Tandoori King

I am sorry to write this review, but we were 9 people and ordered 4 person platter, chicken karahyee, nehari, 2 deal, , but finish thier expired stuff, they brought 10 people platter, and all other order which was more enough for 20 people just to increase their bill.

I went to the location which clearly showed open on Google and in person. The doors were locked. Then I saw it only offered curbside pickup, I called the phone number listed, nobody answered. Finally I went on the website, the location I was standing infront of wasn't listed in the choices. It's just kinda confusing, how is someone to make a pickup order?

J’ai réservé le restaurant pour une fête de mariage j’ai cuit la nourriture hors du restaurant et le propriétaire m’a promis qu’il va chauffer la nourriture pour les invités le jour de la fête et il y aura un serveur pour faire le service pour les invités mais finalement pas de serveur et on était obligé de servir les invités nos mêmes
Je lui ai demandé de me donner de verres pour préparer le jus de bienvenue et on m’a donné des verres sales et il m’a demandé de les laver moi même avant de les utiliser quand j’ai refusé parce c’est pas mon travail il m’a répondu «  take it easy it’s your mariage day » but finally he did it for me
J’ai demandé à mon chef privé de bien préparer la nourriture et le propriétaire voulait pas d’allumer la table chauffante et le frigo de boissons pour la nourriture pour que la nourriture soit prête pour les invités pour économiser l’électricité, durant la fête il éteint la moitié de lumière pour la même raison
Alors pas de service de tout ils reste à l’extérieur de restaurant parler au téléphone sans faire attention aux clients ou aux invités
Mais finalement j’apprécie qu’ils nous laissent continuer la fête jusqu’à 9: 00 pm au lieu de 8: 00 de soir

I stumbled across this place by chance and I’m glad I did. The service from Q and chef Bhatti was amazing and so appreciated. I got the keema and keema alloo and the haleem and a potato naan and keema naan and 2 regular naan. Everything was wonderful… I will definitely be a return customer and recommend this place to everyone

This place was recently took over by the owner of lahore karahi. For takeout we ordered channa masala, chicken roll, butter chicken, chicken pakoras. Everything was just great. Real authentic indian taste

The quality of food was great. We enjoyed food and the service and the people who work there awesome. Must try tandori and butter chicken. Good experience with good people.

Eat at your own risk and prepare to be disappointed.

Unreliable service. Terrible management. They close at random during their open hours and also to host events. They leave the door unlocked and their open sign turned on, so you never know if they are really open untill you walk in and they refuse to serve you.

Restaurants should honour and remain available to all customers during their advertised hour's. Customer's shouldn't have to call a mediocre restaurant to see if its open.

The food is not always fresh and tastes like the left overs from one of their hosted events.
It is often over cooked (nearly burned) depending on the day.
The fish pakora is sometimes deep fried in dirty over heated oil that needs to be changed. Other time's the batter is so thick it doesn't cook all the way. Chicken pakora is dry. Meat is dry, and even the chicken in the butter chicken was dry, and that's hard to do considering its floating in sauce.

The prices are "ok" and they don't charge taxes if you pay in cash so they can hide it from the tax man.

Take out orders will usually be missing a minimum of one item, some times two.

Worst experience ever, very unprofessional staff. They offered chandraat in which they offered free henna and bangles. We paid $25/person. But they give us nothing. The girl was charging $5 if we want to apply henna on the 2nd side. They didn't even give us food they promised to put on the table.on call they said we will continue till 11: 30p.m. At 10: 00 p.m, they turn off the lights and made us wait outside with 3 months old baby and they lock the restaurant and run away. Definitely not going again.

Went for there buffet deal. The food was good and tasty. The service was friendly and prices are not bad. They have $4 Kashmiri tea which is higly recommended.

Bakwass khana chicken bohot dry tha price dekho or khana dekh kar dia karo or apna muu bi sabun ke sat doo ke ao bad me itni high prise dena.

Restaurant is located in a good area its not indian food its original Pakistani food luckily today it was not busy and food was fresh and ready to be picked up also price is good

Do not base yourself on previous reviews. Since there is a change of ownership about 2 months ago. I was sceptic at first because of the reviews. When I got there I was really surprise of the price and quality of the food. The restaurant was pretty big and I love the couch One of the best indian restaurant so far I tried. Food was very tasty and staff was really nice. I would go back for sure! Fish pakoras was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Shaani paneer was very tasty. For those who tried and didnt like their experience, I would give this place another chance. Keep up the good work!

Hello, I also went on the Chand Rath and I loved it. Their was an amazing buffet with so many options and amazing service. I saw an old review saying it was bad. The restaurant closes at 10pm so of course they are gonna close it then but i rememberthey stayed 30 more minutes because they were waiting for some ladies to finsh. The person also mentioned that they staff didn't put the place on the table well it was a buffet so it's kinda self served. They told me that one hand is free and the other is 5$. I don't know what the other lady said but I'm pretty sure it's the wrong restaurant or she just is having a bad day. I honestly loved it. It's my favorite restaurant.

Tandoori king has definitely improved he quality with the take over of the new owners. Wishing them good luck and will continue to support local business.

Now it’s new owner of restaurant, we ordered paneer butter masala, dal makhni and chicken tikka, it was so delicious, definitely go back again.

Nothing to say about new management of Tandoori King specially owner bhaji Amritpal singh is nice person and their food is amazing. I tried Tandoori King several times and I tried everything all items are very good.

The best Indian/Pakistani food I have had in my life. I was surprised as the food was very traditional, which I have not experience in Canada. I was a particular fan of the butter chicken and the lamb Karahi. The Naans were amazing and went perfectly with the Kebabs. Veg manchoorian was amazing Highly recommend to anyone that wants a traditional South Asian cuisine, they should go Tandoori King 10+/10

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 3 kebab rolls and 2 of them had something really hard inside, almost like a small rock. No way of biting it. Never went there again. Kebab was dry and overall not worth it. Save your money!

We ordered vegetable Manchurian, kharie chicken, chicken tikka, very tasty everything, will definitely go back.

We went out for lunch and ordered the butter chicken, lamb kahari, garlic naan and vegetable pakora. The butter chicken was overpowered with tomato, the lamb was pretty good, and the pakora felt like it had too much starch. The garlic naan was great. Ordered lentil soup but forgot to bring it. The place was really cold inside as if they didn’t turn on the heat in the restaurant. Not my first choice for Indian food in the West Island.

Their quality of food, presentation, and customer service has really gone down since they first opened. We usually get briyani from here but now it smells pretty bad. We picked up food today and they gave us this petty salad with it.what is wrong with you guys!?

They brought the wrong food and charged for an extra item. The food was terrible quality. Awful service

Hiked the price up when I came to pickup and said they haven't updated their prices online yet. Ridiculous. It's the same price on their uber eats app. Proceeded to say that they have to cut a portion of the food if I want the old price. Music was also way too loud. I could barely comminicate with the host. You lost a sale and a customer. Good job

Tried it for the first time had halwa puri channay nihari naan n everything was amazing n very well cooked def will come again n again the food is checked n inspected before they give it to you def recommend
