The birria tacos are some of the best I've ever eaten.
The al pastor and fish tacos are a little small but they are also very good.

We had the birria and al pastor tacos. Both were delicious. The ambience is quirky but comfortable. The only negative was the cocktail - got the mango Mezcal and was not impressed by it.

I went last night for dinner and it was my 1st time eating there but definitely won’t be my last. I started with the tortilla soup then had the fish tacos and tried the strawberry Jarritos to drink and it was ALL DELICIOUS! The staff was friendly and courteous. I’ll definitely go back during the warmer months and sit out in their gazebo! The staff and the service were both excellent! And it’s handicap friendly having been disabled myself for the past 10 years! It’s worth the detour and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to the islands with their decor and their music playing in the background

Very good place to eat something so to speak Mexican, a little more variety would be appreciated, but from then on it is good. The service is very warm, at least here you can feel the warmth of Mexican service, because in general the service in many places I have gone to both in Toronto and Montreal is very indifferent.

I highly recommend this taco shop in Montreal, and it can easily be considered one of the best taco places in all of Canada!
The restaurant has a great Mexican ambiance and specializes in classic taco flavors. The portions are generous, offering fantastic value for your money. The meat juices have rich, authentic flavors, and every bite is a delight. Please have to try their crispy fish taco! The fish is tender, and the batter is wonderfully crunchy! I love this place, it's a place where every bite is astonishing!

Their habanero hot sauce the best in town is a must. And the pulpo tacos amazing! Sadly, the pulpo tacos were removed, but the habanero red pepper salsa omg still the best.

Atmosphere and tacos were fantastic! Loved my birria tacos! Service kept forgetting about us (orders, bills, etc) but was very apologetic when we reminded them!

Then I found a Mexican restaurant, and the food was quite unexpected. Very tasty. The service was excellent.

Tried the guacamole, fish and Al pastor tacos, and frozen margaritas. Al pastor tacos were very salty, fish tacos were good. Will recommend the Margaritas

Great service and atmosphere, tacos were great, Guacamole was under seasoned and in general everything needed a lot more than just half a wedge of lime. Would recommend veggie tacos.

Les plats étaient bon mais le service était assez médiocre, je préfère définitivement aller à ce restaurant pour dîner que pour souper. Mais autre que ça la place est cute avec une belle terrasse et déco. Les tacos au poisson et crevettes n’étaient pas nos préférés mais tout de même bon, très panés et huileux, je ne recommande pas le ceviche il n’était pas bon du tout c’est comme si la sauce dans la quel il était était du ketchup.dégoûtant, les tacos classic étaient super par contre!

The tacos and drinks were so good that we had to go twice while we were in town! The birria tacos are to die for, and the Mexican version of a Moscow mule is heavenly:) Great for a lunch or a quick snack!

From the food garnishes to the references on the wall I can wholeheartedly say that this place is an actual authentic Mexican taco joint. I come to Montreal from Texas a few times a year so I’m really happy I found it.

It is a nice place, they serve kindly and the food is delicious, I ordered ribeye tacos, the flavor reminds you of tacos in Mexico

J’en salive encore! Les meilleurs tacos que j’ai jamais mangés, mention spéciale au birria, al pastor et fish tacos. Je suis triste de ne pas vivre à Montréal et ne pas pouvoir y aller régulièrement, vraiment une grande découverte. Tous les amis qui m’accompagnaient le confirme.
Les boissons et la sélection de mezcal sont également très bonnes et le service est sympa et efficace.

We got the Birrias tacos, the consume was flavourless, and the tacos could use more flavour as well but was still good, we definitely cleaned our plates, texture was good too.the side sauce they offer as well is good.

Lovely food, only gripe was perhaps the consomme was a little bit too salty, but other than that absolutely loved the food. The servers are so nice the vibe is off the charts!

The food is a bit overpriced, but most are homemade. Friendly services, but they forget our order, and we have to stand up and get it on the counter. The toilet light is broken so we can not use them before we leave or be creative use you cellphone as the flashlight.

The service is awful! Cant stress this enough. I ordered 3 orders of 4 tacos for take out and stood their waiting for 30min+ and they kept saying your order is up next every 10min. They even asked me at some point what are you still waiting for? As if they never even started or forgot my order… they were serving people that arrived 10-15min after me. When i finally got tired of waiting and asked for a refund they started saying their ready in 2mins when they never even started my order… anyways 4 tacos for 17$ before tax…. Not cheap… go somewhere else man tbh, la estan cagando, only thing i recommend is their aguas frescas and even then they give you 10% agua fresca 90% ice, like i know theirs an economic crisis pero se pasan de codos

J'ai pris les birrias. Tellement bon! Rapide, délicieux, bon service, terrasse. Je vais y retourner c'est sûr.

Take the tacos with cheese, I took without and it was dry. Other than that, great margaritas!

Je suis venu pour le lunch vers 2pm, beaucoup de places libres, et j’ai trouvé ça très bon, mais les portions sont plus petites que d’autres endroits (j’avais encore faim après 4 tacos birria). J’ai apprécié que la nourriture soit bien assaisonnée et pas trop salée, c’est bien cuit et savoureux. Pour 18$+tx (4 tacos birria), j’aurais aimé une portion plus généreuse: peut-être faire 2 ou 3 tacos mais plus gros. Le service est impeccable!

You have to order a lot to get your fill.
I used to love that place, but since the portions changed it seems extremely expensive for what they offer.

They decreased the size of the guacamole and the margaritas. The truth is that I think twice before going compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area that serve you the same with better portions, at the same price.

Variety
Their menu is very limited in dishes, they do not have desserts.

Beau menu taco, 2 options végétariennes quand même, plusieurs options omnivores. Les végétariennes par contre n’ont pas de protéines végétales. Pour mon margarita, ça m’a semblé un produit pré fait industriel plutôt qu’un cocktail fait avec avec des limes fraîches. La guacamole est correcte, tout comme les totopos et ils semblent avoir des sauces piquantes maison.
