We went to this branch on a Saturday morning to open an account and apply for credit card for my sister. Although we didn't have an appointment, Melissa helped us through the process. She was very professional and helpful.

There was a sick employee working with only a face shield on, no mask.
I understand that TD announced back in August that all employees are to be vaccinated or constantly tested, but with the new variant Omicron going around, seeing an employee with only a visor and no other face covering while coughing and sneezing can be uncomfortable.

Here is a line up that is going all the way to the entrance of the bank and it’s barely moving.
This place should have more employees during the pick hours. Not happy with this long wait and I don’t know how long more I need stay wait in this line.

The staff helped me get a credit card really fast. Also, they let me change my plan for my credit card from Rewards to Cashback. Fast transaction and easy.

I could see how this place wouldn’t have good reviews since it’s the only TD in the area so probably serves a lot of people however my experience with this branch was always good

I got served quickly (less than 10 min wait), and efficiently. Rep was pleasant, polite, and professional. Overall good experience for what needed today.
