Worst hospital ever, never seen anything like this in my life. Mother was brought in for severe chest pains, we rang the bell almost 30 minutes ago for help. Nobody has come. If she was here alone she would have never been seen. Disgusting

Je viens de me faire opérer et c'était une expérience parfaite! Personnel infirmier et pab, l'anesthésite l'inhalothérapeute et bien sûr le chirurgien Dr.krujiz

The worst hospital. Plz avoid because the nurse will be on her phone when you will be bleeding on your chair. And when you slip and fall instead of picking you up. The nurses will laugh on your face and call it comedy. Meanwhile you will be having insane amount of bleeding and pants and underwear will be wet. When given the copy of prescription given by the doctor in the ER. The nurse is unable to see which medications is for what. She thought naproxen (anti inflammatory/pain killer) was to be inserted in the vagina. This is the professionals working at this hospital. The doctor will obviously take the nurses side. And yes you will be put in a room so no one else can see what they have done to you. This is where our tax dollars are going. I'm at the moment waiting in a room to be seen while the floor is full of blood.

Je leurs donne un beau GROS 0.mon garçon de 3 ans et demi fait une chute de 4pieds 5 et tombe sur ça tête. J'appelle info santé qui me dit de me rende au urgence qu'il doit voir un médecin vue que c'est une chute de plus d'un mètre.je me rend à l'hôpital. Une des infirmière me prend en charge et me dit que j'ai bien fait de venir que mon garçon à une commotions.mais qu'au final j'ai attendu 6h pour me fait dire par une autre infirmière qu'il prenne pas en charge et qu'il ne soigne pas les chutes et les commotions! Et je donne un autre beau GROS 0 pour les infirmières.tu va les voire pour une question.mais elles son trop occupée à se donner des beau gros câlins, bisous et rigoler.pendant que tu attend qu'elle vienne te voir! Sérieux là ou qu'on s'en va?

I was brought in by ambulance with problems with my heart. They put me in a hall and I was alone there for 6 hours. Not one nurse came to check me out, blood pressure, ekg, blood test. When I asked a nurse if anyone was aware that that I am here. She said. Yes, we are aware. This is emergency and you must wait. After which they put me in the waiting room and it's now been 8 hours still didn’t see one nurse to even ask me if Im Ok. I called my son to pick my up. Never in my life have I had such terrible mannered nurses. I'm going to the Glen where they are English and have good nurses and doctors.

Staff vraiment attentionné et gentil. Tres belle experience rien a dire sur le devouement des infirmieres dans les unités mere enfants. Ils font des miracles avec le peux quils ont tellement quon ne se rend meme pas compte que lendroit aurrais besoin dune mise à jour niveau installation. Le seul b mol pour moi etait le petit divant lit mais encore une fois le staff toujours pret a vous rendre ca le plus confortable possible en offrant couvertures, oreillers etc. Jétait inquiet au debut que ma conjointe accouche la mais honnetement apres lexperience, surtout que cest notre premier bebe, je peux dire que ca cest passer vraiment bien!

J ai dû faire piquer mon lapin petite-fille et la faire soigner m, à coûté cher. Je ne recommande pas vétérinaire.vv

C'est étonnant comment un hôpital pout être malpropre. Mon père reste à l'urgence ça fait cinquièmes journée, mais personne n'a nettoyé le plancher autour de son lit. Les taches de son sang sur le plancher de son premier prélèvement sont toujours là. Incroyables

Ma première fois aux urgences, pas trop d' attente merci pour hier soir. Equipe médicale Au top, a l' écoute et souriante.mais faudrait faire des travaux. Là je peux dire c' est urgent

The worst hospital I've ever been to. The only person who did it's job was the security, who assisted and helped us as fast as possible and with precision. All the other people did their job so poorly that I can't really call this place a hospital. I feel so sorry to be writing this, but I do not recommend anyone to go to this stablishment.

Ça parait qu’on est pas en Ontario, service pourri, sûrement un manque de compétence chez le personnel

I lost my father here last week after his surgery was botched. He's still there in the morgue while the staff fumble with an autopsy report. Shameful to say the least. I'm glad I don't live in quebec anymore. Not a place I'd wish to live or die in.

Worst Hospital ever…. Came here 10 hours ago, still waiting for them to take me. (yes everyone else was served even a lady that came 30 mins ago. Please do not even think of going here

Le personnel était très bien! Je comprends l’attente à l’urgence mais les chaises dans la salle d’attente sont terrible très très inconfortable quand tu attends plusieurs heures c’est de la torture et quelques une en mauvaise état

Wonderful experience. Quick and efficient. I was in and out in 1 hour after meeting in pre-op nurse, EKG, blood and urine test. Annie Yelle clinical nurse was thorough and explained my procedure perfectly. She made sure all the boxes were checked and I was ready.

Mon séjour, du 28 juillet au 1er août, a été une expérience positive. J’ai côtoyé un personnel à l’écoute, professionnel en tout temps. Malgré leur surcharge de travail ils ont su répondre à mes besoins avec courtoisie. MERCI est un mot si simple pour apprécier vos bons soins. Bonne continuité, on a besoin de vous!

Brought in by ambulance 2 time so far and I had excellent care and the nurse's we're sweetheart

Every encounter I've had with (Female/Male) Nurses, have been day ruining, they're Rude. Pretend like they know everything, and will not let you speak more than the question they ask of you, if you add a simple word or sentence they will literally talk to you like you're a baby instead of asking you to simply answer their questions that they relie their entire job on, I would've loved to personally file a complaint each encounter, naller pas a cette hopital aller a ormstown.

Ne d’espérez pas bons employés de cette bien mal-en-point hôpital…Vaudreuil sera bientôt prêt a vous accueillir, honnêtement Valleyfield est le pire centre hospitalier du monde, tout est en ruine et que dire du stationnement j’ai vu des gens recevoir des billets d’infraction de 80$ à profusion quand je marchais dehors… c’est honteux 80$ pour des gens qui âgés qui n’ont rien compris aux distributeurs qui indique 2 heures gratuites…honte a vous administrateurs … mais le retour du balancier approche

DON’T GO THERE for the ER, they send patient home without treatment. Go to the island they have more capacity and look at you even if you’re not dying anymore.

Worst hospital ever! I was in excruciating pain and they did nothing but made me wait I even went inside where all the doctors and nurses were and they were just looking at me. Avoid this hospital!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid and Avoid. One of the worst hospital ignore this center. I came today with my wife attending emergency department at 9am and I am still waiting for her name to be called. No test has been done so far no Estimated waiting time. It's almost 5: 30pm now. They also disabled the online survey form.
The reception is so rude and only have one information to share "I DONT KNOW". There is discrimination of service and unorganized hospital. If you want to spend 9 hours without any treatment go ahead. I am sure going to report to BBB and consumer Forum
