TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I’d really like to thank Massimo and Gabrielle. I had to return the Interac machine from my business to the company, Massimo at first helped me call their company even if he isn’t responsible for it (since my French isn’t good enough). In the end, he decided to keep the machine and helped me return the machine in my stead. That really helped me and I didn’t need to do more running. Thank you, Massimo, I am super grateful.

The banker was incredibly rude, disrespectful and did not help me with the process of issuing a renewal card. Watch out for bad service provided these people do not care at all. I like Td and always with other banker but this one provided extremely rude behaviour. I had to go to another branch to solve the problem.

Similar to other branches, always closed meaning the ATM is inaccessible during urgent situations. Not sure why they decided to start locking the doors.

The only downside is due to the fact there was a lot of robbing on Ste Catherine st, they close the ATM Early. Atm should be 24/7

I had a really great service last Friday afternoon, even if the branch was extremely busy with very few employees to take care of everyone. I had to deal with a situation that was very stressful, and the person who helped me at the counter was very helpful, empathetic of my situation and patient, despite the branch being super busy and me being extra stressed.
I don't remember his name but thank you!

I went to speak about loan options. I was told they don’t even do that at this branch and I must have a telephone appointment to speak about loans. A week later I get the call. First thing he said the me was if I don’t pay to have an account there is no way he will even speak about a loan. Lol branch refers you to telephone banking and they refer you to the branch. No thanks TD. I always thought interest from loans were the main source of income for the bank. I guess they don’t want my money.

En arrivant à 17h45, un seul conseiller et trois clients devant moi. Quand vient mon tour, le conseiller me dit que ma demande prend trop de temps et qu'il est en train de fermer et que je dois repasser. C'était ma première et dernière visite dans cette succursale.
