Friday April 14. Waited in line for over 20 mins. Then the teller on the counter decided to call the very last person who just walked in (he didn’t have any apointment) she started talking to him ignoring all people in line. Then she took him in. We kept waiting.
Only tow tellers were working and the lineup was so long.
Unacceptable. For sure I ll be closing all business with TD.

Je veux remercie Mr BASSAM ABBAS de son excellent service. J’avais un problème très compliqué pour mon hypothèque et il a fait plus que son travail et il a essayé fortement de trouver la solution par son parfait expérience.

Had an appointment at 2: 00, no one attended me for 20 min. Finally had to ask one of tellers about the delay. The guy with whom I had the appointment finally comes out and gives all the excuses instead of being apologetic: TD removed reception, we are short staffed etc. Worst customer service!

Is this bank or depaneur? Director is rude and very slow customer service, Waiting at the bank for receive an answer my question, I left because cant wait all day. Sorry guys if you dont know how to manage a bank go find another job!

You guys need to adapt to your clients needs!

Worst service. When you deposit a cheque of 16000$ and the incompetent administration places a charge on your bank account for 16000$ instead! Leaving you with no money what so ever in your account right before a long weekend. Then you take more of your gas to get a resolution only to be told the system is automatic and they cannot do anything. They end up offering you 50.00$ as compensation, feels more like a slap in the face. Oh! They also tell you that if you place a complaint, they will not give you any compensation money. As if anyone could eat and gas for 50$. This is truely unnacceptable and downright wrong.

Cette succursale a faite une erreur dans le transfert d’argent à l’externe à un client et démontre zéro effort pour régler le problème. De plus, le client perd l’argent. Le client demande de parler à un directeur pour expliquer la situation et celui démontre zéro professionnalism avec les mains dans les poches et en manchant une gomme derrière son masque. J’espère que quelqu’un de professionnel dans cette banque va prendre les actions nécessaires puisque cette banque à une mauvaise réputation avec leur service aux siens des clients.

The customer service at this branch is beyond horrible. The branch made a transaction mistake regarding money transfer abroad to a client and they demonstrated zero efforts to try to fix or solve the problem. Moreover, the client loses money. The client asks to speak to the director of the branch to explain the situation however, the director showed zero professionalism with their hands in their pockets while chewing a gum behind their mask and speaking to a client. I hope that someone professional in this bank can take the necessary actions since this bank has a bad reputation towards customer service.

Mauvaise service à la clientèle, les employés ne sont pas professionnel surtout le manager de cette succursale devrait être mis à la porte. Il ne sait pas comment parler aux clients!

Service à la clientèle exécrable. Je n’ai jamais eu une pire expérience de ma vie ils ne comprennent rien et ne veulent pas t’aider.

Seriously i have been to many TD branches since I'm with TD for the last 25 years but this branch is the worst! They really dont know how to treat their customers! Very disappointed!

Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Le directeur ne démontre aucun intérêt à rectifier la situation.puisqu'il ne peuvent pas régler le problème qu'ils ont fait, il me dirige vers la porte. Zéro professionnalisme. Je déconseille fortement d'aller à cette succursale.

I wish I could give negative stars to that branch, always received a good service at TD Les Coteaux or Candiac, this branch is awful. The ATM had no money in it, received 500 $ in 10 $ bills. Couldn't get more on a Thursday morning at 11h00 am. Went to go in the bank, was told to go to the end of the line outside by a young man even though I've been inside for 15 minutes waiting my turn for the ATM and nobody was outside the door when I got there. Left and will never go back to this place. Went on Cure Labelle and received prompt service.

Very horrible place, just like many other businesses in the country, since the COVID-19, they found an excuse to be more lazy and do not care about the clients. I have no idea how many times we passed to take money from their ATM machines and its always either not working or no money.

I think its time to shop around for a new bank! TD seems to be so arrogant to care!

In my estimation, this is the best branch I've ever visited, of any bank, by a multiple of 10, easily. There's a reason why I have all my accounts, mortgage and credit with these people. The level of competence of the staff at this location seriously never ceases to amaze me. I know that I can go there with any issue or question and feel extremely confident that it will be resolved without hesitation. Perhaps, beyond their impressive level of competence is their level of friendliness. Without a doubt, some of the nicest and kindest people you can find work at that branch. Combined with a great and modernized environment and the perks and strong capabilities of a big bank like TD, I find myself wondering why everyone doesn't just make the switch. A flagship branch for sure. Well done.

Tony was fantastic in helping my wife and me with a banking issue on a Saturday. He was courteous, patient and took the time to get everything done properly. Honestly, you cannot ask much more from a customer service rep! TD you better keep one of your best assets!

I don't usually write review for banks, but this one deserved my review and to do the survey they will send.
I'm very busy and I need everything to organized and done fast and I make my part to make everyone life's easy. But this time I didn't have to do anything my Agent from this bank Dina Marwan, she pulled up my account and open my buisnesse account in 20 minute she explained everything and she was so professional. I can't thank her enough because my time is very precious.thanks and keep up the good work, the whole team is amazing the seriously deserves a medal!
