Très déçu. Nous étions des bons clients réguliers, mais après avoir acheté une paire de pantoufles en mouton pour Noël qui se sont avérés trop petites. Ils ont carrément refusé de nous les échanger. Elles avaient simplement été essayer et les étiquettes étaient encore en place.

Ils ont perdu deux bons clients.

Dr martens, back heel on both were stripped, brought them in and was told by the end of the day. They will never strip again, was the first view. Quality work by a true shoemaker.

I brought in 2 pairs of boots that were beyond repair. What the owner returned to me were 2 pairs of brand new boots. I am amazed and totally in his debt! For the price that I payed, I was returned my boots brand new! I would highly recommend.
