My wife and I took diamond taxi from the airport to our home in Chambly and it was the worst experience ever. First off, my pregnant wife had to ask the taxi driver to slow down because he was switching lanes left and right and speeding when the weather was very bad with snow and freezing rain. Second, we ended up paying double the average amount and the taxi driver even had the meter running while we had stopped at our destination. When asked about the high rate he was very rude about it. We would not recommend at all.

J’ai pris vos service hier et sincèrement je déconseille à tout le monde de prendre cette compagnie de taxi! Le prix est 2 fois plus cher que ailleurs, sa pas de sens!

J’ai pris un taxi (autre compagnie) pour le aller et sa ma couter 31$ et pour le retour j’ai pris taxi diamond et sa ma couter 58$ (j’arrondis) presque deux fois plus et non en revenant il avait pas plus de trafic ou quoi que ce soit pour justifier le double du prix alors j’en conclus que c’est tout simplement une compagnie qui abuse des clients! Très désolant

Que se passe il dans le quartier st.henri souvent je prends taxi diamond et le chauffeur ne connait pas le quartier il fait des detours souvent pour augmenter le prix moi je debarque tres decu de mr.real

Le chauffeur de taxi très agressif, il a exigé un pourboire et son tarif est plus élevé que celui d'un taxi normal, J'ai dû parler à la police parce qu'il a commencé à me crier dessus à l'improviste lorsque je me plaignais parce que j'allais payer des frais élevés et plus de pourboires.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi il ne me permet pas de partager des photos.

Chauffeur qui roulent vite et qui sont un peu cow-boy. Le dôme 6553 en est un de ceux là. En plus il a une lumière brûlée en arrière et il ne devrait pas rouler si ses lumières a brake ne fonctionnent pas.
Puis quand on les appelle faut laisser notre adresse sur un répondeur. Vraiment pas professionnel puisque il est fort possible que personne ne prenne le message et que le taxi ne se pointe pas.

Beaucoup de correctifs à faire autant au bureau dispatch que pour les chauffeurs

If I could give Marc more stars, I would! I used this service to go to the airport. Marc got here at 9 (which is what I set up) and then was kind enough to wait with me for 20 minutes for my friend who was running late. He accommodated me to go to her place and then went to the airport. He was so nice and got me to my destination in a quick and professional manner. Honestly, I probably would have missed my flight if Marc hadn’t put up with the hectic morning trip to get here. I’ll definitely be using this service again and requesting him! You don’t find taxi drivers like Marc anymore

Worst taxi experience ever, and we have travelled a lot, in many small and poorly regulated countries.
Driver veered over the double yellow line twice towards oncoming traffic in the HOV lane speeding on the freeway, YUL to Montreal. My wife thought he fell asleep and was extremely scared. Cut cars off, and in busy city pulled to intersection where there was no lane and then drag raced to get in front of car beside us — there was only one lane and then a patio area on the side of the road he had to avoid. Would have collided with other car if they didn’t slow down and ‘let’ him win. Honked at cars if they weren’t driving aggressively and were following the rules.
This man shouldn’t have a driver’s license, let alone a taxi license. I usually try to give taxis business as they lose it to Uber. But back to Uber I go!

Adresse donnée au chauffeur, il m'a déposé à 20min de l'adresse à pieds et m'a demandé de marcher jusqu'à la destination finale, malgré une course de 38$ et le chauffeur a décidé lui même du pourboire avant de me faire payer!
Une honte! J'ai essayé le service client après cette situation par téléphone pour m'expliquer et il m'ont juste mis en attente sans jamais re-décrocher! Honte à vous! Course depuis 8501 Bourrassa Est. Je n'utiliserai plus jamais vos services!

Left us high and dry for a trip that was booked a week in advance. We requested an adapted vehicle for my
Mom who is in a wheelchair. I booked it with someone named Claire. It was 9: 45 pm when I got a call saying they don't have a vehicle and won't be able to pick us up until 11: 30-11: 45. Shame on them. Poor customer service and worse no empathy or concern that we could not get my mom home without them.

Les expériences en taxi se ressemblent assez selon les compagnies à Montréal. Le dispatch de Diamond est symppathique. On reçoit souvent le texto de confirmation que le taxi arrive, alors qu'on est déjà en voiture par contre. Question de rapidité du chauffeur à aviser. Mais c'est cool du moins pour ma dernière expérience.

Worst taxi company, twice they made me wait for over a hour and no one showed up. There complaint department has so many complaints that the voice mail is fill and u can't make a plaint. Big mess of a place I suggest u use UBER

Got a taxi from the airport. Driver typed wrong adress in GPS multiple times and even asked me to type it in for him once I had the postal code of my destination he closed It and still drive around for another 15 minutes only to get fed up and drop me off on a highway exit ramp and still change me $50 I will never use this company again

The driver barely waited for me. I got of my house and saw him leave. Didn't even bother to call me. He might have waited 1-2 min and was well parked. I don't understand why would you just leave a paying customer like that.

