Sushi Shop

Used to like this place.but the quality and the portions have dropped and not as fresh at all rice was too mushy as well.to be honest they might have made 50 dollars off me last night 23/01/2024 but the lost 100 s of dollars because I'll never order from there ever again.

Very bad service. Ladies took more than 30 minutes to have me 2 orders, when I order the food the didn’t specify that it was delivery food to prep before us. They were rude talking between them in their language uncontrollably about us.

I needed to use their washroom and was told it was for customers only. It's not a good way to gain future clients.

I went to sushi shop for lunch with my son and it really made my day. I had their eclipse poke bowl from their new black sesame collection and it was delicious. I really loved the Guinness beer marinated tempura shrimp. 100% would do again.

Very rude staff.cant follow instructions and forgot multiple things.very cheap with the portions compared to other sushi shops

They significantly increased their prices but did not put an extra soy sauce and did not put any chopsticks at all. Moreover, their plastic containers are so cheap made, thin and flimsy, so when we opened them and were trying to pass the food around the table, the container could not hold the sushi and they fall off.

Love sushi shop! It's my go to for poke bowls. Always fresh and tasty. Keep up the great work!

I had order a simple dragon sushi and the shrimp was hard and cold. This never happened. They remade it but each roll came with almost next to no ingredients. Very bad quality. Ive waited for almost an hour for all this and $60 plus

Their poke bowls are so good and I always get them for take out.service is quick and efficient

I come here very often to get sushi, and it tastes very delicious! They normally get your order spot-on, but sometimes they mess up, and even give you the wrong type of sushi, though it happens rarely. The Ebi Maki is my favourite, and would definitely recommend it! Overall, I think it is a good sushi place.

They raised prices up to 30% but failed to provide extra soya sauce. Really? With an order $180? Is it joke or what?

Pro: Taste wise, it was absolutely delicious.

Con: I paid almost $30 for a bowl that was HALF full.
I order from Uber so the bowl itself was about $22 +tax, but I’m extremely disappointed that I paid this much for something that had me hungry still afterwards.

The prices in the menu is different compared to the amount charged in the bill. That shouldn't be allowed.

If you order a miso soup consider it again because it’s just boiling water with similar sea food but the miso itself tastes nothing like it should. Just hot water…

EDIT: After my review sushi shop emailed me and resolved the issue professionally with 0 problem. I respect them for that reason. I really recommend you go there and even if you have a problem you can email them and they will help you with it! Thank you!

I ordered a 100 piece box set for my brother's birthday and it was so delicious! Everything was done perfectly, the box that the sushi came in was so pretty. Gave us lots of soy sauce and chopsticks. Honestly, if im going to spend over $100 for sushi, I would definitely go back here!
