Obnoxious branch: the cash deposits and withdrawals are out of order most weekends. They're also out of order a lot of weekdays, and especially weeknights when there's no staff to go and make the transaction in person. I've made multiple complaints over the last two years and no change. In fact today I went to make a cash transaction and the door is locked with a sign indicating "door is out of order". Genuinely obnoxious to no end. And to pour vinegar into the wound, the other TD nearby at Guy metro station is usually out of order for cash deposits and withdrawals as well. So.no actual solution is available.

It’s easier to open a new account in another bank than call Td. The worst consumer service through phone.

I call customer service, for problems in the app.there is a bug i guess, i lost 100$, i tried to talk to a supervisor the line cut 3 times. I'm disappointed and i will leave TD very soon

Possibly the worse bank ever I overpaid a bill and I never got my money back by them they are a bunch of robbers