I called Taxi Diamond to get another cab, he was assigned again, being so close to my house and cancelled the call.

I had to call again and wait for another cab.

This is so rude and unprofessional. It made me late to work. I try to use Taxi Diamond to encourage drivers but the service is just awful. This is one of many bad experiences with their drivers. I'm going back to Uber.

The taxi driver was speeding just to brake suddenly at the red light when we could clearly see from afar that the light had just turned red. When I asked him not to go so fast when he could see the red light, he said that he could let me drive if that’s what I wanted. I told him I could pay and find another taxi driver and then he apologized, saying that he was only joking around and not to take things so seriously. He proceeded to drive as slow as a turtle on purpose for the rest of the trip.

Also, when I got in the cab, he asked me if I had cash on me because he wasn’t sure if the machine was working. I said no, that I could go back inside to get some cash just in case. He refused and already started to drive. Later we were at a red light in front of a Banque nationale and he asked me if I had an account with them, because since we were waiting at a red light, I could go inside and withdraw some money. I said that this was a pretty weird request since I was in a rush and pointed out that he refused earlier when I suggested to go back inside of my house to take some cash money. What a disgusting service.

He wasn’t wearing a mask either and placed his gps (phone) in a place that I couldn’t see from the backseat which is pretty unusual for a taxi in 2021 and since the atmosphere wasn’t trustworthy, I had to follow the itinerary on my own phone to make sure he was following the route.

This is the first time my driver was so rude and unprofessional.

1. Driver didnt wear a mask when he requested me to have one.

2. Driver started fare at 4.50 and not 3.50 that's stated.

3. Driver became agitated when I didnt use money and refused debit.

4. I have 11.70-1 dollar (4.5-3.50) = 10.70 to owe at taxi diamond.

5. Driver was unprofessional and started to say people like me make him lose money and that i shouldnt go in a taxi if i dont have cash money.

6. Very rude and called me names when he left.

After that instance, i recommend everyone to use UBER. ITS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE AND THE DRIVERS ARE COURTEOUS.

And no I'm not emailing you guys. I will be using facebook messenger.

C'est une très bonne compagnie de Taxi je fais tout le temps affaires avec eux ils ont une option quand tu les appelles qui enregistre le lieux que tu visites ce qui s'amplifie mes déplacements je vous le conseille à tous le service et fiable et 24h sur 24h 7 jour sur 7 vous appréciez que ça soit que vous avez trop vue et vous voulez rentrer chez vous au tout simplement pour vos déplacements au vesoin et normalement le taxi arriver dans les 10 minutes après votre commande ^^

I got one driver named Frank about 3x and he was friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the city. One time the dispatch forgot about me altogether. When I called them after 20 minutes dispatch got upset at me because the operator forgot to dispatch a car.

J'ai utiliser leur service vendredi le 17 juin vers 16h30. Lors de son arriver, je suis chargé avec des bagages et un bébé qui refuse de monter dans le taxi. J'ai passer plus de 10 minutes à essuyer de rentrer dans le taxi sans que le chauffeur ne m'ouvre la porte, propose de l'aide ou m'aide à rentrer dans le taxi. Ensuite, le monsieur argumente avec l'adresse que je lui ai donner pour ensuite me prendre 1 $ de pourboire sur une facture de course de 27$ déjà. Je n'avais pas assez d'argent pour du pourboire alors je n'allais pas en donner. Le monsieur ma pris l'argent sans mon autorisation et sans me donner de facture en sortant. Je signale que mon fils pleurait dans le taxi quand je payais alors je me suis rendu compte juste arrivé à mon rendez-vous. C'est pas la première fois que les chauffeurs volent l'argent quand je paie comptant et ne mavertisse pas et font comme si que ça leur était dû. C'est une des raison pourquoi je déteste prendre le taxi. Apprenez à vos taxieur le civisme!

Taxi driver est incompetant il a jamais parti le compteur et en plein millieu du voyagement ill decide de le partir et me dit que cest pas grave ill connait a peu pret combien sa coute! Comme quoi! Pour un voyagement de 10$ il ma charger 15 serieusement si vous prenner un taxi avec eu faite sur davoir une bonne voie pas de jaine car sinon il vont vous voler

Absolutely the worst service. Reserved a taxi to the airport for early in the morning. Got an email confirmation. That morning - at the exact time I needed to leave - I got a call saying they didn't have a car. This was pre-arranged days in advance. Also this company just doesn't have cars available when you need them on the app. No wonder Uber is succeeding.

Qu’est-ce qui vous arrive? Le service était bien meilleur avant l’arrivée de votre répondeur robot anglophone qui ne comprend rien. La deuxième étoile pour sauver la compagnie grâce à ses chauffeurs qui sont gentils et efficaces.

