This is the only TD in Verdun. I come here to use the machines. 50 percent of the time, they are out of service. When they actually ARE working, it's a hit or miss if they are currently accepting deposits! Please fix this, TD! There are no other branches around!

Teller was very impatient to get the lineup moving and kept interrupting and misunderstanding me when I tried to explain what I needed to do, resulting in the whole process taking longer than it needed to. Also it turns out she filled out the paperwork incorrectly so I need to go back.

Been using the bank ATM and tellers for about a year for my business, and decided to move my personal accounts over from RBC (35+ years).

Jonathan & Anthony took superb care of me. All my needs were met and everything was clearly explained.

Instead of letting me apply for certain things online, they took care of it all, and expedited the approvals because it was done in branch.

Just received a beautiful box with my credit card, and can't wait to travel with it.

All my interactions at the teller have been pleasant, and some actually humorous.like the staff seem to be enjoying themselves while at work.

This might be a small thing, but being called by name as I come in, makes me feel like a member of the TD family, not just a number on a plastic card.

Bravo Verdun branch. You won me over.

Avoid at all cost. Absolutely no internal communication with other TD services. Very poor knowledge of their own system. Mishandling of bank draft. I cannot count how many false informations I’ve been told in a period of 3 days all of the 7, yes 7 times I’ve had to go in person to this place to close a car loan. Terrible experience

Went to deposit a cheque. Manager was more rude than the staff. She argued that I was not providing the correct name for my company that they have on my account. Right, I don't know what the name is of the company I've owned for 18 years! She prints it out and tells me it's not the same as what is on the cheque! I found out later that it's their system which cuts off the name after x number of characters! Some branches have better service, but the manager here is just rude!

J'y suis allé pour simplement prendre des informations pour un possible prêt personnel. Je ne leur ai jamais donné l'autorisation de vérifier mon credit. La conseillère voulait tout de même faire quelque vérification, je lui ai expressément demander que je ne voulais pas si cela allait apparaitre à mon dossier de crédit. Et comme de fait, j'append des mois plus tard que j'ai eu une vérification avec la banque TD quand je voulais seulement des informations. À éviter, tout simplement.

Had an appointment at 4pm. Waited in line 35min for an available teller at a wicket. Waited another 10min for the accountant I had the appointment with. Waste of time! Why have appointments when there is no service.

Bunch of clowns! Today was the third time in two years that my time was wasted at an appointment regarding my investment accounts. From now on I'm going to the Monkland branch. There it seems that the staff knows what they are doing and they have a coffe machine.

Went in to deposit a US cheque and was told it would be held for UP TO 20 days (I already assumed there would be a hold). Been waiting 20 days and money is still being held (in the past, money would usually be let go before time they stated). Called them up and found out holds are usually 15 days, not including weekends/holidays (was not told that when I deposited it) and if it was deposited on a weekend (it was a friday afternoon) it was probably processed on the monday - again, was not told that. The people her are nice enough, but they seem to be a bit incompetent.

Got there at 8: 15 am saturday to find there locked.sign on front door says 9am.

Went there this morning to replace a debit card. Teller made a big deal about the fact that I had a new passport and did not want to originally accept it. In what world is a Canadian Passport not an acceptable piece of ID? Then I asked for help setting up my Apple Pay and the teller told me she never got it to work for herself and told me to contact TD phone support instead. Absymal customer service!
