Always order Midi express from them and I never been disappointed. If you in person you have to consider that this is a "take out" type of restaurant so your order comes in the same container as the take out order.

Their facility seems very clean and hygienic, music is never too loud & they do offer a very good in person and over the phone service.

We were quite disappointed with our experience. After waiting over 90 minutes to have our food delivered (which is a ridiculously long time to wait, considering the place is only about 2km from our condo!), the sushi was was cold and dry. We ordered a few rolls in rice paper, that were mushy and sticky. The rice in the other rolls was dry, and did not taste fresh at all. We were excited to try this place since we are new to the neighbourhood, but unfortunately we will not be ordering from there again.

J'ai commandé chez "Sushi Newman" à quelques reprises et j'ai été peu satisfait de la qualité de leurs sushis. Aussi, il y a un aspect de leur politique promotionnelle qui m'a laissé perplexe. Dans leur menu, il est mentionné que lorsque vous dépassez un certain montant, je crois que c'est 40$ avant taxes, vous avez droit à un cadeau gratuit. La première fois que j'ai demandé ce cadeau en personne, on me l'a gentiment accordé.

Cependant, lors de mes visites ultérieures, j'ai été informé que cette promotion ne s'appliquait que pour les commandes en ligne et qu'il fallait spécifier dans la note de la facture que l'on souhaitait le cadeau. Pour moi, cela pose un problème. Normalement, lorsqu'une promotion est clairement affichée dans un menu, elle devrait être automatiquement appliquée sans que le client ait à se poser des questions ni à spécifier quoi que ce soit.

Cette confusion a été une source de déception pour moi en termes d'expérience client. J'apprécierais vraiment que "Sushi Newman" rende cette politique plus transparente et automatique pour que les clients puissent pleinement profiter de leurs promotions sans avoir à se soucier des détails de la commande en ligne.

Aussi, j'ai remarqué que pour les commandes plus importantes, la quantité de sauces fournies est limitée et souvent je reçois seulement une ou deux sauces. Cela peut être insuffisant pour accompagner une commande de grande taille et cela a eu un impact négatif sur mon expérience.

Très déçue par la qualité/grosseur des sushi. Ils ont diminué de deux fois leur grosseur en plus de garder leur prix. Lors de ma dernière commande, les sushi n’étaient pas frais et le riz n’était pas cuit. Très décevant puisque c’était 10/10 il y a un an.

Really happy that I was able to find a sushi place that accepts cash on delivery. It was the only reason I ordered.

Delivery was meant to take maximum 1 hour, it took a little longer than that. No biggie, but should be mentioned.

When I made the order, it gave a price.
When I got the email, an extra amount was added for delivery, okaaaaaay.

But when it was delivered, there was a second delivery charge added to the price that I was never made aware of.slightly uncool but I did at least have the cash on hand, just not too much more as I wasn't made aware of ANY additional charge until AFTER the order was placed.

The delivery person called the resto angrily, arguing how this delivery was for nothing, that he wasted his time.

He told me to take his phone, I asked why, refusing to touch his phone. (I don't know you and I don't want to get sick, thank you), I asked the delivery person if these extra charges were his payment, he said yes.

At this point I bid him a cheerful good day and closed the door.

Dear delivery person, you're not the only person that works in the service industry.

A tip is NEVER something that should be expected, let alone argued about, in any way shape or form.

Sometimes I get tips and I'm grateful and the times I don't, I accept that maybe there's something going on in their life to afford it, maybe they're from another country where tipping is not customary.

It doesn't matter the reason why, it is not up to you or anyone to cast judgement in such a way.

If you were my employee and I ever heard you speaking in this fashion to ANYONE, I would have given you the sack faster than you could blink.

Dear resto, your food was okay but adding delivery charges twice after the order was created, is really not cool.

Please fix this and have your clients aware of all charges at the time they submit their order, especially for situations where payment is in cash and a tip needs to be figured.

Had I known I would have to put out an additional 30% on the order to make everyone happy, I would have either ordered less, or not place an order at all.

I would have loved to order from you again but I will for sure go somewhere else due to these reasons.

Very testy sushi and nice variation.
Just one think to suggest them to use fresh tuna not frozen.

Service médiocre! Attente interminable et pour couronner le tout nous n'avons même pas reçu la bonne commande et il y a des sushis manquant dans notre "fausse" commande.

La réponse de la dame! Désolé nous ne pouvons rien faire pour vous. Une vrai joke ce restaurant!

Je suis client de longue date de ce restaurant. Malheureusement, la dernière commande par Ubereats nous as rendus malades, intoxication alimentaire sévère. Nous ne fréquenterons plus cet endroit, c'est inacceptable.

Took 40 min to get a waitress, we were missing items on our orders, never got water, no napkin, not a single wine glass, they gave us cola glasses for the wine, ZERO service and they expect us to pay 15% on a big sign near the cashier

Not sure what happened this time around. Been ordering from here for years and never a problem. Recieved 2 cornet handrolls that were so small and thin and barely filled with anything. Kind of disappointing given the price of takeout these days.

Délicieux sushis, frais, qui se tiennent bien, à des prix abordables. Belle variété; j'ai hâte d'y retourner pour goûter à plus de sortes! Ceux qui contiennent de la mayo épicée sont les plus savoureux. Le riz pourrait être un peu plus assaisonné.

Tout est fraîchement préparé, donc pour les grosses commandes, pensez à commander une heure à l'avance.

Amazing sushi place in lasalle - the best actually. The price is also very good and I suggest ordering online on their website instead of using Uber eats.