J’essayais d’encourager les taxis plutôt qu’Uber, mais après le service d’aujourd’hui, je passe à Uber. Le premier taxi n’a jamais trouvé l’adresse et n’a jamais pris la peine de m’appeler pour vérifier. Le deuxième que j’ai commandé ne trouvait pas plus. Lorsqu’il m’a appelé, j’ai fais signe d’impatience. Je lui ai dit que c’était le deuxième taxi qui ne trouvait pas l’adresse et que je ne pouvais donner d’autre information à part l’adresse et le nom de la garderie. Quand je lui ai dit que j’attendais avec un bébé qui s’impatientait, il a tout simplement coupé la ligne. J’ai donc appelé Uber et j’ai finalement pu rentrer chez moi, 45 minutes plus tard. C’est dur d’imaginer pire service.

Pour ce qui est des voitures: la semaine dernière j'en ai commandé une en vain car ne l'ai jamais vu bien que mon application mobile me disait que le chauffeur ne me trouvait pas et ce 2 fois!

The app doesn’t work the operators don’t work the time for a taxi arrival is completely in accurate I I strongly suggest other companies in Montreal such as atlas which is number one or any other taxi company besides this one it’s a waste of money total waste of money and time do not do not do not use this company!

My real rate is 0 stars. I booked a taxi on Hutchison st today and the driver canceled the pickup because He couldn’t find me, HE WASN’T EVEN AT THE GOOD ADRESSE ON THE STREET OR NEAR.like don’t wait for me on the far opposite end of the street.that’s a big 0 for customer service so I booked a second one and guess what.the second taxi driver did the same thing! LIKE WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE DRIVERS 2 TIMES IT HAPPENED TODAY AND ITS JUST NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT IT HAPPENS. YOU ARE DRIVING TO MAKE MONEY AND THEN YOU DONT SHOW UP TO THE GOOD ADRESSE YOU DECIDE TO SHOW UP 1KM AWAYYYY!? I just booked with TAXI CHAMPLAIN INSTEAD AND THEY PICKED ME UP LOL 30 MIN LATER or just use UBER so much easier NEVER BOOK A TAXI WITH THESE GUYS WASTE OF TINE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had to wait an hour and call multiple time to get a Taxi. Received poor customer service frequently. Don't bend to the taxi industry pleas for sympathy, they are not worth it. Strongly recommend Uber instead.

I would rate 0 if I could!
The car was dirty
The driver made the trip 2 kms longer then it should normally be.
Drove in completely opposite direction until he was told that we were going the wrong way!
Didn't use gps and had no clue where he was going!
He was also extremely rude and raised his voice when told he made unnecessary milage!

Your driver took the wrong exit and we ended up taking an extra 20 minutes to get to my event. He told me he would turn off the meter.
I was a loyal customer of Téo and Diamond. You lost a customer. Your app was terrible, and again I was late coming home from the event when the app said cab would arrive in a minute which ended up 20 minutes of me wating outside.

This is very bad service.

Le chauffeur a pris la direction contraire de où on devait aller, lorsque je lui ai demandé pourquoi il ne prenait pas la route la plus rapide, il m'a dit " Ah, vous auriez dû me le dire que vous vouliez prendre cette route". Duh! J'ai monté le volume de mon gps et l'ai laissé en marche tout le long du trajet pour m'assurer qu'il n'essaie pas de bifurquer ou prendre un autre chemin. Très très très décevant.

J’aime bien le service lorsque j’appelle, mais dès que c’est dans la rue, je hèle des taxis avec leurs flags allumés, et ils me refusent! Devrais-je faire affaire avec Uber? Je n’ai jamais pris d’Uber! Je respecte trop la profession, mais avec des attitudes comme ça devrais-je commencer?

Eviter les à tous pris. C'est des voleurs très malhonnêtes. Le chauffeur m'a surchargé et il refuse carrément de me rembourser la surcharge.soi disant que le chauffeur n'est pas leur employé direct. Leurs explications n'ont aucun sens et ils te mentent direct en pleine face.

I'm lucky to be alive. Was on the 40 service road with a lane from the 13 merging on. I let one car go ahead but this taxi was so impatient he forced me into the right lane. Luckily no one was there. I went next to him and his passenger was apologizing and look frightened. The driver didn't have the balls to even look at me.

Deux jours d'affilés que je dois allumé mon GPS et dicter l'itinéraire au chauffeur pour arriver à destination. Service médiocre, je ne recommande pas. Il ne faut pas pleurer que vos clients finissent par se tourner vers Uber. Ce que je ferais si je ne voyageais pas avec des enfants en bas âge pour mes trajets professionnels. Pour mes trajets perso, j'ai déjà sauté le pas.

Horrible service. If you ask for a van or larger vehicle they will just hang up on you. Everytime I have used this service in the past I've had to call multiple times just to get a driver to show up.
