Sushi Bae

Vraiment bon. Le seul hic cest quils ne peuvent pas te créer un sushi quils n'ont pas dans leur menu.

Du genre maki mangue avocat crevette tempura, ils ne peuvent pas. Meme lorsque nous sommes prêt à payer.

Mais bon, sushi bon en bouche

I don’t know about all the good reviews, but we definitely did not have the same experience. Very very very poor quality. Even the soya sauce was bad. It was not fresh and tasted weird.

Skip this one. We ordered on Uber and it is not worth it. Had the karaage chicken it was very small for the price. I asked to seperate veg and non-veg as sushi often has Tobiko that just stick to any other piece, they did not honor that request. I ask for utensils, they did not honor that request.

Just skip it, there are better place that will respect their customers more.

Pretty tasty sushi, especially for the price. Rice always very fresh, never dried up and gross. However, they do a combination of in-house delivery and using third party delivery services, and this tends to lead to delays and confusions, such as missing sides or drinks. They offer a rebate on your next order if you report it, but if you don't order sushi often or if this was a one time visit in the area, you might not find that solution satisfactory.

For takeout, I couldn't recommend them more. For delivery though, bit of a gamble at times sadly.

Sushis créatifs, excellents, visuellement exquis. Ce sont des artistes! Le rapport qualité prix est impressionnant. La pizza au homard est l'une des meilleures choses qu'il m'ait été donné de manger:)!

I took the number 111 (36 morceaux) and it was excellent. My friend thought so as well.
The service was impressively fast as well. The staff was super polite and nice too!

Very decent sushis and prices. Only thing off-putting for me is that 90% of the time I pass in front of the restaurant there's one or more staff smoking in the doorway. Not so nice having to go through a cloud of smoke to get your sushis and better not to even think about the taste of cigarettes on said sushis.

Extremely rude customer service from the guy at the counter and when I asked for a refund before they started my food, he told me he did not know how to give me a refund. I was pretty thrown off by his bad mood and overall rudeness towards me. Next time I'll stick with Sushi Verdun. Better service, prices and their rice is actually cold, not warm.

Specialties rolls, salmon tower and sushi tacos were good, however the 28 pieces assorted plate was not very fresh.

Update: décrochent le téléphone (quand ils le décrochent) et t'envoient direct à la boîte vocale. Tu rappelles plusieurs fois, direct boîte vocale.qui est pleine!
Manque de professionnalisme et savoir-vivre.
Bref, j'ai commandé autre part.

Un bon resto take-out de sushis.
On aime beaucoup! Sommes clients depuis plusieurs années. Rarement déçus.

Très bon restaurant. On ne peut prendre qu'à emporter.
J'ai pris un poké-bowl fruits de mer.
Portion très correcte et super délicieux.
On a eu en plus (cadeau?) avec le poké 6 petits sushis.
J'y retournerais!
P.s: les prix sont légèrement plus élevés que ceux indiqués sur les photos du menu

Riz trop cuit, poisson pas frais. Les sushis étaient grossiers et écoeurants (pas dans le bon sens) et certains étaient même chaud (mais ne devaient certainement pas l’être). Trois étoiles pour l’effort, dans l’espoir qu’ils s’améliorent.

Quite disappointed of the sushis, about 1/3 are made of concumber only.and barely no fish. Among the worst sushis I have had. Id rather see price increase than the quality plumbetting.

Très bon, frais, prix raisonnable pour la quantité, service rapide. J'ai même eu droit à un petit extra. J'y retournerai certainement.

Lorsqu’ils disent qu’ils vous donnent des sushi gratuits après avoir dépensé un certain montant, c’est faut. Ils ne me les ont pas offert parce que j’ai demandé “plus de sauce” sur mon poké. Assez ridicule!

Worst Sushi ever, very disappointed. When you get the ready combos, it's only cucumber & fake crab sticks. Then the stomachache starts right away. Never again

Ordered the 20 piece lunch special. 5 of the 20 sushi had any fish in them. The rest was imitation crab, cucumber and egg. Too expensive for the quality and products

Edit: ordered again a chef's choice at dinner, and had a much better experience. I guess it was only the lunch specials?

Pas impressionné par la qualité et aucune trace d'avocat dans toute ma commande.me semble que c'est un ingrédient important? Et si c'est en rupture de stock, svp le spécifier au client au lieu de remplir des concombres partout.

Je n'ai jamais était déçue par leurs produits. Ils sont toujours frais, délicieux, originaux et fait en direct. L'accueil est toujours aimable malgrés les milliers d'appels qu'ils peuvent avoir. N'hésitez pas à vous y prendre tôt si vous commandez une fin de semaine.
Les prix sont peut être un peu plus excessives qu'ailleurs, mais la qualité en vaux la peine.

Aucune attention envers les *allergies alimentaires*, faites bien attention à la réception de vos commandes! Par contre les sushis sont excellents.

Im guessing the people that rated this place more than 1 star have never had a decent sushi in their life this place is terrible

We've been ordering at this Sushi place since this summer and honestly we were never disappointed. The food tastes fresh and delicious, the poke bowls are filling and versatile, and the sushi pizza is the best I've had so far. So we definitely recommend it!

