2hours 20 mins was a waiting time with UberEats. The restaurant didn’t follow special notes as it was requested. Fried rice with chicken dish contained only 4 small pieces of chicken. Very disappointed with the service and our late supper. You’ve just lost a regular customer.

Très bon service et très bonne ambiance. Tout est calme et détente, cela nous permet de manger dans le calme et de profiter d'un merveilleux buffets à volonté de sushis et autres. Je recommande à 110%

First time visiting since they first opened pre Covid. From past experience we knew what to expect. The only reason we returned was for the lunch special plus we had a $10 voucher we received in the mail.

Everything that I had disappointed us. It was either flavourless or poorly prepared.
All the deep fried items were cooked from frozen.

Taketa on St. Charles is a better option for all you can eat than here.

Went here with a few of my friends today, was really excited because I absolutely love sushi and I’ve had good experience here in the past. But this time I have never had such bland and dry sushi, it tasted like it was 3 days old and the soya sauce barely helped mask the taste. I then ordered a sea food stir fry, first of all it only had 3 little shrimps in it, it was 90% vegetables, and it tasted like butter. The only good thing about this place was the French fries, and it’s a sushi restaurant…

Premièrement, ne vous fiez pas à la plupart des avis 5 étoiles ici qui ont été fait par de faux comptes!

Ça m’a coûté 54$ (pourboire inclus) pour manger des sushis à volonté. Jamais de ma vie ça en a valu la peine. Sushi TRÈS ORDINAIRE avec beaucoup de riz et assez sec. Tu dois commander avec ton cellulaire… tsé quand tu veux décrocher et que ces impossible.je préférerais quand il y avait les tablettes. Quand tu clique sur un sushi, aucune description, donc tu sais pas trop ces quoi!
Un robot et quelques serveurs. Il t’amène un pichet d’eau et quelques fois ces eux qui amène les sushis et des fois ces le robot.
A se prix la, ces certains que je n’y retournerai pas! L’expérience culinaire en vaut pas la peine!

Really disappointed with the experience we had as a large group of roughly 10 people recently.

For context: you order via your phone and either a robot or a person brings you your order.

The sevice for our sushi was quick and easy, and the sushi itself was fine. However, none of our hot food orders arrived. We spoke to multiple different members of staff, they each tried to retake our hot food orders, but they were never brought out.

Unfortunately this greatly increased our wait time in the restaurant, to the point where our ordering codes expired and we needed new ones.

Simply put, the staff was unable to help us. They finally did bring some of our hot food around the time we ordered dessert when the orders were closing.

It was a disappointing experience in that regard. I would not go back for a sit down meal there because of this when there are more appealing experiences in other sushi restaurants.

While we got some of the food we ordered, half of it never showed up to the table. We asked the wait staff to check multiple times to no avail. After ordering the food multiple times, we STILL never got our food. After close to two hours, we left, still hungry.

It was quite disappointing, as we used to really like it here (pre-Covid). Their new ordering system leaves a lot to be desired. If you can actually get your food to come to the table, it's still pretty tasty. But the service has gone down a few notches.

Disappointed. The place is not as good as before.

1. Switching from tablet to smart phone: not all people have good vision and not all people can order via phones. Think about people with disabilities, or bad vision, or older people, or people who do not want to use their cellphone to order.

2. Sharing one cellphone with whole group is very inconvenient.

3. No paper menu that represents all you can eat menu.

4. Robot that runs around is cute, but the menu phone system makes lots of mistake. Some food never came to our table.

5. In general, food doesn’t taste as good as expected.

6. Only young waiters: a very young Asian girl and a guy were kind and sweet, the rest of the staff could be more attentive.

7. Two hours per group feels way too rushed.

8. Menu doesn’t have poor indications or non for vegan and gluten-free people. Even if the place screams sushi, it doesn’t mean that every group member can eat fish or meat. After all, « all you can eat » place should include more of those options or at least mark it clearly on the menu.

Conclusion: biggest disappointments were a switch to phone menu, system errors, and also quality of food.

I’m very disappointed. This used to be my go to place before COVID, but now it’s changed and I think it’s a new owner. I went for the all you can eat and the sushi was just okay, not as good as I remember. All the hot dishes with chicken were hard and tasteless. Not to mention the service by the owner (?) was horrible, so rude, and had an attitude. He was rushing for us to pay at 8pm when they close 8: 30pm and he explained that they were closed. Although there was a young waiter who was very kind and sweet, that was probably the best part.

Just wow, all you can eat is back with great selection variety and a fair price! The menue selection system is so comfi and tech advanced!

So we came in close to the end without knowing (they close the kitchen at 20h), but we still really enjoyed it! The food was good and the staff was nice as well. I was surprise by the robot cat waiter thingy, but honestly, it's cool!
The only minus is that there's no gluten free options!

DISAPPOINTED! Paid $221.16 4 adults 1 9 year old for 2 small bowl rRamen soup, 2 sashimi, 32 pcs. Sushi. I always order sushi here but only take out, so yesterday April, 30,2023 we decided to try dine in, so when we came in the waitress gave us QR code and ask me if I know how it work? I said no it’s our first time to dine in here, so she said scan the QR code and place order. I did it and place order but no price written so I ask the waitress again how it work and how to pay because there’s no price written she then replied just order and when you are done ordering go to cashier and pay. I ordered 2 RAMEN SOUP, 2 SASHIMI, 1SALMON POKE BOWL and 32 pcs sushi. I don’t wanna order that much because I don’t know the price and poke bowl didn’t serve. Since they didn’t serve anymore I went to pay for my surprised I paid $221.16. We didn’t know it per head and eat all you can. I ask twice. I WISH THEY TELL ME and explain to us! I feel like they SCAM me.

All you can eat in Japanese Susshi shop, the food and environment are very good, the waiter Ryan's smile is very friendly and polite, thank you very much for his explanation, but there are shortcomings, the ordering software is not comprehensive, complicated and full of errors, which is disappointing

Food is great. Washroom is A1. Service is also great, I go quite often so they recognize me and it's appreciated.
