This place has everything and more! Why going to Rona, Dollarama and Best Buy when you can find everything in one store? Prices are reasonable and the staff working there is very friendly

I shopped here on two occasions. The first was last year when i was looking for connectors to fix my ebike. Even though i did not find the one i was looking for specifically, i was satisfied with the service provided by the young guy working there.
Recently i drove here all the way from hawkesbury for a good deal on a playstation controller dock. When i could not find it myself, i approached the lady behind the counter, but she was busy talking with two other people and seemed unwilling to help. She told me to wait, so i decided to have another look on my own, with no luck. Sensing her apparent exasperation the second time around, i left empty-handed.
Yes, their selection of items is impressive to the point where you need help navigating through it all, but the lady’s customer service skills and manners leave a lot to be desired

À chaque fois que je suis allé à cet établissement, j’ai toujours été bien servis par les propriétaires, je n’ai jamais eu un problème et je recommande ce magasin

Came in to shop for a speaker and the manager held me AGAINST MY WILL in the back room because she and her partner alleged that I knowingly misappropriated a hose several months ago - something I vehemently denied. Forced me to pay $40+tax under DURESS and, once I gave in and paid out of fear for my safety, the two FOLLOWED ME out of the store alleging that the hose was in my trunk! They were insisting to look inside my trunk and tried opening it, but at that point, I told them they have no right to go through my property and simply drove away. I am NEVER shopping there again.

Very good variety and price. Large store with electronics parts, led lights, switches, toggles. Excellent! Better then downtown stores for electronics.

Un item qui passe de 7.99 à 10.99 en 2 jours après une information d'une commande de 15. Ensuite devait rappeler pour une possibilité de livraison gratuite, pas rappelé et ensuite laisser poirotter 10 minutes au téléphone sans revenir, en faite j'ai raccroché après 10 minutes. Hahahahaha comme réponse, on appel ça l'inflation Hahahahaha 37% d'inflation devriez éviter de répondre, vous vous s'enlisez.