Take out sushi place on Wellington. I ordered by phone, and it was ready in 20 minutes.
My +1 only eats Makis, so we got a few of those, I tried a few different things, like the volcano fried roll and the takoyaki, and frankly it was better than I expected. The takoyaki was creamy in texture, with plenty of tasty bonito flakes.
When you order for over 25$, you get free futomakis (but you have to ask for them). So I ended up with a ton of food, and for entry level sushi at reasonable prices it was as good as it gets quality wise.

One of my favourites in town. Always kind and friendly staff, thankful for them and their warm service! DELICIOUS SUSHI!

Choix du chef très décevant, dans certains restaurants c'est leur meilleur vendeur dans ces plateaux, mais pas là. De plus, le plat était très tempéré et tiède, pas très appétissant.

Nous avons opté pour la livraison et je sais que l'expérience n'est pas la même qu'en personne, mais ce n'est tout de même pas la première fois que je me fais livrer des sushis.

Bien que l'endroit m'a été référé quelques fois, je ne crois pas y retourner, je vais plutôt retourner à mon premier choix de restaurateur sushi où le choix du chef est riche en saveurs.

Sushi très ordinaire. Toujours une question de ratio. Mais les sushis ne sont pas bien balancés, ne sont pas coupés égal. Très peu de poisson. Cher pour la qualité

Ordered a 60-piece platter. Half of the rolls were not with fish, some of the rolls were practically identical, soy sauce was way too sweet. Out of all platter I actually liked only two rolls. Delivery was late too. I wouldn’t order again.

The Sushi Bae Tower $11.50 (tax incl.) was nice but the Dynamite sushi roll $9.72 (tax incl.) we got was mediocre.

For 4.5* rated place, I do expect consistent good quality for all their sushi.

They forgot one of the rolls they charged us for as well as wasabi and ginger. When we called to ask if maybe it was prepared and still there, they hung up on us. I couldn't even ask for a refund. Totally inacceptable. Sushi did not taste good since there was no wasabi or ginger, and the soy sauce did not taste like soy sauce, it was sweet.

Missing one (the most important) roll, wasabi, and ginger in my order. Drove around town for 25 mins to pick this up. When I called them and told about the incomplete order they said they can't deliver, they are busy and closing, and left me hanging on the phone. The rest of the rolls were not that great either. Don't recommend.

I haven't been to many sushi restaurants in Montreal but Sushi Bae has been my go to since the start of the pandemic. Their food is fresh and reasonably priced.

Heard it was alright, put in an order for pick up, they told me to come in an hour.
Showed up on time, they had “lost” my order and made me wait another 45 mins.

A local gem! The sushi is always fresh and the prices are decent as well. My only recommendation would be to order in advance for both pick-up and delivery, as they are often busy and take over an hour to complete your order!

I love this sushi place! The outside look of this hidden gem looks zero attractive but be aware, you might become addicted o their sushi! Every time I order from them the food is super fresh and so tasty. My new favorite place to get sushi!

Nice sushi place even though the store doesn't seem that attractive from the outside.the website also needs an update. But every time we order, the sushi are fresh and tasty, never disappoint, I will continue to order from them if they keep up with the quality of the food

Small restaurant, but a big line of online orders long wait time, sometimes payment machine is not working. Must order 1hour before. Only 4 persons allowed inside. Mask mandatory, hand sanitized, social distancing mandatory.

Moyen. Pas assez de poisson, beaucoup de légumes dans le mix. La sauce est trop diluée ou de qualité très moyenne je ne sais pas et il n'y en a pas assez. Le riz est très bon par contre. Le prix est très correct.

Excellent petit restaurant de sushis sur la rue Wellington! Beau rapport qualité-prix. Les sushis tacos étaient aussi très savoureux. Tous les aliments sont frais et le service est courtois. Jai fait une commande menu pour 2 (choix du chef) pour emporter et en moins de 30 minutes, c'était prêt. Je le recommande fortement!

Really don't understand the hype about this place. Just tried the combo set, had the most mediocre sushi. Not good not bad. Really expected something different since everyone apparently "loves" this place. Would not order again, 6/10 at best.

Delicious sushi. Always very fresh, even right up to closing. The salads are also quite good. Great part of the special combo for 2/3/4.

Loved it! We ordered the assorted plate. Everything was delicious. Good quality for the price. Fairly fresh and the staff is very friendly. I'd enjoyed the tempura rolls and the Philadelphia rolls. I'm definitely going back soon.

We go here all the time. The food is very fresh and delicious. Our favorite the staff are really nice. The prices are good too! They have weekly specials you can't miss.

Complètement surprise par la qualité de ces sushis! Délicieux. Encore meilleur que aka fuji. Le riz est parfait, le poisson frais, tout est parfait. Le plus bel ajout sur la well ces derniers mois!

Simple quick tasty quality sushi. First time trying the restaurant. Tuna poke bowl here was delicious and served with great attitude. A small cozy family owned restaurant. And i love to try new local spots to promote local business. Great for pick up or walkin (spaces are limited, so maybe call before hand if your dining at the restaurant). Considering the price, service and food, i would definetly ckme back and recommend Sushi Bae. Congratulations for the new opening, wishing you all lots of success.
