The customer service is the worst. I requested a Bublé tea with less sugar and ice. I was told it is all regular. Then, at the end, I waited for 10mins for a drink in a quiet Friday afternoon. Turns out, the drink was super sweet with a whole cup of ice. What on earth? !

J'adore au plus haut point cette place. La propriétaire est extrêmement polie et gentille. Le service est super rapide et les sushis sont frais. Je recommande:)

My First and last time here. I will never ever come back to this place! They send publicity over the mail.then when you go to the store they say promotion is not valid.mentioning you have to order in the restaurant, when the publicity flyer specifies that you need to order online! This is called FAKE promotion! This is how you lose a client for 5 miserables sushi roles!
Also Employee was very very rude!
When I showed the coupon they said: that's not here.

Honnêtement, la pire place. La PROPRIÉTAIRE (asiatique) et caissière en même temps n'a aucun respect pour ses clients. Aucun sourire, aucune gentillesse. Jamais je ne retournerai là. Allez à Griffintown à la place.le détour en vaut le cout.

Détester au plus haut point cette place. La propriétaire est extrêmement impolie et le service est super lent. N’y allez pas.

What a very bad customer experience! The employee was really rude and didn't seem to want to answer our questions. The quality of ingredients is really low. Some ingredients were just "absent" in our Poke Bowls. If you're looking for a good sushi place, just drive 10 minutes to Brossard and you will have a plenty of choices.

Du vol manifeste! Les poke bowl sont minuscules, service à désirer, très désagréable, première et dernière fois.

Very bad experience with those people, bad service, cheap on ingredients, we asked for spoons for our soupe, they said they done have, we asked for plates, they said they don’t have saying that we are not restaurant we are fast food.place to avoid in île des sœurs

First time at this sushi chain and I must say it was a disappointing experience. We took away a poke bowl (paid CAD 19.49) for an homard crevette Poké bowl and the quality and taste was mediocre.
Quality of ingredients was subpar and they only provided the food without any regular amenities, the poke bowl opened up in my backpack and some of the food spilled in my bag.

I-Sushi in Downtown is much much superior in terms of quality, taste, presentation and service.
They also do lobster dishes and it is definitely not at this price point.
Will not be returning to this joint.

Very unpleasant service.poor quality ingredients for a chaine that normally i like a lot. This location definitely is the worst.

Mauvais service à la clientèle, la femme qui est à la caisse la plupart du temps est bête et nous dit même pas bonjour. Pour cela je n'y retournerai pas. Ma collègue lui a demandé une fois de lui donner une sauce épicé en extra et la même femme lui a répondu qu'elle n'en avait pas de besoin.

Always fresh, service can be a little slow so please place your order before if you want take out.

The owner of this sushi shop at nun's island is always very friendly. It is clean and the service is good. We go there quite often, because it is convenient for us. The BOL POKE and sushi are delicious.
