A normal store, has everything you need, although maple syrup across the street at the market is a dollar and a half cheaper. The retail chain could be more modest and take at least this factor into account.

Un Super C très spacieux, bien entretenu, situé dans un endroit quasi résidentiel où on peut remarquer la communauté est assez grande, l'endroit était très achalandé et occupé en général j'ai pour acquis que ça va bien pour cet Super C.

The blue toned fluorescent lighting leads you to believe you are shopping a discount grocery store, but fact is, it is you are getting what you pay for.

While I wouldn’t come here for fruits and veggies, you can find most staples at a lower price than you’d find them at IGA and Métro

Employés malhonnêtes qui ne respectent pas la loi d'affichage des prix. J'ai acheté un fromage avec une étiquette de prix "spécial $5.49". À la caisse il est scanné $5.99. J'ai demandé d'avoir le fromage gratuit comme le prévoit la loi. La commis refuse sous prétexte que les fromages sont exclus de la loi. J'insiste et je demande à voir le gérant. La commis prend mon fromage et elle monte dans les bureaux. 5 minutes plus tard elle revient et passe le fromage au scan. Le prix indique $5.49 et elle dit "il n'y a pas de problème de prix alors tu vas payer ton fromage". Elle est allée changer le prix dans l'ordinateur juste pour ne pas être obligée de me le donner.

Great store! A lot of variety and overall cleanliness was excellent! I loved that the meat manager yelled at a bunch of anti-vaxxer Arabs for not wearing their masks inside.

I like super c the fruits and vegetables are always fresh and comparing the price with other supermarkets are very reasonable quality stuff and good price
I love this super market.

When you get delivery and it doesn't show up for over 3 hours, then it cannot be used. They leave the food at room temp. So my meat, dairy, produce, etc, have been left at room temp for over 3 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I buy 200 dollars worth of groceries and they deliver it spoiled, then I have every right to be upset. They said they were slammed. I took a photo before I left. My cart was the only one waiting to be delivered. Not impressed. It has now been 3 hours and 8 minutes. Still waiting.

Products are fresh however less affordable nowadays. Prices have gone up. Hoping Super C continues to offer more discounts on their merchandise as they are known for.

Employee was price checking toward me so he can force me to talk to him (he had a scenario playing in is head and i was his next target)
plus there employee who hate customer using the self check out machine and THEY MAKE SHURE TO LET YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE HERE TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER LICK THEIR A-WORD RATHER THAT TO SERVE THEM
so why shop there?

Pour exemple, le club soda de la marque maison. Cette semaine seulement, le rayon était vide lors de mes trois visites.
Idem lors de mes visites précédentes. J'ai du me rendre au Super C de Ville LaSalle, qui lui me semble géré avec plus d'efficacité, pour m'approvisionner.
Le responsable de la gestion des marchandise de la succursale Atwater devrait envisager une reconversion vers une fonction plus en adéquation avec ses compétences, ou l’absence des celles ci.

Les prix sont bons mais les choix en épicerie sont quasi soviétique (limités) en dépit d'espaces tablettes considérables.

Local store, well located, near SAQ, 2 pharmacies, and Atwater market.
Stuff is Nice, they renovated and added self-pay stations. Clean store. I like it

Hi had a bad experience with the self check out again. As a product tester for BOART LONGYEAR and having used these type's of Check out over 8 years ago in Ontario. I can say the Problem Lay's with the over load of Info Per Screen (To many Question to many symbols and so on). But on the other hand I Like The New Scales. (One Should be placed at the Line To The Self Service Check Out) back at least two people from the front of the line. At This Point In My Shopping I Have More Time To Assess and Learn The Proper Use Of Your System

I love shopping here. It is very close to my home, the prices are affordable and the parking is very big. I also want to add that the staff is very friendly

Definetly there's a price point if I compare to other grocery stores, but not freshest. Meat, dairy and milk products are waaaaaaay warmer than recommended food safety temperature.

Not enough control of hand disinfection. Some employees wear mask over the mouth only. Relatively well stocked, lacking organic products.

Not much done to prevent covid. Impossible to social distance. No one followed the arrows for the Iles. People with their masks half off. Tired frustrated cashier. Unfriendly staff. Was charged twice for a product I only had one of. To get my refund I have to return the next day, not just the next time I shop there. So It will cost me more for the bus tickets than the item is worth. So this is how they make their money. According to a friend, you have to always keep an eye on the cashiers. Not a happy customer. The delivery, didn't bother to keep my frozen food frozen and the ice cream was melted and I imaging the pizza is ruined too.

Today I went shopping at this grocery store around 7 PM and while I was at the cash I saw an employee physically abusing a client before my eyes. Literally slamming him to the door. He ended up falling and the employee didn't even let the client get up. He proceeded to drag him out of the store with 0 decency. It was really overwhelming to watch this whole situation. He is brown and has black hair. I hope an action will be taken against this employee.

Depuis quelques années la fraîcheur des fruits et légumes dépassent largement les autres supermarchés et toujours en abondance même lorsque c'est en spécial.

