I would like to be crystal clear here that the food is one of the best I have had and there is a reason why my bf and I always order here every week or 2 for the past 4 years, this is NOT the issue here.
A month ago, we ordered our usual 80$-120$ worth of sushi.
Let me add that we are also very generous with tipping never under 15-18% for the whole bill even though we pick up our food to eat it at home that is 20 minutes out of the way btw.
It has happened a few times that they didn't t get our order quite right but we always brushed it off and never said anything because it's our favourite place. HOWEVER.when we ordered the last time, my bf went inside to pay as I was waiting in the car. When he got back to the car and sat down, the cashier ran after us, now knocking on my car window on the passenger side. We thought that they had forgotten to give us a roll or something. That was not it! He asked us if we had ordered 1 or 2 kamikaze rolls and asked us to riffle through our order IN the car. Needless to say, the sushi went all over the place and when we finally saw they had given us 2, he asked us to go back inside to pay it because apparently he only charged for 1 roll! Now. I understand and I am not asking for a free ticket here, but if you made a mistake on the order, that's on you, not on me.especially when they had made several mistakes in the past giving us veggie rolls instead of salmon and charging us the fish rate. I digress. This bothered me so I decided to go confront the cashier about the issue and he was rude and said that we should have told him about the previous mistakes they had done. At this point, another fellow (WILSON) intervened and completely apologized. The cashier gave us a complimentary sushi pizza and I said that the apology was enough.but WILSON insisted that he give us a credit the next time that we go and that it would be his pleasure to do so.

Well, tonight after a month (we had been on vacation) we reordered or usual meal and when we went to pick it up, not only was the cashier EXTRA RUDE to us but he said that we already were compensated and there would be no credit. He gave us an extra sushi roll and said. NOW THATS 2 free ITEMS.that's it for you!
I did not hesitate to tell him what I thought of him and returned his FREE sushi because we don't need any favours from him.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, Very RUDE CASHIER! We will NOT be going back there again. But I guess that's ok bc the cashier told me " Fine! Don't come back"

This place is a joke. They wouldn't even serve us water (we dined in). Sushi was pre-prepared, and there was a worker literally asleep on the countertop the entire time we were there. No music, no atmosphere. Food was decent, but refusing to give water to dine in customers is unheard of. Learn customer service.

It doesn't look much from the outside but don't judge a book by its cover. Great food.

I’ve been quite loyal to this place for months and tonight, when it’s -27 outside I thought I would go pick up my order because I felt bad to make a driver come all the way to my house. Over the phone everything went smoothly, my husband offered to go pick it up for me he gets there and …. Cash only. I’ve always paid with cards. Nothing was said to me over the phone and now he has to come back to get cash and go back to pay because their machine has been broken all day. I am sooooo disappointed! Who does this to people in this kind of weather.

Nous avons commandé un choix du chef et nous étions agréablement surpris par les sushis. Les sushis étaient délicieux et la quantité de poisson dedans était au-delà de nos attentes! Définitivement contente d'avoir découvert cette place!

Établissement propre, toujours bien reçus et les sushis sont les meilleurs!
