Tasty Food Pizza

The poutine smells weird. They use grated instead of curd cheese (and very little of it). The pizza was 25$ before taxes and is a small. I will never go back. Total scam.

How more Montréal can you get, then by ordering a Smoke Meat Pizza.
Delicious and definitely over priced

I came with my daughter. We had greek salad and spaghetti. Salad is not bad but spaghetties are not good. Sorry but I have to be honest we lost our pasta taste in this restoran.

The portions are very small. The pizza is not fresh, baked from frozen. The place is totally over priced. Not worth it!

Love this place. The pizzas haven't changed in the 20+ years that I've been going. Sooo good!

Love tasty food Telly is awesome always have the Wayne lentil soup a nice greek salad and a whole wheat pizza! Tasty healthy and amazing!

Magnificent, food, staff, and price. They have the best pineapple pizza and lentil soup anywhere.

I have been eating “Tasty’s” for over 50 years now …. AMAZING pizza that has basically not changed taste in all that time. Yes a bit smaller, yes a bit pricey, but when you bite into one, all your problems magically disappear! Comfort food for sure. I started going there by bicycle when I was a kid … great memories.
I like other pizzas as well, but something special everytime I head out to pick up Tasty’s. Their Chef salad is also great.
I chuckle at the comments about “dipping sauce”. When you make a pizza like Tasty’s, you don’t need any tricks to improve it or to attract customers. Tasty Food Pizza stands on its own by taste alone!

J’avais oublié que la pizza était aussi bonne (la lasagne aussi). Les enfants adorent leur pepperoni.

Excellent lentil soup. Great grilled cheese and bacon sandwich. Great service even though they were close to closing time.

PRO. My favorite pizza, by far.
CON. Pricy. Limited menu. Only one size.
OTHER. Interesting photos on wall of Decarie build and of ice storm.

Unless you love their pizza I don't recommend them.

I have been eating pizza from Tasty Food for about 50 years. I absolutely love the pizza. Only fresh and quality ingredients are used and have NEVER had a bad experience in 50 years. That is not by accident, the pizza is always the same…. Amazing.
If you like fresh quality ingredients in your pizza that is always amazing, you must eat here.
Do not listen to these bad reviews from idiots who put “ dipping “ sauce on an amazing pizza. The staff work hard to please you and do a great job.

Quaint pizza shop that has lasted over the years. Started out as Tasty Freeze selling ice cream, but moved to pizza and didn't look back.

Food is good. Servers are nice, but their personal hygiene is questionable We were overwhelmed by tremendous body odour whenever the server walked by.watch out when she lifts her arms to serve or clear table!

We were 5 adults & 2 children. We therefore had 5 different foods. The Club Sandwiches are excellent as were the fries. The tuna sandwich was also delicious. We had 2 types of pizza - Hawaiian & pepperoni - both top notch. Service very good.

The only downside - very few customers - hopefully for them with time they will be much busier.

25$. Only A tiny handful (thank Jesus) of fries that are black on the outside and raw on the inside. Gravy that tastes like a gravy flavour bubly soft drink. So watery. An embarrassment to Montreal french fries and food overall. No mayonnaise on the sandwich, nor a question if I would like it. Turkey tastes like the freezer. Very nice staff but that does little for my desire to return.

I understand that they are struggling at this time but don't pass the buck. Provide quality at a reasonable price and you will be successful as a restaurateur. Don't think about how much you can make from one sale. Focus on reputation and repeat business.

Terrible service, keep you waiting 2 hrs for delivery! When you call they don't care, don't offer discount! Rude delivery drivers!
for the price of the food you would think the service is better, especially since the food in nothing outstanding either!

Meh. Pizza was ok. Quite expensive though. I was shocked by the small size of the pizza we got for almost $20!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, my order came 2 hours late, when I called back to ask where the order was they said it was on its way, meaning the forgot about it, then sent it. The girl at the cash spoke to "A" manager at the time and said it would be free next time, on account to it being their fault. I have called back 4-5 times no manager ever called me back, finally got in touch with a manager there and they said, they never give a free pizza. Will never go back or order from them again. Just as a warning to the rest who choose to order with them.

The all-dressed toppings were ok. As were the nicely-baked crust and fries. However, I had to wonder if there was any cheese at all. Hardly visible and disappointingly not gooey. Won’t order again.

Sooo expensive for what you get. Paying for nostalgia more than the pizza. Lots of other independent, better tasting, less expensive places out there these days.

I ordered pick up and the pizza I bought was handed to me in between two paper plates instead of a car board box and the plates had gotten all greesy and the dough at the bottom of the pizza was soggy. For 22$ from a place known for its pizza it was pretty disappointing, I definitely would advise u to look elsewhere.

A good, quiet and cozy place. It shows it is made with fresh ingredients. Their lentil soup is a must if you come to this place. Seasoned with bay leaf, parsil, oregano and a touch of cayenne pepper, you will definitely think of ordering more. However, the prices could be improved. It is more expensive than pizza pizza for instance.

There is nothing like this restaurant in all of Montreal, it’s uniqueness and top quality makes it stand out from all other places. Would recommend everyone to come try it out!

Service good and decent looking place but pizza is dull no flavour had vegetarian with my wife maybe others would have been better but our pizza was dull.

Amazing delicious smoked meat right here in Lachine.
However, not only the smoked meat great, so is everything else!

My favourite place to get pizza since I was a kid. Recipe hasn’t changed. I always get whole wheat with sauce, cheese, mushroom and green pepper. The crust is the best part. It’s much better if you let it cool down a bit, the flavours really come out. The boxes they give are small, made of recycled cardboard and compostable. All ingredients are fresh and clean. The 4 pizzas for the price of 3 are also a great option for any party or a weeklong pizza binge: ~)

Ordered a pizza, a poutine and a bowl of spaghetti. Pizza was dry, cold and delivered in between two paper plate. Poutine had overcooked fries. Spaghetti was alright.

Overall overrated and overpriced for lower quality. We hate cause we were hungry, but won't order from them again.

Best pizza in all of Montreal! The staff is always welcoming and friendly! Clean environment and very calm ambiance. Pizza is fresh and tasty!

I agree that TF is not everyone's favorite pizza. It is a different pizza, but in my opinion they are 1 of the best. If you like a greasy thick crust pizza (and who doesn't every now and then) this is not for you. Amazing crust and only the best ingredients, and guess what? That is what it tastes like.
By the way - the BEST lentil soup in the city without question.

I ordered the Spaghetti with Marinara sauce today. Service was excellent. It arrived in about 20 minutes. The Marinara sauce is fantastic. The person taking the order was very polite. Delicious spaghetti with Marinara sauce!
