Des caissières très impolies qui ont eu une attitude extrêmement peu professionnelle et m'ont agressé verbalement. Elles m'ont également menti en me disant que le gérant n'était pas dans le magasin. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans ce magasin.

This store is clean and has a wide selection of products. The reason I gave it a 2 star rating is that this store along with a few others in Gatineau doesn't put out the meat that's on sale. You have to track someone down and request it. You can easily find similar products at regular price but the sale products are not displayed. I consider this a little bit deceptive. I've seen this happen at a few stores in Gatineau over the last few months. It's very disappointing.

The milk smelt extremely bad.

Bonjour, j'avais accompagné chez vous une ami qui avait besoin d'une porte arrière pour sa pontiac vibe et j'ai apprécié votre service rapide et efficace. Aujourd'hui j'ai besoin de cette pièce pour la portière avant côté chauffeur qui a brisé pour ma Honda Civic 1.8 L 2008. Cette pièce retient l'angle d'ouverture de portière et s'appelle "Front Left Door Stopper Check Fit". L'avez-vous en inventaire? Merci de m'assister svp!

Expérience médiocre avec le ramassage: nous avons été facturés pour TOUS les items commandés en ligne mais on nous a seulement remis la moitié, sans même nous dire que tous ces items étaient manquant. Résultat: nous n'avons pas de quoi cusiner, nous sommes à faire de multiples appels (employés, superviseur) et le gérant de magasin ne retourne pas notre appel pour arranger cette bévue qui n'aurait pas du être si compliquée à réparer. Essayer plutôt IGA, vous aurez un bien meilleur service!

Très grand super C. J'y fait un tour pour les spéciaux. Il y a toujours beaucoup de monde. Prix très bas.

Ne faites pas de commande avec ramassage à l’auto *ARNAQUE*
Lors d’une commande en ligne avec ramassage ils ont fait une erreur et mon débité plus de 100$ en trop. Bien qu’ils soient « désolées », après plus de 2 semaines et 4 appels au service à la clientèle (totalisant plus de 2h au téléphone avec eux) on ne m’a toujours pas redonné mon argent.

Produce section has an amazing selection and quality, the price can't be beat, and the staff are always friendly

Les prix afficher ne correspondent même pas au prix à la caisse. La qualité des produits est médiocre.

No one here knows how to do rain checks anymore. You end up waiting at Customer Service for the one guy on express cash who tries for 15 minutes to do one unsuccessfully also destroying the checkout lane. I get everyone needs staff but they need to be trained too.

Fruits and vegetables are a little sloppy from time to time but in general the store is well kept and well stocked

The self checkouts are terrible. I had to have someone come over 5 times! A bag of chips wouldn't scan, so the guy working there told me to finish my order and go to the courtesy counter and they would get the price for me. Yeah. Keep your chips. Just a brutal experience.

Super understaffed. One person is doing the front counter, grocery pickup and cashier to buy alcohol. Very disorganized. Took forever for 3 people to go through. Not the employee's fault.

The grocery store itself is fine, but avoid ordering groceries online here unless you want substitutions when you specifically requested no substitutions, rotten produce thrown in with your order and way more meat than you requested.

The self-checkout is also infuriating to use compared to Maxi or Provigo. The bagging area scales are hyper-sensitive and constantly think you removed something from the bagging area, forcing you to wait for the attendant to override it. Just disable the scales already like other grocery stores! So unnecessary and slows everything down.

Need to open additional registers when it gets busy. Self serve kiosks not fast enough, especially when many people have full carts.
