Super C

Impossible de compléter une épicerie sans qu'un ou plusieurs items soient en rupture de stock. La moitié des caisses avec service sont toujours fermées et la plus part des caisses libre service sont souvent défectueuses.

Pi pour vrai. J'adore super c pi par chance quond les a ça coûte bcp mouin cher pi ces mon épicerie de choix

Minimal staff. If you do find someone, they are quick to respond "it's not my department".
Stock that is in sale, is minimal quantity, so good luck getting products on promotion.

Parking is decent.

Today everything was back to normal with sufficient quantities of products on the shelves. Yesterday the shelves were empty of many things, possibly due to being the first day after the long weekend. Managed to stock up on Saputo mozza which was on special and a box of the house brand fudgie bars, which are the best you can get, along with their ice cream bars and popsicles. They can't be beat even by any of the major brands.

Beau département des fruits et légumes, j'y suis allée le 19 août et j'ai rencontré le gérant du département, très poli et gentil qui a su répondre à toutes mes questions. Beau présentoire avec choix de légumes colorés et diversifiés, ce qui m'aide à choisir mes légumes. Beau travail au jeune homme.

Just horrible smell in supper c I thought I was going puke smells realy bad in there couldn't shop I think somebody died in there can't describe the smell pew pew

Price is always at the top of my mind when shopping for groceries. Super C is the best place to go to!

The vegetable section is getting more disgusting every day. Wilted and half rotten. Plus very dirty. Quite often the floors are very dirty there and shelfs not kept in order. The whole store seems to be going under. Go to IGA you pay more but all is top quality and totally clean.

Une bonne place pour faire des économies. Il n'est pas toujours propre et les employés ne sont pas toujours de bonne humeur ce qui me fait croire qu'ils ne sont pas très bien récompensés.

I love super c and it’s our go to grocery store. But The cashier was clearly stealing money and when I informed the manager she quickly aborted the conversation and said it’s ok and turned around ; whatever! At 7: 20pm.

Il manque toujours quelques chose.exemple crème à café en vente la même journée, il n y en a plus les tabelettes sont vide tu demande au comi il te repond il n'y en a plus! Même chose avec les poisons pizza ect ect.en plus il force les gens à passé au scan automatique casse libre service! Et en sortant il vérifie nos sacs et facture pour voir si les gens n'on pas volé quelques arctiques.personelement je trouve épouvantable! Laissé les caisses normal fonctionner avec un bon service de cette façon vous n'aurait à vous inquiétez si les gens vous vole.n, 'oublier jamais que ces nous les cosomsteur qui font vivre vos entreprises' tout ce que la nouvelle thecnologie offre n'est pas nécessairement bonne ne faite pas comme les gouvernement j'aime bien jaser avec un caissière. à réfléchir pour vous commersants et aussi les consommateurs qui ne parle pas.mais bon pour ma part je vais ailleurs après 10 ans en tant que client et je ne suis pas le seul.et non ce n'est pas partout comme ça.vous avec la mauvaise réponse.

Absolute trash service. They harassed me, my 3 yr old daughter and sister over 2 items they claimed were stolen but were itemized and payed for on the receipt! Do not even bother with them. Take your business elsewhere!

So little space that I had to help someone wrangle their bike out of there. Could barely fit the 3 bikes that were attached before taking the picture: (
we can’t all afford cars.

Employees of the super c at 7800 Champlain Blvd, Montreal, Quebec H8P 3V9 had an undercover security guard pushed my 3 year old niece, my sister and I aside to harass us over alleged stolen items. Rather than identifying himself and saying that he worked for the store he kept pushing our cart and saying we were trying to steal items and that we should follow him to an undisclosed location, as well as he was going to call the police. We asked 2 employees who the man was and they said they didn't know him. It is not until we ask a third person that we were told that he was a security guard. They then went on to say that we hadn't paid for 2 items, although our bill clearly said that we had. After reviewing our bill and comparing to their system, they acknowledged that they had made a mistake. They then told us we should not have had made a fuss about following a random man to the back rather than apologising for their mistake. We are very annoyed and distraught by the experience. We were the only black customers and they seemed to have decided to make a fuss, while never disclosing what was the issue. They just pushed us aside without any credentials and harassed us. I'm very disappointed and hope they do better in the future.
