Ta pies

One of a kind spot in Montreal for Australian meat pies. The staff is always super friendly, they have fair pricing and great options for vegetarians too.

There’s not much seating inside or on the balcony but people mostly get take out so you rarely have an issue finding a seat if you do want to eat there.

Loved this place! The pies were really good and filling.i took curried vegetables & sweet potato and my friend took butter chicken.staff was friendly.they also sell some australian snacks like tim tams.

Was taken there some 10 years ago when I was living in Montréal. Loved it then, on my recent visit, it's just so nice to see the place is still there. Brought a bunch back home with me to Toronto this time around. The regular beef ones were great, of coz, but the more unusual ones, like the bacon and egg, and butter chicken also blew my socks off! Now Id only wish Id brought more back!

Excellent service j'ai fais ma réserve vue que suis un peu loin de Avenue du Parc (Pointe-aux-trembles) et je me suis pris une pie boeuf et fromage pour la route. Pas pus résister!

Went on a Saturday afternoon and got a beef and cheese pie. Honestly pretty disappointed with the quality. It was quite soggy, nothing like the quality of the pies you get in Australia or NZ and far more expensive. I've had better even in other places in North America.

Wow is all I can say! The pies here are absolutely delicious. My favourites are the butter chicken and the classic beef, but they’re all amazing. The staff are so friendly too

The lamb curry pie was amazing, so was the classic beef. I'll be stocking up on full sized pies in my freezer!

Stepped in Sunday morning because everything else in the area was either closed of packed. The pie was excellent! Filling and delicious, great flaky dough, just really good!

First time going there with some friends. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I bought the "Classic Beef and Cheese" and boy was it tasty. The filling they put in the meat pie was excellent. THEY EVEN HAVE VEGEMITE! So I bought one XD
Overall, I really liked it and I would go back.

I recommend the bisteck and mushroom pie for the meat lovers and spinach and mushrooms for the vegans!

I can see why Wolverine ranked this as a really great restaurant. The pies are indeed good. However, I wish they offered bundled prices like 3 for 15$ cause it is slightly pricey. Otherwise, pie is nice and flaky and buttery. Insides are juicy and flavourful.

Excellents pâtés, j'ai essayé celui au bifteck et fromage, j'ai adoré! Parfait après une randonnée sur le Mont Royal.

Amazing food from New Zealand! The pie is warm and the filling is flowing. I aske the employee to recommend the most popular one and I got this pie filled with cheese and beef. The melted cheese is flowing in my mouth, which is really satisfying. Besides, the beef is not only the beef. It is cooked nicely so the meat is so soft and the tooth can easily cut them. Last but not the least, price less than 8 dollars makes it a perfect dish.

The Lamingtons are so fresh, they're almost if not better than the ones I used to have Down Under! The piecrust is also to die for, it's so flaky and tender. The curry fillings, my favorites, are addictive at first bite and so tasty. One suggestion: could you offer, in the future if possible, frozen pasties? (Meatless, with potatoes, turnips, rutabaga, carrots the usual). Just a thought as there is absolutely nothing like that "Up Above"!

Simply amazing. Pies are so tasty and the desserts are a dream. As well as the selection of New Zealand/Aussie shelf items.

Très bel endroit. Le personnel était très chaleureux et attentif. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions sans problème. Tout était excellent.
