Super C

They have added the self serve terminals, they weren't my favorite in the beginning but I will say that if they are placed in an appropriate area, with a lot of room and a little bigger platform to put the objects you scanned before you are able to bag them, which is after payment so if u have large order it will be a real pain without adequate space to place your items. Having said this which where my down things I don't like.
Super C (on st. Jacques west) they did it right, there's space to move space to place your items and a place to bag them with a on going supply of bag and least but not last. There is one sometimes two employees there to help in case you get stuck.
So I believe if most of the grocery store followed there model it would be a much easier transition.

I recently noticed they added oxtail. Which is a good thing. Because many Caribbean people shop there.

It is what it is. The shopping experience night not match iga but at least you won't leave with your wallet empty:) Although, last few years even they had alot of price increases.

For 200$ we got an overflowing cart of grocery essentials, big bags of frozen goods for 10$, and nice international ingredients which I love to use since I traveled a little. Staff is friendly, the place like looks like a warehouse but it's okay since we get more food for cheaper shopping there.

They are putting small amount of vegetable on their packaging and showing of special price with very cheap price but the quantities very low. Play with customers

One of the best Super C across Quwbec that I went. It's always full of fresh and on sale vegetables. Their staff are helpful too.

Très grand emplacement avec un gros inventaire mais pas d'employés et trop peu de clients pour en justifier plus. Le résultat est un magasin mal entretenu et ça apparaît vers la fin de la journée.
Huge location with lots of product and good offers but sadly, understaffed and has probably too few clients to justify more. Hence a store that is untidy by the end of the day.

Pas un super service a la clientèle, les aliments sont ok, disparaissent vite quand il y a des rabais et les commis ne semblent jamais savoir quand les commandes arrivent. Dans notre cas on a raillé cette épicerie de notre liste, trop déçu a chaque fois qu'on y va. Malheureusement.

The collection of empty beer bottles is natural, but they refused and the empty can collection machine was broken and the management was messed up.

Well located in the northern side of Montreal with plenty parking and a decent variety of produce and meat.

Shelves were not stocked by 8: 30 am. It took far too long to get all my shopping done. The cashiers were idle as I loaded a cartful of groceries in my bags. Not one of them offered to help.

I never really shopped before at super c. My discount grocery has been maxi, closer to home. I was quite pleasantly surprised and will do some more shopping here at super c on st jacques

Very decent produce, low prices on most items and meat. The 2 star rating is because of their chicken breast, I always buy in bulk when they go on sale. Generally 1 in 4 to 5 packs is bad. I hate wasting money on bad food.

It is a good place with good quality and low price. If you are a family with children, it is worth your frequent visit. The various discount foods are very good!

Hats off to the young man at the front of the store. Good greeter, and goes through the whole covid speal no shortcuts. Keep it up man.

Great selection, not the biggest selection but very good. Meats are reasonably priced. Good import section

Pire epicerie que je n'ai jamais vue pour le respect des mesure sanitaire, aucune distanciation social, caisse libres service qui ne sont pas nettoyé apres les client, panier laisser a l'exterieur et employé a l'entrée pour les nettoyé.

The rudest, most dismissive and unattentive staff I've ever met. I went to pick up a FedEx package the cashier saw me, left without warning and was gone for 20 minutes. When I asked someone else for help they ignored me twice, finally called a clerk to the desk, who never acknowledged me or said hello. She grabbed my slip, got my package, threw it across the counter at me and walked away. I will never willingly go back to that store.

Bien qu'il y ait bp de supermarché à proximité de chez moi, je préfère super C, les prix sont intéressants, il y a une variété de produits et il n' y a pas de file d'attente

Grand stationnement, allées bien remplies la plupart du temps et service courtois en général. Toutefois, on repassera pour la fraîcheur de certains produits laitiers en étalage.

I never have to wait in line here so thats a big plus. Produce is mediocre at best but the price certainly reflects it. The staff at this location are subpar at best. Either they are incompetent or over zealous. Nothing in between.

Regardless of the problems the convenience it offers keeps it up to 5 stars.

DO NOT BUY YOUR BEVERAGES HERE! YOUR EMPTY BOTTLES RETURNED HAVE TO BE CLASSIFIED BY COLORS OR THEY WON’T TAKE THEM. THEY ALSO WONT TAKE THEM IF LESS THAN 6 BOTTLES! REDICULOUS! SEE ADVICE POSTED ON THEIR CASH!

Close by, fast access and check out. I follow there promotion cycle and get what ever I need at a fair price.

Some people looked like they did not want to do their job. Had unnecessary attitude. Not everything that was in our list but ok prices

Pretty dirty store overall and very busy also small. But the prices are good and quality isn't bad so I cant complain too much. You can get bulk to knock off food which is good depending on what you need.

They are doing better than ever about cleaning and prices nowadays. The Provigo was having a long line outside, so I left and choose Super C. I was surprised not seeing anyone outside the store, and inside everything was cleaner, and organized better.

Neat, well faced aisles with most products in stock. The unprefessional and the attitude of the employees in charge of the self serve and manager or supervisor made it upsetting when I was checking out.

I had a very negative experience today. The cashier was extremely rude and was more focused on deciding for me where to put my shopping bags and what to put in them. I had quite a bit of stuff bought, she couldn't waitfor me to bag them and was consistently pushing me to go faster with her broken spanish accent. My husband had to tell her 3 times we were paying on debit and each time she did on credit.what a lousy and awfully rude cashier!
