3 fairly simple sandwiches) and the building itself was like a sauna, despite it being fairly mild outside.

The worst subway in Montreal, He was on his phone it took 5 minutes before the employee serve me, He was rude, He didn't use gloves and the worst he didn't have vegetables, cheese and napkins to make a sandwich at 5PM seriously, and the restaurant wasn't clean at all, I think the owner really don't care about his restaurant and don't have control on his employee.

Third time in a row where we come to this subway only to be told they have no steak when we tried to order a steak sub, no wraps when we tried to order a chicken caesar wrap and no covers for the drink cups. Litter all over the restaurant and the drink station was a mess. Last time I'll ever come to this restaurant. Zero stars! Avoid this place at all cost.

Pretty pathetic service as usual here. Not friendly at all, distracted by her cell phone ringing, was in hurry to get rid of us. One quick small line of sauce, tiny portions of veggies. Asked for cups for water just tossed it on the counter. Last time I came the male employee used his gloves to do the cash, sandwich and pick up a knife from the floor. Unbelievable. I worked for subway for 10 years and manager of 6. I would never have tolerated that. Cant believe Raffik would.

Usually under-staffed at peak hours. Friendly staff but seemingly always new (poor knowledge of SubWay products). TERRIBLE parking situation. Avoid if you can.

Subways is always reliably fresh. You know what your going to get no matter where you go in the world.

Little notes for the owners: we arrived at 5: 55 and have just left! (6: 20) Only one person was in front of us. (and this was to go) The gentalmen behind the counter is very slow to serve, is not wearing a hair net, and is chewing gum.

The restaurant closes in 4 hours, and there was no soups, no meatballs, was about to give us the wrong bread, and all the vegetables are empty. (Not to mention no more parmajan cheese).

Please correct these situations if you want to have customers.

Not the best subway, but it's the only one in the area. Probably better off visiting the one on Marcel Laurin. If you're driving, it's only an extra 3-5 minutes away.
