Sushi Shop

Commande pour emporter. C'était bon sans plus. Le resto était vide. J'en aurais profité pour nettoyer si j'étais proprio. Le plancher était collant et les menus sales.

This is absolute worst sushi shop around. Their customer service is extremely poor. Anytime you ask for a substitution or to take 1 ingredient out they make the biggest deal about it. I am pregnant and had asked them to make the rolls pregnancy safe, and since they offer a mom to be combo, this should be a reasonable and doable ask. However they always make comments and say they can’t do it or tell me it will be so much longer. Does this mean they aren’t even making the pregnant mom combo safe for pregnancy? ! The only measures that need to be taken are to make sure the gloves and knives are changed after touching the raw fish. So that the safe rolls are not contaminated. This surely can’t be that hard and surely can’t be an extra 20 minute ordeal. In addition, I asked for soya paper, which is offered for $1 extra per roll, that I am happy to pay for. They say ok and every single time I show up they say they forgot and ask me to take it with seaweed anyways. This time I refused as it was their error since I made sure to mention it twice on the phone. Not only did they make me wait an extra 30 minutes but they constantly gave me bad looks in the store as they were making the new rolls. And didn’t do anything to compensate me for waisting my time, like couldn’t even throw in an extra soy sauce! It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will never ever order from here again. They purposely didn’t make it with soya paper because they were too lazy to make the fresh rolls and just pulled out already made rolls with seaweed. Unacceptable as the whole order had to be pregnancy safe and should have been made from scratch regardless!

Called to make an order and the guy rudely told me they close at 8 and hung up! Definitely won’t go there again. Very rude

Après avoir payé 24$ pour quelques morceaux de sushi pour emporter, j’ai demandé à la dame si possible d’avoir de la mayonnaise épicé pour manger avec le repas. Elle m’a regardé avec un air bête et m’a dit que je dois payer 1$ et plus pour la Mayo. Assez décevant merci. Le restaurant est à 2 minutes de mon travail. J’y vais souvent pour acheter… c’est la dernière fois que j’achète chez vous.

Nous avons passé une commande pour emporter, avons du attendre 1h15 avant que notre commande soit prête. Les légumes tempura étaient froids et pâteux, tous les sushis étaient informes, ceux avec tempura étaient réduis en bouillie, on aurait été mieux avec des sushis d'épicerie faits la veille. Ça ne valait absolument pas 50$ par personne, et c'est la dernière fois qu'on va là.

Called for a take out order at 15: 08, was told that it will be ready in 25 minutes, arrived at 15: 50 and the order was not ready yet! When confronted the person who said it will take 25 min, no apology was offered and the attitude was very rude and arrogant.

Good sushi and poke bowl. We will definitely be returning and ordering from this location.
