Sushi Shop

The quality of the food was terrible. The miso soup has big chunnks of lettuce and onions. There was no joy in the consumption of the food.
The rolls were horrible as well. The avacado in one portion of the food was bad.
The spring roll was frozen and quality was super low.

I ordered through Uber Eats and, honestly, this was the most terrible food and service I’ve ever received. A third of the sushi in each box was ruined because the soy sauce container was placed on top of the sushi and crushed down on closing the container - completely flattening the maki. Wasabi was disgustingly smeared on top of those soy sauce containers, looking like a dog’s breakfast. The extra soy sauce containers and spicy mayo containers had broken open, flooding the paper bad with guck so that on delivery it was soaking wet and ripped open, leaking all over me. They also failed to include chop sticks or any other cutlery. Absolutely the worst and most disappointing sushi I have ever ordered in. For the $100 cost, that was absolutely highway robbery. I filed my complaint with Uber Eats, as well. No action from them as of yet.

Étant habitué d'autres sushi shop j'ai fait une commande sur uber eat, une catastrophe, plus d'une heure et demi d'attente pour enfin recevoir une bouffe cramée, totalement brûlée, mes enfants et moi après une longue durée d'attente, étions tellement déçus, c'était juste immangeable. Je le déconseille. 135 $ jeté par la fenêtre.

Les pires sushis que j'ai mangé de ma vie! 1h d'attente sur uber pour au final recevoir du riz avec des minuscules bouts de saumon pas frais, 0 gout, jai payé pour extra crevette tempura on me l'a pas mis! Je suis super déçue je suis une cliente habituelle de d’autres Sushishop mais celui-ci est juste horrible rien à voir! Très déçue

I went to the restaurant and waited for 1 hour and a half for the food. The combo that I asked for they didn't have. Before um hours, they told me that they didn't have the rice leaf for the roll, and they gave me something completely different. The picture that I took are from the roll cherry blosson. They told me that they didn't have the rice leaf, but they put Kani instead of shrimp without lettuce. It's the worst place I ever went in Québec. I also found something black and hard inside one of the rolls. Don't waste your time.

Je suis allé au restaurant et j'ai attendu 1h30 pour la nourriture. Le combo que j'ai demandé, ils n'en avaient pas. Avant um heures, ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas la feuille de riz pour le "roll", et ils m'ont donné quelque chose de complètement différent. La photo que j'ai prise provient de la roll cherry blosson. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas la feuille de riz, mais ils ont mis du Kani à la place des crevettes sans laitue. C'est le pire endroit où je sois allé au Québec. J'ai aussi trouvé quelque chose de noir et dur à l'intérieur d'un des rouleaux. Ne perdez pas votre temps.

Pricey, but consistently good. It sounds weird, but get yourself a sushi burrito. They’re $20 (which is very expensive for a 400 calorie item) and you’ll wait 10 mins but fire.
Always a decent assortment of pre-made sushi ready to go.

Very disappointed, ordered on Uber eats and received the wrong order. I ordered the umami poke bowl with lettuce based and paid for added protein. I received a tempura and crispy rice with maybe 3 pieces of salmon in it. Uber wouldn’t even refund my order. So money wasted and it wasn’t even mistaken for a good poke bowl, very clear the employees do not care.

Yesterday got the worst entitled, dishonest and disrespectful employee, he initially said an order would take 10 minutes and ended up making me wait 40 minutes. He kept lying about the amount of time left, saying it was almost done every 5 minutes. He also had no idea how to prepare the food as he had to keep double checking a guide to make the food, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! On top of that he kept pretending the wait time wasn't that long and was nagging too.

The most incompetent employee I have seen in over a year!

Pire sushi shop de Montréal. J’ai commandé deux poke bols saumons sur uber eats. Ils étaient secs presque pas de saumon ni de sauce, pas d’avocats, beaucoup de riz. C’était degueulasse. Plus jamais je recommanderai ici.

Rolls are badly done, fall apart and missing ingredients. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Never again. 18$ for a rice and lettuce poke bowl with a few pieces of salmon.not even a green onion garnish.just go to provigo at this point they sell 13$ poke with way more stuff

I was super excited and happy to bring a platter of sushi to a bday party.

I arrived 20 minutes after placing the phone order as directed by the phone clerk.

The team took another 30 minutes after I arrived for pickup, to finish making the sushi.

The cashier was very hostile and seemed annoyed when i mentioned to pay with card.

She spoke very rudely and acted rude by slamming the sushi boxes on counter.