Everything is very cheap and good its big and has lots of fresh fruit and vegies compared to other supermarkets i have been to

We've all been to a grocerie store and done our groceries. If I have to only say one thing about Super C is that it's cheaper than IGA I know cause my papa's a little stingy and he NEVER stepped foot in an IGA again after he found Super C. And Maxi ahaha, apart from that I mean it's just a grocerie store why would anyone heavy critique getting the things you need to live you know, so automatic 5 stars! One could rank down for customer service but with grocerie stores in the end who cares about a customer service you're there to fill up you're fridge.

Can be busy on weekends, and depending on sales stock on those items can be limited. Overall a standard Super C, and experience.

Mixed feelings about shopping here. Extremely good value especially when buying in bulk.

Low quality products and the prices are not that great. Make sure you check your eggs. The attitude of the staff is the worst. Very rude and immature employees, and If you speak in English they definitely won't talk to you. Don’t go there!

Super C is very dirty looking. Come here only if there's a very good deal on canned/packaged food that is sealed in factory packaging. Never get fresh stuff here. The produce always goes bad faster than any other grocery stores I shop at.

The super market was clean and well configured. The aisles are clearly marked with large panels. They have 4 self service checkouts. The machines were easy to operate and did not ask a millions extra options, this made for a quick checkout.

Good selection of items and fair price. The items are placed in an intuitive way and the fruits and vegetables are fresh. This store doesn't have a huge selection of exotic foods.

The line up at the cash is fair and I never had to wait for long.

Please note that this store is close to the Atwater market, an SAQ and a pharmacy. There is also a large parking space and it's close to the Lionel Groulx metro station. This makes it a great place to go to run all your errands.

9pm and the lines are so long. And it's not even that busy! It's been a few times that I come here and it's always the same. 1 cashier open + the self checkout (which is extremely flawed and counter intuitive). I guess they really don't care about the user experience. It's all about the profit and minimizing the number of employees.

I have not been to Super C in a very long time, and was pleasantly surprised at the assortment. I was sorry to see that my only real option was self-checkout but the staff member in charge of facilitating the self-checkouts new all her codes and maybe experience go quickly and easily. It's really always about the people. Kudos to the staff member

Good store to buy but they need more employees. It's always slow but today it's Friday 6-7pm and there are just 3 cashiers. Starting to get frustrated!

It brands itself like an economy store, but it’s priced more like a high end grocer. If you want to eat healthy it’ll cost you a lot. Fresh items are usually 3x the price they should be. Processed foods and meats are average priced. There are a few deals to be had, but you’re better off going elsewhere for quality and price.

Super C, face au marché Atwater, toujours la fruit est fraîche, mais quelque fois l'endroit des viandes ça pue.
Le pain généralement est frais et quelque fois il vient de sortir du four.
Dans l'allée de norriture international on trouve des produits chinois, latinos, asiatiques.
Avant ou après vos achats au Super C, vous pouvez profiter de vous promener au marché Atwater ou marcher jusqu'à le canal Lacine et manger une crème glacée

Always pretty reliable. More like a 3.5 stars honestly. Has most stuff we want to buy. Some fruits are regularly old or going old.

Super C there is pretty good people are nice clean produce are fresh good experience until you get into the parking lot but other than that yes really good

C'est un super c comme les autres donc pour la qualité des aliments c'est la même que partout ailleurs. Cependant il est plusieurs fois arrivé quelle est la quantité de personnel pour les caisses soit insuffisant et que les caisses libre-service soient fermées alors qu'il y a une vingtaine de personnes avec moins de 5 articles prêts à les utiliser.

Ces choix de gestion causent un gros ralentissement et vous cause des pertes de ventes j'ai vu trois personnes quitter aujourd'hui en laissant leurs achats et moi-même j'ai quitté sans faire d'achat une autre journée auparavant. Vos gestionnaires doivent apprendre à faire de meilleur choix

There is 1 chunky girl to help with the automatic check out and she is very rude every time I go there

Always a zoo, day or evening, and never enough check stands open. The prices here are not that great to justify the poor service.

I left the store at 2pm, it's 5h40pm now and I still haven't received my groceries. I called at 5pm to get an estimated time of arrival and the man on the phone said that deliverys are done between a 30mins-2hr window and then proceed to tell me that he couldn't give me an update on my delivery and that 'they'll get there when they get there. '
So now 3h40 later, still no news and I'm missing my friends birthday dinner sitting at home waiting for them to arrive.

Super C! Is just ok as there is never enough of there weekly specials! The other annoying thing is the self serv machine they simply dont cut it! Stop forcing or pressuring customer's into using them due to the lack of chashiers! Super c your a big chain there is no excuse not to have ample amount of chashiers for a growing city of 3 million plus! Listen to your customers!

Usually okay but lately not worth going on a Monday, most thing depleted, and not just items on sale, and not only on Mondays. Not sure what is going on.

This supermarket has very good prices and selection. It's the best in the area on these two fronts. Not a high-end place like Adonis, but a very good everyday choice. No need to shop anywhere else. Sign up for their weekly flyer via their website so that you can plan your shopping in advance. The new weekly specials start each Thursday.
