I have bought a few suits there over the years so I like their product and those guys do a lot of things right. That said, I find that the level of service has somewhat declined over time and for that type of product you expect top level service from my perspective. I recommended the company to a colleague who I believe was happy overall with the suit that he got but his comments were aligned with this. Overall, I would still strongly recommend.

I am at my second 3 piece suit with them and they are by far my favourite 2 in my whole collection. Although I'm late in writing this review, I wanted to show my appreciation for the service and product offered by Suitablee. I made an appointment online to visit the Montreal showroom back in April to have my first made-to-measure suit constructed. At the showroom, I was served by Ève, where other than taking full tape measurements and a digital body scan, she took the time to discuss my ideas and options for the suit so that I was satisfied with my final decision. Being a bigger guy, I had a misconception on where my pants should sit on my body, but one of the owners came out to check on my trial sizing to reassure me on how everything should come together. Another great thing about Suitablee is that they have many uncommon sample sizes in-house so you shouldn't have an issue finding pieces to try on and a general idea of the overall fit. Ève also helped tweak the measurements in particular areas of the jacket and pants to offer the trendiest and best fitting product. Even though I hadn't planned for it, I ended up ordering a custom measured shirt as well so that I would be comfortable from top to bottom. After some weeks, my suit arrived at the shop and I took another appointment for a fitting. Upon my arrival, Ève and their in-house tailor were available for any question or concerns. Let me tell you, the suit fit like a glove and I didn't need any further alterations! I was very happy with the final product and received many compliments on the colour, fit, and finish of the suit at the event I attended. Thanks again Suitablee!

If the suit fit well, I would have probably left a 5 star review as the buying experience was straight forward and the selection was good.

During pickup, I made the comment that the suit seemed too snug and the lapels weren’t sitting properly (not laying flat). I was told to come back a month before my wedding so they can alter it then, closer to the date.

When I did come back at 4 weeks before the wedding, it still had the same issue.
They said it couldn’t be altered. At first I was told it was supposed be this way, then they blamed my broad shoulders, then my posture. One excuse after another and nothing coherent.
I was not able to talk to a taylor or anyone who could explain this properly.

They did offer a token discount, but when you’re spending thousands on a wedding and photography, this hardly matters as the collar gap and lapel pop is very visible in photos.

I would not trust this level of service for any important events, especially a wedding.

Writing a review 6 months after I bought a custom tailored suit from Suitablee. The suit has held up very nicely and it still looks great! Still get compliments when I wear the suit! I got great service during the measuring process. The Suitablee team were absolutely professional and helpful with all my questions. Once the suit arrived, the Suitablee team was there for the fitting process and available for all my questions and inquires. The suit fitted me very well - no adjustment needed. The quality is excellent and like I said, it’s held up very well even though I wear it often for work. They made sure i was 100% satisfied with the suit. Can't say enough about their service and professionalism.it's apparent that service is a priority for them. Very satisfied customer.custom suit at that price is absolutely great value. Updating my review here again in 2022 after the pandemic. Went back for a fitting and as usual, perfect fit and quality suit. They run a very tight operation now…ultra-efficient due to the increase in online sales. They opened a new section that is filled with a few hundred suits that they explained need to be shipped out across Canada and the USA. Nice to see a local company really stand out given I’ve been a customer from the very beginning. Nice to see that they still treat the customer well even after all their growth.

I went to suitablee to have a custom suit made for my wedding and in the beginning I was skeptical of going to a tailor as I wasn't sure if they would be able to make a suit for me as I am a woman. I have picked up my suit and shirt today and I can hands down say this has been the most pleasant, comfortable and amazing experience I've ever had. They understood my needs we always super helpful and my suit turned out AMAZING!