The store was empty and had no other clients.

I definitely will not purchasing ever again from here.

J’aime beaucoup les sushis du Sushi shop habituellement. Je n’ai jamais eu de problèmes ailleurs. Mais ici, ce fut terrible. Ça avait l’air d’une soirée occupée, mais il y a une limite! Le garçon qui m’a servie a touché au téléphone, à la caisse, à son cell et n’a pas changé ses gants ensuite pour faire ma commande. Quand je lui ai mentionné, il n’a pas eu l’air de s’en faire trop trop avec ça, il m’a même ignoré. La dame qui faisait les sushis portait son masque sous son nez. Elle soupirait quand elle voyait des clients entrer.
Les sushis étaient loins d’être aussi bons que dans d’autres succursales de Sushi Shop. Il n’y avait aucun légumes/ingrédients dans mon poké (avocat, concombre, etc). Je n’y retournerai jamais. Allez ailleurs.

Une mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas. J’ai commandé le roll « Tokyo » qui avait l’air tres appétissant. Il s’avere que c’était une publicité mensongère je me suis retrouvée avec des batonnets de crabes achetés au supermarché. J’aurais pu faire mieux chez moi. Les pires sushis que j’ai mangé de ma vie. Je passe aussi sur les details concernant la taille d’un sushi qui était tres fin. Pour 10$ c’est peu correct.

Worst experience! First time I put a bad review about a food place! It wasn't as tasty as the other Sushi Shops I went to, and the presentation was awful (it doesn't encourage you to eat it) and tbh, It didn't feel like a sushi place at all. Really disappointed!

Had problems with my uber eats after solving it with the manager I got a free delicious meal, regardless of that, customer service was amazing. Would definitely order again!

The sushi was amazing I really enjoyed the texture! Also employees where extremely sweet! And didn't mind my constant questions. Would definitely recommend again!

Je suis dégoûté! J’ai acheté un repas sushi, et déjà en ouvrant la boite, la fraîcheur n’était pas présente. Les avocats avaient l’air beaucoup trop mûrs. J’ai eu l’impression de manger du poisson pourri. Sous mes sushis, plein de poils et de cheveux. Vraiment, c’était pas mangeable. La dame est bête et elle a manipulé mes sushis sans masque, sans gants et sans filet. Vraiment, j’ai du jeter ma commande dans la poubelle et franchement, c’est là que ça devrait aller.

So i have this thing where I don't usually eat finish from public places but after giving the amazing salmon roles a try I am happy to say that I absolutely LOVED them they are tender and well cooked, I don't regret ordering them in the slightest bit! Thank you for the good service

Épouvantable! Mes papilles gustatives n'ont jamais eu à supporter un goût aussi immonde. Je suis une habituée des sushis et ceux là ne sont pas mangeables! Service client affreux. Des gens non professionnels et qui ne coopèrent pas. Remboursement impossible. Employé qui porte son masque sur le menton seulement. Mayonnaise épicé goûtant le sûre. Les autres sushi shop sont ok mais éviter d'aller a celui du parc. Fermez les portes svp.

Immonde! Ma famille et moi recrachâmes ce repas semblant si périmé! Mes papilles furent soumises à une telle torture qu’ils faillirent y rester. À tout pris éviter pour ne pas avoir à supporter ce goût. Le personnel n’étant point compétent et insultant le client lorsqu’il se plaint, digne d’un restaurant insalubre. Évitez à tout pris!

This is my third order through uber! The portion is very generous, tasty and fresh, this location is one of the best sushi in town since i m a sushi lover i will be a loyal costumer for sure

Best fresh made Sushi in the town.from my experience compared to other brand like taxi sushi where you can pay double price for terrible sushi.i can tell that Sushi shop for me is good quality for reasonable price!

This is the worst sushi ive had in my life. The sushi was unedible, the stinky ginger was all over my sushi. Food was not fresh and sushis made poorly, the fish was smelly. Had to throw my WHOLE 35$ ubereats order away. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Never go there

Employees not wearing the mask properly (mask under the mouth) basically it is equivalent to not wearing a mask at all. On top of that our order took a good 20 minutes when we were the only customer waiting. You should give some training to your employees!

Got a food poisoning from this branch. Unfortunately I didn't see the past reviews from UberEats when I made the order.

Does not respect the standards of the franchise. Nothing was fresh or good. They manage to screw up a miso soup.if you want sushi shop go to another one, but not this one.

I went there and got a Volcano pokebawl, its really good and it took 5 minutes to be done! Im definitely coming back
