I give only 3 because, the store is great but management seems like don’t know how to be empathetic towards customers on phone calls
This behaviour need to change, I wonder how horrible it is to work with this kind of manager

NEVER buy ground beef at this place. Bought the 20$ extra-lean beef yesterday, looked good in the package.

Opened today, THEY HID BLACK, OLD, STINKY GROUND MEAT INSIDE THE RED BETTER QUALITY!

THEY LITERALLY HID IT INSIDE!

I bought 2 packets, 40.00 DOLLARS, FOR ROTTEN BEEF!

They should be ashamed of themselves!

Prices aren’t accurate, they over charge you and then when you call them out they say there is no price on the shelf’s so it doesn’t matter what it says on their shelf just what the item scans for at the cash. What a joke.

Best grocery store downtown. Don't bother going anywhere else! Always fresh, good prices. Fresh produce and great meat selection. Everything you need, right downtown. Can't wait for the expansion! New building is coming up fast.

Great market with lots of good options. Fresh hummus, pita and bread were great. They had the best grapes I ever tasted.

Toutes les caissières parlent anglais seulement pas de français pourtant on ai à Montréal et non à Toronto.
Un des gérants est très désagréable il ne te donne pas la chance de t exprimer comme il faut.
Le magasin n est pas propre ça sent une mauvaise odeur de poisson.

Good supermarket in the middle of the city centre. Small car park in the back that's a little hard to find if you are brand new in the area. Very tight and cramped inside so it is hard to move around when it's busy. I guess that it is necessary because they have limited space and they fit everything you need inside:)

Because the shopping carts are dirty, I always put things in my own shopping bag, but the security did not allow me to use my bag for shopping and forced me to empty my shoppings into the dirty cart there. They assume that their customers are thieves. This was bad behavior

This is not a bad review for the grocery store but for the security bias of the security guy.
Only asking asians and non-white customers to check their empty bags and following them while shopping.
The grocery store should be aware of his behavior and report the security company.

More and more expensive due to the inflation and expensive gaz price. I reduced my visits to PA. Fruit are very expensive compared to Costco.

The well stocked independently owned grocery store located in the heart of downtown. A good selection of produce cheeses and meats, sold it fair prices without supporting a large corporate infrastructure.

Support local independent grocers by shopping at PA.

J'habite dans l'est et je prend le métro pendant 40 minutes pour y aller, tant les prix sont bons et l'horaire de l'épicerie est accomidant.

Mais, je ne comprend pas que, quand je parle répétitivement en français, on me réponde en anglais. Je comprend très bien l'anglais, mais ce n'est pas normal de ne pas pouvoir être servi en français dans un tel commerce de grande surface. Je comprend que le quartier est anglophone, mais les employés devraient arrêter d'assumer l'anglais comme langue 《par défaut》.
SVP si vous pouvez directement faire un suivi avec votre équipe et/ou embaucher plus d'employés bilingue, ce serait apprécié, c'est une problématique récurrente de cette épicerie.

À part de de ça, tout est frais et à bon prix, particulièrement les fruits et légumes et les fromages!

This supermarket in downtown Montreal has it all! From a wide selection of alcohol to convenient pre-made sandwiches, they cater to all your needs. A one-stop-shop that's perfect for city dwellers.

In my own humble opinion…this is the best grocery store in Montreal bar none…. They don’t gauge you there…. The service is great The fruits & veggies are fresh…They have a decent meat & fish department…When’s the last time you saw Monk fish for sale at a decent price…Shop there!

With companies like IGA and Loblaw’s (Provigo) hiking prices everyday, I am glad PA exists. Not the freshest of items especially if you get meat but it’s cheap. The fruits section is interesting because sometimes you get incredibly fresh items for very cheap.

Very good food and very cheap price and very clean he make a new flyer every Monday has a large variety from meat to vegetable to fruit to bread etc.
