Was there and noticed their discounts and some bargains, so I decided to do some shopping and profit the prices, I wasn’t alone I was shopping with my baby when I noticed I needed to change her diaper so I went to ask if I could use their washroom and they said no, and also got told
to go to a tim hortons instead, I explained that it will take me less than 5 min but they said no and next time to don’t bother ask, I understand their washroom is for employees but I wasn’t asking for me, it literally to change a diaper, I left without buying because I wasn’t going to leave my baby with a dirty diaper and mentioned that I was going to do bad review and the manager said that it was completely fine, ladies that was not ok, we should be more empathic towards others. Never going back.

Superbe expérience! Les filles (Vanessa, Tasneem et Aranza) m’ont fourni un service chaleureux et hors pair! J’ai pris beaucoup de temps et j’étais un peu gênée mais elles étaient très patientes et toujours aussi souriantes et aimables. Je leur souhaite plein de bonne choses dans leurs vies

Poor customer service, the staff is not know their policies.prices are fair, There is no dressing room, and if the size is not right, you have to go back to the store to change, and this means wasting the customer's time!

Des aubaines très intéressantes pour femmes.vêtements de qualité. L'accueil et le conseil de la part de la gérante et son équipe étaient très motivants pour y retourner. J'étais agréablement surpris avec ma femme.

I went to this store today to buy something like a gift for my girlfriend, they have very nice employees they helped me to find a nice dress for her. And my girlfriend loves it. She’ll definitely will tell her friends to go their and shop. Thank you.

Worst customer service. I shop today on this store the cashier charge me twice of the regular price of the pants.when I got home I just notice they over charge me.i called them and inform them what happened.they told me just come to the store and we will refund you the money.of course you should give me back, that's my money.but I told them I live west island and and it took me atleast an hour back and forth to drive, plus gas that cost me and my time and effort just to come back for theirs cashier's mistake and didn't try to give me atleast something in return.they say just gonna give me what they owe.what kind of customer service they have.if only I live across the street no problem. I worked on customer service before and this is not right specially Its not my mistake it's theirs.

Le service à la clientèle est pourri. La dame qui se prenait chef d'équipe me crie après en me disant que je n'avais pas le droit d'essayer des vêtements que j'avais justement l'intention d'acheter. Après que je lui avertie d'arrêter de crier car c'est agressant et que toutes les clientes me regardaient, celle-ci me répond que c'est sa "personnalité " qui est comme ça. Vraiment pathétique. Évidemment j'ai laissé tous les vêtements pour qu'elle remette à leur place et je suis allée au Ardene à côté la où j'ai pu essayer de beaux vêtements et les acheter.

I had a terrible experience in this store today! The store was supposed to be open till 6 pm but when I arrived at 5: 45, the entrance was closed and lots of people was in there! I tried to explain them that I have something to change. As you can not try anything there, you need to go several times if you want to find your size. Anyways, the staffs were too rude and incapable to understand the rights of customers. I usually work till 5: 30 and today came out of my office sooner to be there before 6 pm and sadly had a stupid conversation with irresponsible people. They think it's ok to behave such cheaply when selling cheap stuff.

I bought a pair of pants may 14th 2021 no fitting room so when i came home they were short and i removed the ticket by accident so i went and got refused for the exchange.i had my bill and bag and price tags

I love their clothes! You can always find something that will fit you well with a very handsome price tag attached. They give me bang for my buck! I don’t throw out their clothes often like other brands because they last for at least a few chapters of my life. I shop here often! ️

The manager is a very nice lady and I love the clothes and prices here. Workers keep the floor nice and clean.

It's very nice there, a great amount of clothing for a small price with nice employees which a few of them helped me a lot who are Heba and Hanan.highly recommended.

I enjoy shopping at this shop, especially when Heba, the manager's assistant offers me an excellent customer service. The Manager Hanan is a very sweet person and she is very professionnal. Prices are affordable too.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I always used to buy at Suzy Shier whenever I travelled to Toronto for business. I was so thrilled when I realized Suzy Shier (Ave Des Jockeys) or Jean Talon opened. I have the most WONDERFUL shopping experience and EXCEPTIONAL service by the manageress, Henen, and by her enthusiastic assistant Hiba, each time I’m there.

I frequent this store at least 3 times a week, and every time, purchase 4 items or more! There’s always new stock and unbelievable sales.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

No dressing room. And no exchanges or returns for items under $10. So they expect you to take a gamble. Not impressed.

Très bien pour le prix des vêtements MAIS. Un peu ridicule (la sécurité) Je fais le tour de la boutique.sans rien acheter et avant de sortir le gardien de sécurité me demande d'ouvrir ma sacoche.j'ai failli lui dire d'appeler la police sachant très bien que j'avais rien volé. Même au dollorama on est mieux traité par la sécurité lorsqu'on a rien acheté. La prochain fois je dirais non. P. S si un de vos clients n'a rien acheté ceci ne signifie pas un vole.je suis entrée il n'y avait aucun miroir, aucune salle d'essayage alors je suis partie au Walmart. Dépenser au Walmart au lieu de votre boutique ne fait pas de moi une voleuse?

Ce magasin traite vraiment leur clients comme des voleurs. Ce n’est pas agréable de se faire suivre partout dans le magasin et qu’on demande de fouiller votre sacs alors qu’on a rien pris du tout. La personne qui gère le magasin (qui fait une très mauvaise job d’ailleurs puisque Celui-ci est toujours sale et désorganisé) devrait savoir qu’au Québec il est ILLÉGAL par la loi de demander aux clients d’ouvrir leur sac pour qu’on le fouille sans avoir de preuves ou de sécurité/employée comme témoin.

Je reviendrai et J’appellerai la police la prochaine fois puisqu’il est évident que la gérante ne connaît pas très bien la loi.

Les employées ont aussi une attitude très désagréable et pas du tout professionnel. Si elle continue à rouler leurs yeux celles-ci ci vont tomber de leurs orbites.

When it was 8 pm between no customers was the only person at that time I tried some ponchos and decided to buy one at the time I when to pay the cashier at that time she said to me if I know how to put a poncho I tell to the cashier why that question is very easy to tried a poncho she tell me that I have left one in bad place and I have not put it in the same place where I took it that I had to accommodate it? Service is so bad that there were not even people made them more expensive had the price of 5.00 and they charged me 15.00 I would never buy in that place and even if you can feel comfortable because they are following you everywhere never I will go to Suzy service is very bad.
