Sysco Grand Montréal

One of the worst place to deal with.they have no place for parking. You have to call before entering the warehouse which they will never answer. Very rude and arrogant Receiver….

Probablement bon dans le manger mais Incapable de faire la gestion de leurs transporteur.

Il laisse les camions en fils stationner illégalement sur la rue. Aucun effort pour palier a la situation et mitiguer les inconvénients qu'ils cause au voisinage.

Les autres camions ont de grande difficultés a prendre la rue. Le risque d'accident est très élevé, la vue est caché par leurs camions stationner, ce qui augmente le reste d'accident.

On peut perdre plus de 15 minutes le matin sur 400m de rue,

I don't know how these companies are working if they don't respect other's times value - they don't care about appointment - the front guy is very rude and will say you go away from yard will call you when dock ready even if you coming according your appointment - 6 to 7 hours you have to stay my friend - company needs to think about it - as why all drivers putting negative reviews

Very very bad delivery system, the delivery guys dropped the boxes entrance door and they don’t want to put the things in the cooler, even they continue like this delivery system we discontinue the orders.

Very very bad experience took 6 hours for delivery and another 2 hours to give paperwork back worst experience ever and i miss my load due to these people on Friday… never come here bad company. 0 star

Compagnie pas fiable, pas sérieuse et qui n’a aucune conscience de l’importance de la notion du temps. Personnel qui manque de professionnalisme. À éviter absolument.

Pire fournisseur, ils ont rien en stock et 4 jours de retard pour une commande pas fort comme compagnie

At nearly 3pm Jan 26th I was nearly hit by tailgate and ran off the road by a Sysco truck driver heading towards Pembroke on Ch Pembroke.

Usually quick but it can be time consuming sometimes. Not busy lately but takes longer to unload

I have been ordering from them for a couple of months now. I can safely say it is by far the worst goods company i have ever worked with.
Delays upon delays with my orders. Can never get what i asked for on time (even though my order has gone through a week in advanced, and have been assured the delivery). I understand we are in a pandemic and there is a shortage of staff, but customer service is absolutely inexistant. Nobody informs you of delays (i once waited over one week for a delivery!) Very disappointed with my whole experience.

Worst company! I won’t order from them again after my first order! Zero after sales services, I got a box of broken waffle cones and ask for a replacement, the representative always said she will send another colleague to exchange for me, after one and a half year, no response! She only replies me when I make an order, and she just ignores my message when I ask for a service! Waste of my time and money! I would have give 0/5 star if I can.

Park on street is allowed. To check in you have to call them before enter their premises and they will call you back and then you can enter the building. Go to their office to get your dock no. I was their for 8 hours.

You came to my resto for take an order, I did not called you. But you take my money, you take my order but there is no order, 18: 22 h and I have not received my order! I can't sell pizza because you didn't send me mozarella. Sysco is only regrets.was last order for you! If you wanna lost the clients from your resto, you can work with them!

They take so long to recieve goods
you have to call them before you reach here even if u have appointment you have to call them and when you reach they gonna tell you to wait at their other location as my appointment time was 9 i came here at 8: 45 they said go out of their warehouse and now its 11: 13 they just called me and gave me a dock they don't care about your appointment

Si vous voulez avoir de l'exactitude dans vos commandes et des réceptions régulière. Faite affaire avec un autre fournisseur que Sysco. PIRE COMPAGNIE EVER.

One of the most horrible companies i’ve ever deal with unprofessional, rude, late deliveries, extra charges, slow, out of temperature products this company is the supplier for many big chains like subway PFK Pizza Hut Burger King I don’t know how they trust them think twice before signing with them
